Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Vaughan as an emergency. I wasn't even his patient yet. He fit me in that very day! Every one of his staff were so compassionate. And so nice and very sweet. When the doctor came in, he was all the things his staff was and more. He explained everything to me in layman's terms, and made sure that I understood them. And as such a young doctor, he was so very knowledgeable about everything about my condition. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. Thank you Doctor Vaughan for everything you and your staff has done for me. I appreciate you more than words can say. God bless you and your staff! Now almost a year later and I still love going to Dr. Vaughan. I have had a bone graft and am waiting for the implant to be made. I have not had an uncomfortable visit. In my 70 years I have never been to a dentist who is so caring and attentive and who's employees are of that same mindset. I hope I will never have to find another dentist. I actually look forward to my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vaughan and his staff were awesome! I called his office in desperation after my dentist of 12 yrs couldn't make time to see me for 10 days after I lost a crown and he would have just slapped on a generic temporary crown. I was able to get in to see Dr Vaughan in less time, with a much longer appt. ( Almost 2 hrs) He did everything necessary in one appt. When I go back, it will just be to place the new crown when it comes in. Dr. Vaughan was VERY patient with me because I needed so many breaks while he was drilling. I am happy to say that I have a new dentist!

Negative experience: HE WAS SO RUDE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Yesterday was my first appointment here and i will admit i should be brushing a little better but I went to have my teeth that are hurting looked at so I can get them fixed and he straight up told me that if my gums don’t look better when i come back in 2 weeks he’s going to push me to the side because it isn’t worth his time. Not once during the whole appointment did he give off anything besides being rude and condescending and acting like helping fix my teeth was such an inconvenience for him. 0/10 Worst dentist i’ve been to (and i had one pull out a piece of my jawbone while telling me i wasn’t in pain i was just feeling pressure when i had an extraction done)

They had no history with me and no reason to accommodate my request but they did and were super friendly and helpful. The whole experience has been incredible. Highly recommend this group!

Although I hope to not have this wisdom tooth pulled, I was put at ease when Dr. Vaughan explained all he would do to try to prevent that. Fantastic experience: Vaughn Family Dentistry is a good place to get dental work done. Their assistants and Dr. are kind, respectful, and courteous. I came in to get two teeth removed. They were patient with me as it takes a while for me to get numb. I highly recommend anyone getting a procedure done to get the blood clot filling and stitches after a tooth extraction. I have had trouble in the past after an extraction. I had the procedure done on 1/8/26 and today 2/9/26 I have virtually no pain and my gums stopped bleeding about six hours after the procedure. Just note also that I take heart medication and bleed easily. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Negative experience: Everything was going well here until I had my last cavity fill done. I had pain after they drilled at the particular tooth, so I came back and they did some “readjusting” and I still felt pain. Came back again to do “readjusting”. Still felt the exact same pain. I come back again, (mind you this has been 7 months that I’m going through pain on the tooth that didn’t start hurting until they touched.) and they tell me I need a root canal and I’m expected to pay full price with no compensation and I’m charged $85 for the day for a scan. Yeah, I’ll take my chances somewhere else lol.

Fantastic experience: I needed my wisdom tooth removed and he was able to do it while others told me that I needed to see an oral surgeon. He let me know what was going on and he answered all my questions beforehand. He was kind, considerate and very professional.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth and wanted a composite resin filling to fix it, at first the dentist didn’t want to do it because the tooth should have a crown, which is very important, but also very expensive. At almost 82 years old and on Social Security I was hesitant to take on such an expense. He did fix it with a filling, which took about five minutes, doing great job and I’m very grateful, so now have the time to save up for the crown. Thank you, Dr. Vaughan and staff.

Fantastic experience: Today was amazing. I had an abscess that had been developing for 2 years. I only recently had pain and Dr. Vaughn got the tooth out along with the infection in hours of my call. I can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matthew Vaughan is the best dental professional you could hope to find. Every staff member at Vaughan from the receptionists to the hygienists are friendly and extremely capable.

Fantastic experience: Super kind staff who allowed me to tend to my 1 month baby while getting my teeth cleaned any way that I could, eventually having her lay on my stomach to sleep while the dental tech continued working. They were very thorough in the cleaning and in making sure that they had all the information that they needed. Dr. Vaughan was sweet and honest with me and the things I needed and didn’t need for my teeth. The staff is kid friendly, which means a lot for when I bring my children for their dental appointments!
