Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Dr. Hendlin. My husband Has been going to her for a couple of years now. Everyone in the office was so nice from the front desk to the techs. Dr. Hendlin is the nicest person, it was an absolute pleasure being there (If I can say that about a dentist office, lol) She takes her time. She really talks to you & listens to your concerns. Positive experience: Well for my first visit, I must say I was truly surprised how it went, the key to any first time appointment and visit was the stuff. They were extremely personal and professional made you feel at home in their interaction with you as a person in the office itself gone out of their way to be helpful. For new first timers this is a big deal. Respectfully saying dentist office is not on the top list of places you want to go, but when they make you feel like you are important and they're there for you is so important. Dr. Hendlin must have used just the right amount of anesthetic because I had no pain and very little residual numbness afterwards. From my first visit, the hygienist was great as is the desk staff. Fantastic experience: I came to this practice to confirm that I needed a root canal. Dr. Magro and his team were incredibly thorough in gathering information and helping me through the process of my first root canal and crown. They are patient, friendly, and never make you feel rushed. They also provided me with pricing before any work was done so that there were no surprises. It’s a relief to have a dentist I trust and feel comfortable asking questions to.
