Fantastic experience: I have been in many dental offices- My visit here felt like going to a wellness salon- It was calm and serene- Assistants and Dentist were pro and kind- I had a lot of questions, and was given good answers and considerations for my situation - a few good jokes and laughs as well- big surprise for me- No one likes going to the Dentist, So it’s it’s nice to have a good intro- Good scheduling- initial exam today- cleaning in 3 days- I am not a bot - that’s my first impression-

All of my questions were answered and explained well. There was no “corporate” dentistry going on (in and out as fast as possible and recommending procedures that may or may not be needed right away). It was dentistry the way it should be! Fantastic experience: I was new to the area and didn’t have an established dental provider. Unfortunately, I broke off a piece of my molar and had an exposed root. I called Dr. Arter’s office and they were able to get me in the same day. I didn’t have insurance, but their pricing was very reasonable. Dr. Arter was very pleasant and transparent about the plan for my tooth. Unfortunately, the tooth had to go. He gave me a moment to “say goodbye” - and the entire procedure was relatively pain free. He gave topical numbing medication for the Novocain injection and a minor pinch was the extent of my pain experience. He gave thorough post-procedure care and even followed up with a personal text message later that day to check on me. Great personal touch! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I was driving through the area and was able to score an appointment. The front staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and organized. Dr. Arter was on time, knew exactly what my problem was, fixed it, and was funny. In addition he explained everything he was going to do, he was gentle, kind, and patient. I’m hard to keep numb and he listened to me and took care of it when needed. My kids go here also and I have had nothing but good things to say with them also. He referred us to a great orthodontist when needed also. Very pleased!

You graciously scheduled him within a very reasonable time frame, were very kind and professional during his visit, reached out to his local dentist for consultation, and gave him the best treatment possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr Artel erased some of my dental trauma by having a gentle presence and relaxed demeanor. After telling him horror stories of having teeth destroyed, teeth pulled that didn’t need to be pulled, crowns done that didn’t need to happen with even a little more detail he listened patiently and then turn it into a funny positive by commenting he was “sorry for my Post Traumatic Dental Stress”! I also want to mention that there was a really positive exchange between him and his assistant that I have never seen before. Typically the assistant is just the background music but they truly showed a positive working relationship….. I’ll be back!
