Negative experience: Despite what they tell you on the phone they are not equipped to deal with severely autistic children. I called and explained the situation to them they assured me they could give him nitrous or something so that we could get his exam and his teeth taken care of. The day of the exam I'm told they only do nitrous for treatment and that they can't do anything for my son. I'm handed a referral paper and told to go to a specialist. The dentist said they would find one in network but the girl says they don't do that and its up to me. Said they can make an appointment with the san antonio office or go to Seguin... well ITS NOT IN NETWORK... finally got him w a specialist in san antonio after dealing with insurance. At least I got antibiotics for my kid today but if youre a special needs parent, DONT BOTHER!!!

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, explain what was going on, and discuss the treatment options I may need. I never felt rushed, and they were very informative and caring. Fantastic experience: I was so very nervous and anxious prior to my appointment. The front office ladies were so kind and reassuring. Your dental assistant was so courteous and helpful. She made me feel at ease. The dentist was caring, professional and did an awesome job. Because of this experience, I will feel much more at ease on my next visit.

Agave Dental in Kenedy has the most friendliest professional staff that makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. From the receptionists, dental hygienists to the best dentist ever!, I’ll never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Front sitting area is clean and they have a small fridge with complimentary water. I was greeted when I walked in…and quickly attended to. Once I completed my forms I was taken back and xray’ed. After evaluation I was presented with a dental plan and chose what I wanted done today and it was started immediately and finished.

Fantastic experience: I normally have a hard time going to the dentist for anything, but this doctor was truly a blessing. Even the way he would numb your gums, he would make sure you feel little to no pain. The staff was very nice as well and I really appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done 01/15/26 by the dentist, Dr. Kim and let me start off by saying how amazing the service was not just from him but the dental assistant, Makayla and the front desk staff, Pam. They made sure I was 100% comfortable the entire time. From the start, asking me what I would prefer on the tv to making sure there was no pain or discomfort. Taking breaks along the way. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit their office. 10 out of 10 service.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was friendly and very efficient. He is the one that did my cleaning and not the normal hygienist. The staff is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this dentist. The office is clean and comfortable and they have TV’s on the ceilings you can watch while getting g your dentistry done.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Agave Dental was awesome! This was my first visit and thought I needed extensive work. Not so but I still expected to pay in the thousands for my 50% - again, not so!! My experience was top notch! No pain and I was comfortable the entire 3 hours or so I was there. My dentist and Mikayla explained everything as did the office manager. I am so impressed and look forward to driving 30 miles for all return visits. My family will make a change to Agave Dental, as well.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to the clinic and the staff were so helpful with the check-in process. Everthing was explained to me regarding my issue and possible treatment options. We are trying the least intrusive option first which I didn't even know was available. I will be coming back for all future care. Pain management was excellent and I really needed it!

Negative experience: Rude staff and cheap. Have a laminated paper to sign consent for treatment so they can erase signature an reused. It was an impersonal experience. Everything was done on a tablet. So the nurse and Dr knew nothing about me still.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and the staff are so incredibly nice here. I was super nervous coming in for a root canal and everyone was so kind. I did try nitrous gas for the first time and that also really helped I wasn't anxious at all during the procedure. The dentist checked several times to make sure I was not in any pain and also has you raise your arm if you feel any pain at all and he immediately stops and gives you more numbing. I also really appreciated that he had several x-rays done during the root canal to make sure he got everything just right. The price was also very reasonable which really helped me out taking care of my teeth on a budget. If I need any fillings or root canals in the future I will only come here. Thank you!
