Fantastic experience: I had the most pleasant, professional experience with Dr. Anglin and his staff. I had an emergency situation, which required a root canal. Dr. Anglin referred me to a specialist, who was awesome and painless, and saw me in less than a week. I went back to Dr. Anglin for the crown. Dental Assistants Myra and Deriaus, provided excellent care and ensured that I was comfortable and knowledgeable about my procedure. The staff provided exceptional customer service from the moment I made an appointment and walked in the door. I am extremely pleased with my decision to give this office a try. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I was completely blown away by everyone there today! Every time I go there, everyone is great but today was incredible. I had to bring my pseudo daughter (I am her nanny) to my appointment today. I thought I had it planned that she would nap during the appointment, but most 3 month old babies have little regard for plans. From the second I signed in to the moment I walked out the entire staff helped me keep her calm. Half way through the appointment she became upset and rather loud and the receptionist and dental hygienist were very understanding and so awesome with her! The receptionist helped me out SO MUCH by taking my rowdy little out of the exam area and into the waiting room and it was truly so awesome. I can't say enough nice things about these guys. And on top of ALL of that they are super nice and they are personable.

Positive experience: I always had a great experience when I go in they do an amazing job. But I am not the biggest fan when the staff seem to not know what days are available. My appointment was rescheduled one or two days before for an earlier time by them then the day of it was canceled and rescheduled. It only upsetting because I took time from my job to go.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anglin and the entire team at Dental Partners of Towson always provide exceptional service. The environment is welcoming and the staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Anglin recommended Invisalign for me and I followed through late last year. I’m halfway through and my teeth already look better than ever.

Fantastic experience: I've lived in Maryland for 11 years now and this is the BEST CLEANING BY FAR that I've received since I moved to the area. Before I went here, I was seriously planning to go to another state for dental care. The dentist was friendly and patient and explained everything to me. I'm private pay and they work with you by offering financing options. Staff was very nice and friendly. Office environment was nice and clean. So grateful for people who still take the time to care for patients the right way.

Positive experience: My son is in college near this location, so this is his second appointment. He said the staff are nice and the wait time was not bad. My son stated that at times the cleaning was a little harsh and his gums were sore afterwards. I did speak to a staff member on the phone dealing with paperwork and they were professional and pleasant on the call.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dental Partners of Towson! Everyone was so nice and conversational, and my teeth are feeling clean hours later. It was especially appreciated that they were always very clear and up front about any potential extra costs that insurance may not cover and always made it feel like my choice to accept that add-on treatment or not. I've been moving from dentist to dentist for a few years now not really satisfied with different practices, but I'm really glad to stay here.

Negative experience: Dentist was recommended by my coworker. I was trying to find a black dentist because I know that white providers think Black people don’t feel pain historically…you can do the research and see for yourself…residence in med school to this day still think that Black people have high pain tolerance. This is not true we feel everything everyone else does. I got two crowns put in at the same time and I already told this dentist that the last time on the other side I’ve had a lot of pain. And have a difficult time getting numb. Instead of her doing a block so that I don’t feel any pain she just went on business as usual. I felt every bit of pain on one of my teeth every time she drilled every time she touched it I felt everything. this had to be one of the most painful experiences I’ve ever had at any dentist in my life and I didn’t want to complain because she was extremely nice and everybody in the office was nice. 10 months later and I still can’t chew on the right side of my mouth. Something is definitely wrong with the crowns. I’ve been to urgent care twice for the same teeth. I am having so much trouble with these crowns. But I never want to go back to that dentist again. It is too bad because I thought my experience would be different going to a black dentist. But they were worse than the white dentist. I’m not trying to tell you don’t go there but maybe you could try the other dentist he’s a male…and this is my experience. They obviously do good work because they have good reviews. but my experience was bad. All I ask is not to feel pain nothing more!!

Fantastic experience: Went in as a new patient after moving from PA, scheduled my appointment quickly and kept in touch about my insurance and X-rays. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful during every call and interaction. The office was nice and clean. The dental staff answered all my questions and provided feedback on my first visit with them. The quality of care was good and I have no complaints thus far. Did have to pay $29 for fluoride because my insurance did not cover it. They told me upfront what my cost would be if I decided to get it. No other cost outside of that due to my insurance coverage. Follow up in 6 months and we will see how that goes. I did not have any rude or uncomfortable experience with my visit.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best run dental office that I have ever used. Great dentists, hygienists, office staff and manager. Highly recommend, friendly, patient professionals.

Negative experience: I would have given a zero star for this dental location if that was the option in the google review. I called them for the general dental cleaning, and asked multiple times if the cleaning is covered by my insurance, they said yes, and I provided previous x-rays ad exams. They also advertise $0 copay for the general cleaning with the insurance. When they said yes it is covered by your insurance, I went in there for it. After the cleaning was over, they told me to pay $29 for the fluoride treatment, later they asked me to pay another $119.24 for it again on top of the insurance payment of $63.36. I called the insurance company and it said this dentistry is overcharging you, even if they were charging for dental exam, the insurance would have paid $48 for it. But I had two comprehensive exam previously, and so insurance did not pay for the third one. This dental office knew all of this and still charged all of these amount for these unnecessary headings without giving the patient the service as mentioned and giving information beforehand. Why does this location (Dental Partners of Towson) hook the patients for excessive charging? Their $0 cleaning with insurance advertisement is clearly the scam, if it is not what it is? The front office people are rude as well. I do not recommend for anyone to go to this location for their dental cleanings and related things.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING. Everything about my dental experiences at DPT are amazing --exceeded only by the personable staff. At the front desk they have perfected greeting and billing. All of the technicians and dentists are brilliant, gentle and wonderful. My teeth look and feel great. BRAVO!!!!

Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area from Florida and was antsy about visiting a brand new dentists' office, since I had known my dentist for 20 years or so. I was completely blown away once I had my first visit. The entire staff, from the receptionists, assistants, hygienist, to the doctors themselves; everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Everyone there explained in great detail what was going on, what I would need and what would happen next. Even when I kept gagging during the x-rays (because I'm a wuss) they weren't bothered and didn't make me feel bad about it, instead we both laughed it off and kept moving forward. I genuinely look forward to going back knowing I will receive great care from great people. I wish I knew everyone's names so I could mention them all here, but know that everyone in that office is awesome at what they do!

Yesterday, 4/11/2024, I accidentally chipped my right front tooth while eating. I called Dental Partners the same day and was very grateful to get an appointment the next day. Negative experience: I have experienced excessive billing for extra X-rays I did not ask for or need. The ladies at the front desk are rude and nasty when you inquire about your treatments.

Negative experience: This office provided sealants on my daughter’s teeth. A year later, my daughter had two cavities on those teeth. When I questioned Dr. Anglin about it, he looked at me crazy and walked out of the room. He demonstrated to me previously that he doesn’t like to be questioned about anything, which already bothered me. When I came to get the cavities filled, I encountered more rudeness and impatience from Dr. Ajayi. When my daughter didn’t do exactly what she asked her to do, she walked out of the room. The hygienist offered ways to help - smaller inserts for my daughter’s mouth, cushions for my daughter to sit on to raise her, etc. Dr. Ajayi walked out of the room seven times!!! She spoke negatively about me and my daughter to the dental hygienist in front of my other daughter!!! I have never seen this type of unprofessionalism from a dentist! I am terribly disappointed by Dr. Ajayi and Dr. Anglin’s lack of courtesy, compassion, and professionalism. The dental hygienist are always amazing EVERY time we come, but the dentists leave much to be desired. We will not return.

Fantastic experience: Professional and courteous. Staff is great all around! As with any profession, there will be some things that they won't always have answers for then and there but are more than happy to help find a solution. The dental work is top notch! No complaints!

Negative experience: The walk up to the office itself almost made me second guess being a patient. The staff in the front of the office were clueless! Knew nothing about setting appointments or billing. It took them a week to follow up with a treatment plan for a few cavities. And they still did not have the desired appointment times available.

Negative experience: They do not offer reliable or realistic appointment times as advertised. I was interested in evening appointments and made that very clear at the time of my appointment. I was later told that the dentist assigned did not do evening appointments and that the dentist who does will not work on the clients of other dentist in that same office. The chaotic nature of booking simple appointments was stressful enough. The front office looks fine until you get into the back and it’s ran down and covered in pictures of the staffs family. I keep my teeth in great shape and the cleaning left my gums and teeth hurting for absolutely no reason. I know this bc the tech tools me I had great teeth before she did the cleaning.

Negative experience: I initially went to the Owings Mills Office for an emergency appointment last year, and after great service - I decided to return for my annual cleaning and overall check up. I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my “new patient” appointment. I told her I’d been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered “new” (mind you this isn’t my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn’t give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I “could get rescheduled” which I later found out SHE could’ve easily done the reschedule. I don’t know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I’ve been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I’d say take your business elsewhere if you can.

Fantastic experience: My son and I have been going here for about 2 years now. Everyone is always extremely polite. Even when I had an issue with a bill, I was met with respect and understanding. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Gave them my year-old retainer for cleaning and it came back brittle and warped and fit too tight. Went in for a second exam and they claimed it was because my teeth shifted in the course of 12 hours and refused to fix it. Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my best friend and hands down best Dentist Office I have ever been to! They are friendly from the front desk, the Hygienist and the Dentist. They explained everything to me from start to finish and check on you as they go. They leave room for questions before and after but what really won me over was that they checked my bite after my filling. I can't count on how many times I got fillings and had to come back because it was so high and my bite was off/uncomfortable. I am recommending everyone I know to come here, they have a patient for life! Great job everyone! :)

Fantastic experience: I just returned from an unexpected visit with Dr. Anglin for repair of a chipped front tooth. On short notice the staff made sure to find me an appointment, and Dr. Anglin and his dental assistant Myla were outstanding. They evaluated the damage, explained the repair strategy, and the tooth is as good as new. Painlessly. I always learn something new from Dr. Anglin, who explains everything he does so well. The entire staff are really exceptional.

Fantastic experience: The staff of Dental Partners' in Towson are friendly, the environment is clean, and parking is easy. The Hygienist is on site along with the Dentist. The dental staff provide care and concern for my family's dental needs by walking us through the process for treatment. Jolanda, and the rest of the office staff also play a key role in my family continuing to receive treatment here. They are patient, and ready to answer questions/concerns with the treatment plan as well as being able to help with navigating the healthcare system. Sure! From the first day I called to schedule an appointment I was super impressed, they were able to book me an appointment for the next day. Bianca was super friendly, great customer service and just let me feel welcomed. The day of my appointment was the icing on the cake , I walked in the office and I felt nothing but positive energy, everyone acknowledged my presence, they talked to me like I was a human, they were friendly and overall just made me feel special, the entire process was seem-less. Fantastic experience: Scheduling was so easy. I am a new patient and I put in a request for an appointment online. Following day, the staff followed up and made me an appointment just a few days later. They provided assistance to help me get my records sent over electronically. I was able to fill out my forms electronically as well prior to coming. Painless and easy. Today's appointment went so well. Everyone in the office was absolutely wonderful to talk with. It was extremely thorough and painless. I felt like everyone listened to my concerns and were extremely thoughtful and considerate. And actually listened. I have to get one more thing situated next week with the dentist, and can finally feel like I do not have anxiety to go back. They even provided me with the estimated cost to anticipate. Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found this place! I go to the Towson location. The ENTIRE staff is A1! Every step was thoroughly explained from pictures, procedures, dental plan, charges and future appts. I love that they call if there is earlier availability in their schedule. Literally, I have no complaints.
