Positive experience: Prep nurse was great , the doctor on the other hand acted like all he wanted to do is get it over with acted like he didn't want to get to know his patients or me at all , probably be finding me another dentist.

Stefani did an excellent job as my hygienist and took great care of me, while Dr. Haynie was terrific and quickly repaired a chipped tooth. Best of all, I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. I highly recommend Rainbow City Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: As most people, I am not a fan going to the dentist. That being said, I went today and Stephanie was amazing! She went over and above to make me comfortable, and it truly was a very pleasant experience. If you don’t have a family dentist, Rainbow City Family Dentist is the place for you! They will Work you in if you have any kind of dental emergency as I have had, and are so kind and patient with me as I’m sure most people are. They make it a positive experience. Edited: since my earlier post, I have had a bridge and a crown done. Dr. Haynie is amazing, and Tiffany and Dottie are both super at the temporary bridge/crown! I am finally, at my older age, no longer terrified of going to the dentist thanks to the kind folks here!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice knows their job especially the dentist .Iam terrified of shots and I would recommend him don’t even know he giv s me the shots so easy I rate them 100 if possible best of the best Had tooth today I didn’t even know dr Haynie pulled it .my third time there always the best all around everyone

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was super sweet, understanding, and patience with me and my three children. They really took the time to explain to my children what was happening so they would feel comfortable. Also, they cared about and took the necessary steps for them to love the experience and consider the best approach. I absolutely loved the experience and so did my children.

Negative experience: First time going there back in November last yr and I loved it. Everyone was nice n they even gave me a place for me to set up to have surgery done to take out two of my teeth. What I am NOT happy about is, that when I called the place they recommended me to have surgery at to check about how much how do pay was going to be they informed me that my dentist emailed them that same day canceling my appointment that I made. Then when I called the office they denied the whole thing and then said they can set me up somewhere else or would I like to call another place and I said “ I would like to call the other place and schedule the appointment myself. Well few minutes go by and I receive a call saying that she called the place and scheduled me an appointment with them. How are they going to call and make an appointment for me when I said I would do it myself especially when they don’t know which days works good for me and then they email the first place I was going to and cancelled my appointment without my knowledge. So that’s why I am giving them a one star

I brought my one-year-old in to have his teeth filed down after chipping the front two a couple days prior, and Dr. Haynie was amazing with him and made sure, even though he was scared, he would have a smile on his face before leaving the office! We will definitely be returning for his check up/cleanings visits!
