Fantastic experience: Dr. Dobouni and all the amazing staff are gentle, considerate and knowledgeable. Went in for a cleaning and exam and I came out less nervous than when I went in. The office is cheerful and bright. Love the vibe!

Fantastic experience: Dr Reeb did an amazing job fixing my tooth. Joslyn is an excellent assistant wonderful young lady very comforting. And Brooklyn did my check out she was very thorough very explanatory about all the benefits and everything that I would be looking at in the next couple visits. I do not remember the name of the young lady that I checked in with but she did a remarkable job finding my insurance making sure I had the right group number the right member number and getting all the benefits that my dental plan offered. I highly recommend Dr Reeb and his staff you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I receive great care for my dental work and cleaning. The whole staff is attentive, on top of technology and methods, and so friendly. Their charges are more than reasonable. We're sticking with Bruner Dental! In fact, I've been experiencing some pain on the left side. So I called for an "emergency" appointment. They fit me in for a late afternoon. Pasha (sp?) And Dr. Dobouni found the problem and immediately expertly did the extraction. All is well thanks to their prompt caring work. Than you team!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Bruner Dental for years. I am sad that Dr. Root has retired, but very happy for her at the same time. The hygienist I saw today, Heidi, was wonderful! The new dentist I saw, Dr. B (don't know how to spell it) was very nice and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I had a new hygienist at my last appointment; her name was Kathy. Honestly, she was great! I was VERY comfortable with her. She was gentle. She was personable. She was happy and bubbly. I've never had an unpleasant experience before though, at Bruner Dental. Anyone I hear ask for a recommendation for a dentist, I always tell them Bruner Dental. Everyone is so kind. They do their bet to work with your schedule to get your appointments scheduled. All around a wonderful practice and just good people. I love it here.

Fantastic experience: I have to be honest; I am not one who typically writes reviews. I was so impressed though by Dr. Justin Reeb and his work. I drove over an hour to see him. His professionalism, skill level, and ability to put me at ease is something I haven't felt in over 4 decades. There is no pretense with this genuine man. I was able to relax and felt completely safe doing the procedure, and then when I saw the results was blown away! He did an excellent job, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Fantastic experience: Bruner Dental was AMAZING. Dr. Cox and Kiley were very compassionate and caring during my son's wisdom teeth extraction. It was well worth the hour drive from Ft. Wayne. Not to mention the cost...they were over 2k less than the Oral Surgeon practice that my dentist referred us to. We were so impressed by Dr Cox and Kiley that we are thinking of changing dentists and making the drive each time to Bruner Dental when we need exams, cleanings, etc. just because of our highly positive experience.

Fantastic experience: This place was AMAZING!! I had to have a tooth extracted and they put me totally at ease throughout the whole process. I’ve had a tooth extracted elsewhere and it was a nightmare, they couldn’t keep me numb but that wasn’t the case at Dr. Bruners! They helped me to stay calm and actually made the whole process very pleasant!! I would highly recommend them especially if you’re scared of dentists like I am. You won’t regret it!

Even though the nitrous ran out, they were very considerate of my care and gave me to option to reschedule or continue with my root canal. I continued with my appointment and at the first sign of discomfort they were very quick to provide relief and make sure I was comfortable and still wanted to proceed. I would highly recommend Dr. Reed and Jocelyn to all my family and friends!!!

Fantastic experience: I had scheduled an appointment to have a chip filled on a molar. I didn't really want to do it. After the initial exam, Dr. Root said I didn't have to. There was no decay or sensitivity. I was surprised to be given the choice. Like most service providers, dentists sometimes get accused of creating problems to generate revenue. Not Dr. Root!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sneed is Amazing. Went in for a crown and an extraction. 3.5 hours in the chair. From the Novocaine sticks at the beginning and through the entire process there was zero pain. I expected some pain later when the numbness wore off. No pain other than very minor where a couple of stitches were. The next morning I felt completely normal. I am very impressed with the skill, the compassion and overall friendliness in the office. Highly recommended. I chose no sedation, I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Thanks to all there. :)

They are really good about texting and emailing to remind you of your appointment. Also, a big plus was when you schedule a 9:00 appointment, that doesn't mean they'll see you at 10:00. 9 is 9. Fantastic experience: Dr Root and Robin are great. They put in a filling for a hair line fracture on one of my teeth. They made me as comfortable as possible (Dr Root even gave me a blanket to keep me warm because it was so cold in the room!) I've been treated well by all the staff I have had contact with from the front desk to paying my bill. All have been extremely friendly and professional. Thanks for making a dental appointment less painful.

Fantastic experience: These folks are wonderful! The office gang are all thoughtful, patient and informative. The hygienists are great! (Kathy is a hoot and so calm, gently and thorough!) Though we all miss Dr Bruner, Drs Sneed and Root are fantastic! They have great personalities besides being obviously trained and experienced. My 4 yr-old granddaughter has had no fear getting in the chair for a check and cleaning—that says a lot! They are also quite willing to work with patients on timing and necessity! These are not capitalists out to make a buck, they truly care and want to take care of their patients.

Positive experience: I give this a four stars instead of five only due to one part of the whole process. I can say that Brittany and Dr Sneed were great! They explained what they were doing and were very personable. The reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because the front desk. When I walked in, I greeted them - instead of them greeting me. And when I say them - there was 3 people at the front desk. I was given papers to fill out, when taking them back up to the counter all 3 ladies were still there - one on the phone and the other two avoiding making eye contact with me. Finally she says “can I help you?” And I say “yep I’m just giving you back these papers you asked me to fill out” while still on the phone, over a personal and not business matter, she says “uh let me call you back” and ends her personal call to help me. The front desk was HIGHLY dysfunctional. The rest of the visit : phenomenal. I hadn’t been to a dentist in MANY years and Brittany and Dr Sneed were great. But the front desk needs some work and some customer service training. I will return again, because of my experiences I had after the front desk - but it definitely needs work.

Fantastic experience: In my humble opinion Dr. Tina Root, is the most thoughtful, compassionate, and genuine dentist in Grant County. She is not only always in a good mood, bringing a smile to everyone around her but she actually LISTENS to her patients with a kind word. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A year ago I left a 4-star review due to the lack of masking in the waiting room and inconsistent hygienist masking. Today I had an excellent experience and felt safe the whole time. The waiting room was masked and the hygienist had a mask and a shield on. I appreciate how Bruner takes care of its patients!

I so love the fact that I took my son today for his very first visit and he walked out saying he loves the dentist and he can't wait to go back! It literally feels like Angel hands with some of the dentist while they are examining your teeth or even numbing your teeth! Their staff are super friendly and some are full of information and laughter! I love my dentist! I can't wait to actually get braces and whitening(some day when I can actually afford it) I'd recommend this dentist office in a heartbeat!
