Negative experience: You ruined my life. My look. My singing , my my everything. I can never face people on stage or in public. I was already down on myself and you took me over the edge. My teeth were fine. And now they are gone. Hooe you got the insurance money and you sleep well at night. Like family , hell. Yall ruined me.

Negative experience: waited 4 months for this appointment btw. and ive been here multiple times trying to get them to work on me. awful for people coming from another state with braces on. i waited in the lobby for an hour and a half for a consultation just for them to refer me somewhere else after telling them i didnt have transportation to get to the first place they referred me to. replaced my bands with a color that didnt match what i asked for. now yes, they were busy that day, but still. you dont half-ass a service just to get a patient out of your chair.

Negative experience: They say me up an appointment for 5 months away to get some teeth pulled said they put me on a cancellation list I never received a phone call when the day arrived for me to go to my appointment they told me the doctor wasn't in and I had to deal with the tooth pain for another 5 months they don't care about their patients only how much money that can make without doing the work! So very unprofessional! Wouldn't let my animals go there!!!

The dentist I had today was taking my impression molds for my dentures and she wasn't satisfied with the way the first one came out and insisted on redoing it because she wanted them to fit perfect! I really appreciate that kind of personal touch they take in the work they do it makes me feel like it's definitely done correct.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist office been going for a while and they make every effort to get me an appointment when needed. Dr. Linger is an Excellent dentist. He did my upper dentures and partial and I haven't had any trouble with them after a few adjustments

Positive experience: If you can get past never having anyone answer the phone you'll be in good hands. I have tried to get through to the office to make an appt for over a week. This happens on a consistent basis. If you're lucky to get an appt, you'll be quite pleased with their services. They have fantastic dentists and their staff are great as well. Because they have first class dentists you will most likely have an appt booked weeks to months ahead. If you're in no hurry, great. They also offer payment plans. I won't change my dentist but I sure wish I could see him in weeks instead of months.

Negative experience: This is the worse place to go, Dr Linger does not care about his patients,I found that out first hand, and the staff is just as bad, unless you have a medical card or are rich don't expect to get treated as though your human. That's exactly how they make you feel, Linger is only after money once you leave that office you're nothing to him, that's the TRUTH, 1ST HAND EXPERIENCE

Negative experience: Elizabeth starkey in reception messed up scheduling a single dental appointment four times. And I quote, “What are you even being seen for today?” After not finding my name on the schedule. Got extremely rude when asked why it was changed again after three times last week when seen in office. The dental hygienist had to make a new appointment for the 11th at 2:20 p.m. because said employee messed up the original appointment. On claims I didn’t confirm said appointment, you can see attached below the original. Elizabeth refused to give me a reason and was rude when I asked why it was scheduled back to the first original date and time.

Fantastic experience: Friendliest staff you will ever meet. We were seen right away and all our concerns were addressed. It’s refreshing to know that professional, courteous service still exists.

Negative experience: I have a broken tooth and have ask if they could do a temporary filling they set me up with an appointment for next year I called them to tell them a bit more broke of so they set me up 2 days later to see if they could do the temporary filling then was told they didn't have time that day so they told me that I had a cleaning appointment today and they could put a temporary filling in so for the 3rd time was told they didn't have time I will never go back there again they were very rude

Fantastic experience: Great doctors, very gentle and understanding. I take myself and all my kids there, and so long as I'm in Elkins that's not gonna change cuz we are in good hands. They handle everything, they text reminders and have good communication. I've never waited very long in the waiting room to get in either and very rarely does it take long for the doctor to come in. Sometimes their scheduling takes a while to get in but they offer wait lists which really help.

Fantastic experience: I could not of had a better experience today. I was a new patient and was taken care of quickly and professionally. Everything was explained fully. No one could have been any nicer from start to finish from the time that I walked in the door. I was glad that I chose Wilson Martino at Elkins for my dentist. Second visit. Thank you for your excellent and professional service!! Third visit. I had three teeth extracted. It was done by Dr Wilfong and his assistant. There was not pain and it was done quickly and professionally from start to finish.

Negative experience: I used to think this was a great place to go until recently. I have a horrible tooth infection and the tooth needs to be extracted ASAP and they make me an appointment for 4 months from now. Not only that but they are obsessively trying to convince me into a deep cleaning, every single visit is a lecture on how important it is to do -just so they can bill my insurance for it. I have cavities and more important work that needs done, had they prioritized those teeth sooner I wouldn't be in the predicament I am in now. I made the appt for the deep cleaning just to appease them and they cancelled both those appts. I'm now desperately searching for a dentist to pull my tooth cause they can't make the time for me even after being seen by a doctor who insisted it be removed soon. I have been suffering for weeks now, in pain, sick, with a pounding headache, desperately searching for a dentist. This place is ridiculous and I'm done with them. They should care more about their patients and their patient's health.

Fantastic experience: They were all so friendly. It did take some time to get called back, but once going back to get x-rays it went fast. I saw the hygienist and the dentist, and they walked through all the issues I had, which thankfully wasn’t much. Great place!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Wilson Martino Dental! Dr. Poole is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit comfortable and stress free. Mackenzie, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind and attentive she helped make the whole process smooth and reassuring. The office is clean, well-organized, and the team clearly cares about their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Poole and his team if you're looking for top quality dental care!

Positive experience: This is Allen Mc. I had an outstanding balance which I gladly paid on my last visit but I was charged a new intake fee. I don't know how the billing was worked out finally about it but check your bill to make sure it fits service rendered

Fantastic experience: We've been to multiple dentists that were horrible. This place has been the most pleasant and kind dentistry I have ever taken my children to in 10 or 11 years. They were great about involving us as parents, and willingly showing us xrays, going over everything, and making sure we were satisfied before we left. This is a very considerate and gentle place. The environment and atmosphere is amazing, and very postitive. The staff is great. I wish I would have had them be my children's dentist from the beginning. It means a lot to me as a parent that they genuinely cared about my childrepositive. I would recommend them to anybody.

Negative experience: I have had to edit my once good review. Beware using this dentist, as they will leave your cavities to grow bigger to charge your insurance more. While the crowns they did were good, and still hold up, their preventative care is not. Twice they mentioned I had small cavities growing, and twice I asked them if I should have them filled and was told no. Now I go to a Wilson Martino in another town and they tell me that not only should those have been filled a year ago when they were small, but I have a third massive cavity too. I was THIS close to requiring a root canal. How did Martino of Elkins not catch this?! They take X-rays every time! And they expressely told me NOT to get the two smaller cavities filled each time I asked. I must have bad luck. This is the third dentist in a row that has cost me my teeth with their incompetence. Go elsewhere for preventative care.

Negative experience: 0 Stars if possible. Won’t even help you in an emergency. They said it would be months before they could help me.

I get a phone call but the cellphone dropped the call . Called back and could only leave a message. Everyone else was so nice.

Negative experience: Appointment time was scheduled for 8am. Arrived early to fill out patient paperwork as a new patient (like every doctors office has you do) and no one was at the front desk to be approached. Receptionists did not show up until 5 after 8am. Not horrible but still late, now they are running 10 minutes already behind schedule yet there was 4 of us in the waiting room when they decided to report to their stations.

Negative experience: When I say I don’t recommend this place I mean it truthfully. If you are looking for a dentist that cares and can fit you in and give quality oral care, this is not the place. The staff, has been wholly unpleasant. The office does not pick up their phones, and work previously done in personal oral care has not lasted past a year. Furthermore, when going in for an appointment to get a specific oral treatment done, that was not a x-ray but to fix an urgent tooth problem, all that was done was a x-ray. Nothing else was done. They sent the person in my care out the door with no improved oral standing, since all they did was an x-ray. I strongly recommend not choosing this place as a primary dentist for you or your loved ones. If you care about quality, long lasting care for your teeth do not go here.

Negative experience: Very RUDE, They waited until a hour before my kids appointment to verify insurance. Elizabeth hung up on me when asked for my kids father social.. because I didn't feel comfortable giving it to her I wanted her to call him. Then After being on the phone with her for a hour, as my 3 kids and I were about to walk into the front door she called back and said they did not have insurance which in fact they DO! so I then told her to cancel the appointments and id take my kids somewhere else. She replied 'okay!! very nicely at that point!

The doctor is efficient tells you what he’s going to do and has a great bedside manner. All in all great dentist and even stronger scheduling and support team!

Negative experience: I WOULD NOT recommend Wilson and Martino in no way shape or form to anyone. I have NEVER been treated with such rudness... In my life..... They were suppose to send my pharmacy a script for antibiotics for my tooth didn't do it.. then made a big deal cause im allergic to alot of antibiotics so I can only have certain ones wanted to send me clear out of town to have extractions done when there is an oral surgeon right herr locally i could of sued them for nerve damage they caused but i didn't......i should have

Negative experience: I had a schedule appointment with them, got there on time but had to wait in like to check in while I was waiting to get checked in they canceled my appointment and said I was late because they are incompetent and can't check people in ontime. Then the lady preceed to tell me that the densit had another appointment at 12 when my was 1130 which tells me he double booked and canceled mine. I will not being going back and suggest others don't. The front desk staff is also very rude and not helpful. And tried to agree that I was late when I wasn't.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Linger is the best and the staff always treat you awesome would not consider taking myself or family any where else. If you want the best then you need to go to Elkins office.
