Fantastic experience: First time to the dentist in a very long time. There was no judgement, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They made the visit much easier going than expected and also gave advise on getting correct insurance coverages set up! they were a tremendous help and I will be going here from now on. I’ll see you guys again soon thanks! Edit: Have now been here a few times for stuff to be done, Dr Lynch along with everyone else I had the pleasure of working with are all amazing! top notch all around and makes it easy for an high anxiety patient like myself visiting the dentist, Every visit was absolutely smooth and easy going. This is my place from here on out!

Negative experience: For those that are part of the 21st century and don’t rely on US mail, beware. I have been getting dental care for myself and my daughters for years and had ONE bill go to collections, not because I couldn’t pay it, but because they only send invoices by mail. I don’t check my mail, as everything I have is sent electronically, so I don’t even think about having an outstanding bill. The only way I was informed that there was an outstanding bill was via a phone call from the collection agency (who I then paid). Not once was I ever called by Buffalo Dental Group and then I discovered when calling to reschedule appointments for my girls (that I had made back in July) that if any bill ever goes to collections, they cancel any appointments you have and you are banned from getting service from them for life. Again, no call telling us this either. How embarrassing would it have been if I showed up next week assuming we still had appointments, only to be turned away and publicly humiliated. Don’t ever use this office. Any “policy” can and should have exceptions, but all they could tell me, even when they got a manager on the line, was “that’s just the way it is.” Horrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: Been a great place for me! Michael today did a tremendous job in cleaning and explaining things. Dr.Lynch is so caring and really knows his patients.

People ask why do you go so far away for a dentist office? I come back with”they make me feel comfortable “, which is not something I could say for the last 30 yrs! The whole office staff is great as well!

Fantastic experience: I just want to say my family and I have been looking for a new dentist that is in our network. We were spoiled with our previous dental office before moving. I called around our area and settled on trying Buffalo Dental Group. From the time I went in and had my cleaning,exam, and a cavity filled I was impressed. The entire team from the two gals at the front desk, my hygienist, dental assistant, and Dr. Kuzma; everyone was fantastic. Very nice, helpful, and caring. Dr Kuzma did a great job, and I can honestly say we found our new dentist.

And I'd love to give a shout out to Brenda, one of the assistants. She is an absolute joy. And she'll help if you're afraid of dentists!

Fantastic experience: Having unbearable pain in my teeth and gums, and they were able to get me in right away for paperwork, an exam, and a couple X-rays. They kept me fully informed on roughly what things were going to cost (as I don't have insurance) and what my options were, and they let me decide what I thought was necessary and they definitely listened to me and paid close attention to the issues I had. Found an early stage of an infected root with referred pain affecting other teeth. They gave me a prescription of antibiotics and referred me elsewhere for a root canal (they said because it was such a narrow space they felt they wouldn't be the best for this particular one). Overall great communication and accomodation, and the prices weren't too bad at all for being uninsured. Definitely coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown (NOT installed by Buffalo Dental Group). They got me right in and Dr. Lynch determined that the crown needed to be replaced. By the time I left, I had a temporary without any pain or discomfort. Today I returned and got my permanent crown. Dr. Lynch, his assistants, and everyone at the front desk were friendly, professional and treated me with respect

Dr. Lynch was the first dentist to listen when I said I could still feel pain. Since that time, I have had multiple crowns added without pain and much less anxiety. I can’t recommend BDG enough. I was anticipating having to schedule an additional appointment to have any necessary work done. Was I surprised and pleased when Dr. Liska was able to fix it with a filling and send me on my way good as new. They always listened to my concerns and if they are able to, give me alternatives. First dentist I've ever had that would allow me chose the color of my crown. Love my pink crown. If I have to get a other, it probably will be turquoise. Funny, but that choice made my crown a little easier on me. Still the best dentist and hygienist!

Negative experience: Careful not to have insurance take a long time to process. If the bill is sent to collections, even if you pay the bill they won't accept you as a patient any longer.
