Spring Family Dental - Eminence

Fantastic experience: I am sad to say that our Dentist is leaving us in Eminence. I really felt very comfortable with him and the staff there I had several things that he has finished on my teeth and I was happy to go back to him every time I will miss him, and I think they were very professional. I was just hoping by some miracle that they choose to stay if not, I want to thank each one of them for helping me. Keep my teeth Healthy I do with them all as well

Fantastic experience: I had not been up to this Dentist Office since the last Dentist was there. When I went in it truly was amazing. I knew I had at at least one and maybe two teeth needing pulled. I had let my teeth go for years as it was more important to take care of my children's then myself. Back...The staff was very sweet and helpful both when I got there and left. There was a assistent that took me back. Checking and Xrays were done right there in chair!! Lol. Times have truly changed. But she was so sweet and calmed my nerves. Then Dentist came in. Looked at my Xrays. Checked and definitely need to pull the front two teeth. But made them numb easily. Just a little pressure.Never felt it. We went over all my other issues and I knew them. They even gave me prices.Much cheaper then I thought it would be. I'm on disability taking care and supporting two family members. I had to save three months to get my teeth pulled.So explained the situation getting one thing after another every few months. Best I could do in the world we live in.They were all so sweet. Kind. And thorough. I would definitely recommend ANYONE to them. I already have. So hope you will give them a call. I know I will.

Fantastic experience: The Spring Family Dental team in Eminence is fantastic. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and provide a great patient experience. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: 1) front office staff speaks loudly on health and dental information. My husband did not appreciate this at his last visit, but regretfully didn't call it out during his visit. 2) Dentist told my son they started drilling on the wrong tooth at his last visit. Front office staff denied that today. Not sure why my son would lie or even to think make something like that up. 3) Front office staff was confrontational this morning when my husband called to cancel his appointments as I had my son's upcoming and all future appointments. It's really none of your business why a patient is canceling. We were going to just cancel all appointments and leave it be, but I couldn't not leave a review after that last phone call. We have a terrific dentist in Louisville but was hoping to find someone closer to home. This experience serves as a reminder to stick with what you know. The 3 positive stars are for the dentists, hygienists, and assistants. They have overall been friendly and made the appointment experience easier.

Fantastic experience: This office is so awesome! I don't do well with the dentists at all! They are very patient in everything and only focus on whatever need you have at the moment. Fantastic experience: Had a filling come out, Gwen worked me in first thing this morning. Stephanie was so great as she worked on my tooth. Dr Kitchener was great, very communicative and efficient! Everyone understood my nerves and upset with the situation, they were all so great. Highly recommend them, especially if you love the hometown feel - everybody knows your name. Hands down the best!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sparks is like “Wonder Woman” to me. She and her lovely cohorts have helped me through two emergencies Even before I got to get fully acquainted With them. ( they are new in our town). I was due to have brain surgery when I lost part of a filling. I was told I had to get it repaired BEFORE the surgery. I had little time, I called Dr Sparks office and she got me fixed up and ready for a safe surgery immediately. Then she even sent me a personal Xmas card to say how pleased she was to meet me. Then recently just after a long trip to New Zealand was having trouble with biting down on a back molar so I once again to be seen. I thought I had a cavity starting but Dr Sparks saw that I had three roots on that bac tooth and damaged jaw bone. She got the tooth extracted then had to dig each root out one by one!!! I was frightened as I’d never had a tooth pulled. She took good care of me And I’m recovering beautifully. Now in a few weeks I’ll have the normal teeth cleaning ... like most normal new patients. Hats off to Dr Wonder Woman!

Fantastic experience: I was able to schedule an appointment online and have my son seen next day for a dental concern. Gwendolyn was very polite and the dentist took his time examining my son. Although there was no cause for concern, I left the office feeling at ease that my son had really been taken care of. I will be switching my entire family to Spring Family Dental!

Negative experience: To be quite honest at this point I’ve called two other dentist about the deep cleaning is not mandatory. I can decline it at my own discretion, so I feel like you really really lead me down the wrong path. Sorry, but I’m not very happy with that.

Negative experience: Would not go back.went to get bottom denture,never again they mess my top dentures up never gave them permission to do anything with my top dentures. Has my top dentures for over 10 years. Never got bottom denture to fit. Now I got to buy both bottom and top. Just really sad. Alot of money coming out of pocket. Just be careful, Then they want to file on my insurance for there mistake.
