Fantastic experience: I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dentists. I am fiercely scared. I bit the bullet & tried Dr Koveck. I found my guy! ( dentist that is). From the minute walking in, his entire staff were wonderful, genuine, & definitely calmed my anxiety. (That’s huge to me). They took me right back, without sitting in the waiting room. They explained everything that Dr would be doing when he came in. ( I also loved their sense of humor). HE WAS EXCELLENT! Never did he make me feel that my concerns weren’t valid or important. He clearly went through every step that was to be done, and even having more X-rays, he made certain to come in & check on me! I could literally feel my anxiety start to subside. Whew! He made me feel important, & was very gentle ( as were the dental assistants) with every procedure. I HIGHLY recommend him, and especially to anyone that literally freaks out when they hear the word “dentist”. I was so happy & reassured that my experience was GREAT. I have many more upcoming appts, but I know I will be just fine with Dr. Koveck & his amazing staff☺️ I could not thank everyone enough:)

Fantastic experience: Dr Koveck and Missy are exceptional! I had my 1st Crown ever completed by them, they both were beyond caring to calm my worry and walk me through it. They have a gentle touch and calming demeanor which makes things so much better in the procedure room for those with dental anxiety. I am so thankful for their quick and efficient work. 10 out of 10 recommend ( and I am not a fan of going to the dentist! Lol)

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 reccomend this dentist office. We've been going to this office for about 3 years. It's switched owners in that time. And from a patients POV it seemed to of been a smooth transition. As a patient there hasn't been any issues, with any part of care or plan of care fory entire family. The staff are always pleasant, polite and everyone acknowledgeds you. My kids are 4 and 6 and they are comfortable with the staff. The hygienist are knowledgeable and can answer all my questions. The front desk staff are on top of the insurance portions of payments and care. The Denist is professional, polite and answers any questions or concerns about care. I reccomend this office. As a patient I've never had an issue with annual care, procedures, or appointments times. The staff and Doctor are all professional and helpful in all concerning areas.

I have had the pleasure of meeting probably just about everyone that works there now and they are all so absolutely amazing! If you have dental anxiety (and even if you dont!), I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Koveck and his staff! They definitely care for and treat their patients like we are family! ❤️ I just started going to Koveck Family Dentistry and I am so glad I found them! Sam was my hygentist and she was SUPER sweet and kind and just amazing! She explained thoroughly and answered any questions I had! Dr. Koveck is AMAZING! Super nice, friendly and made me feel super comfortable knowing I have dental anxiety! He definitely cares for his patients! I had to have an extraction done and he and his team made sure I was comfortable before he started and made sure I wasn't feeling any pain during the procedure. The receptionists are so amazing also! EVERYONE in that office are amazing and great! Dr. Koveck and his whole team makes you feel like family by the end of your first appointment! Looking forward to going back! I am so glad I found my new home at Koveck Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done at Koveck Family Dentistry and was genuinely impressed with the level of care I received. The dentist was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly before and during the procedure. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and truly knows what he’s doing. I originally came here because I had lost trust in another dental practice in town after some recent issues, and the difference in service was night and day. Before starting any work, the dentist made sure I was completely comfortable and numb. There ended up being a complication that was completely out of his control, but he handled it professionally and even personally called me later that day to check on how I was doing. That level of care and follow-up meant a lot to me. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for all of my future dental work, and I plan on bringing my family here as well. Highly recommend Koveck Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had some work done in the morning. I had a crown put on. I went out for lunch a couple hours later and I felt like something moved. I went back to the office thinking that what they did in the morning may have done. It turned out. It was something totally different and they fixed it Right away thank you nothing but good things for this l Dental office i’ve had a lot of work done here. Everybody is great treated well very clean. Can’t say enough. The people are understanding for. I am terrified of the dentist like I said they are understanding. Talk to me. Love it. Fantastic experience: I had a front tooth come out at work suddenly, I called koveck family dentistry.Dr Steven Koveck got me in immediately first thing the next morning to put a temporary in for me.The outcome after the bridge that he and his staff put in for me looks amazing. Michelle is my usual dental hygienist and she is so fun and makes the appointment go by so smoothly. She does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth as well. The office staff are so friendly as well. Julie will always be my favorite. They treat you like family and care for you and listen to your concerns. This dentist office may have had a bad reputation in the past with the previous dentist but do not let that steer you away from them now. They are all great and you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Imagine if you could hand pick a Dental team like you can in fantasy sports, by selecting the best in all aspects of your Dental care and treatment. from the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the Dental assistants who are compasionate and professional. This team is led by a Dr Stephen Koveck. A friendly Dentist with extreme integrity that truly cares for his patients care and comfort. Their facilities are extremely clean and I was amazed at the state of the art equiptment and processes they have. I went in on the 2nd of December for a upper plate and by December 30th I was celebrating the New Year with a new smile!!! If you need a Dental Team thats the pinnacle in their field, look no further. Thanks Dr Koveck and your team!

Fantastic experience: I hate to admit but I've never liked the dentist, no mater what. Several places would tell me so many diffrent things and never explain why. This place is above and beyond!!! Ive never liked the dentist and here I actully wanna come in. They are so on top of your comfort and making sure you are ok and understand what is going on and why ontop of how to better anything you have concerns with. All the staff is so friendly and amazing!! I don't know what else to day these people are so amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I been going to Koveck Dentistry for a long time and they have treated me great and with respect. They have a friendly atmosphere and kind people working for them. Recently needed some costly procedures done so they send a pre-estimate in to the Insurance and it was approved, but when it was time for the Insurance to pay on the clam it was DENIED, needless to say I was responsible for the full amount. Koveck Family went above and beyond in helping me with the cost. They were not obligated to do it but they did it anyway. To the KOVECK FAMILY THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH and to Steven you have no idea how much I APPRECIATE what you did for me thank you. You have my SINCERE GRATITUDE! Negative experience: The dentist I saw for cleanings is an amazing woman. I love her, she is totally honest. This is not her fault. I was told I had 3 cavities back in October of this year. I went to another dentist today because my tooth has been hurting, turns out I did not have a single cavity. It was just my wisdom teeth coming in causing the pain. No. Cavities. Last year I came in during October for two fillings. The experience sucked. I was not asked once if I was okay or if I was hanging in there. The lady had her breasts in my face too. Very unprofessional. I am an easy going person and these two instances totally threw me off with this establishment.

The front desk was efficient with check-in (even being shirt staffed) and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Koveck and his hygenist (I can't remember her name - but she was amazing ) took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention to my, and my kids, individual needs. Highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Received very good care from Dr. Koveck and his staff. He took the time to explain the process. He showed me x-rays and what he and the oral surgeon talked about when placing the screw for the implant. He even answered some crazy "what if" questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need if dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Koveck DDS is outstanding as is his staff. Missy, the dental tech was the first person I met. They say your staff is a reflection of the dentist, his staff is. Missy was cheerful, funny and kind; she put me at ease. I had to have a back tooth pulled, which is the worse. The longest part of the whole thing was the numbing. Afterwards all I felt was a little tug, and the tooth was out! Dr Koveck knows his stuff! He talks you through everything and gives you options, which is wonderful also. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Koveck and staff, so glad I found him. ********* VISIT #3**** I had a temporary crown put in the last visit, again in the back ugh. I was a few minutes early to an 8 am appointment. They took me in back exactly at 8. Again, options were given to be numbed or not to remove temp crown and do further work, I chose no. Was told if it hurt, they would stop and numb. The work was done with little discomfort. I was in my car at 8:25 am! Still giving Dr Koveck and staff FIVE STAR!

Fantastic experience: I have the biggest fear of coming to the dentist. Dr. Koveck and his staff makes you feel super comfortable! They are always smiling and making you laugh. His office is very uplifting and positive. During my exam the dental hygenist was very thorough and explained everything down to a T. When you walk through Dr l. Kovecks door you don't even feel like you're a dentist office. It's calm and very welcoming. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. My son was a trooper at the age of 6 coming to see Dr. Steve with an abscessed tooth, he sat like a rockstar in his chair! My family and I are very thankful for Dr. Koveck and his staff!

Fantastic experience: Wow. Just got a full upper denture after a disaster attempt at another office. It's perfect and I can only say... Dr K. IS THE MAN! Great staff too. Actually I've had it a couple months so this is based on being happy the whole time. RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Koveck and his staff are wonderful. They are always extremely kind, and very helpful with any questions or concerns we might have. They are great with my 10 year old, and their office has a cute shelf of toys for my toddler in the waiting room. As much as we may dread going to any dentist appointment...my family and I always leave Dr. Koveck feeling better. Thank you to Dr. Koveck and your amazing staff! We appreciate all that you do.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth drilled and filled Dr Koveck and both assistants were very caring and did a great job hardly any pain at all. I recommend them very highly. Had another tooth cared for and also had teeth cleaned by Sam earlier. Again they were all very caring and did a great job. So glad we found Dr Koveck and his staff.
