Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentistry. I was immediately put at ease, treated kindly and compassionately. Any questions I had were answered. The staff there are so warm and sweet and understanding. Dr. Rowan was amazing and has a wonderful, warm and kind manner. You can tell everyone there cares about your well being and getting you treated and healed properly. I cannot say enough good things about this office. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient since I was 18 and have seen this clinic grow into the cutting edge facility you see today. The great part is . . . the winning attitudes of the staff hasn't changed. Yes, you get expert doctors, but the kindness and positive vibes from the staff is unmatched!

Negative experience: This was the first time that my mouth has ever been in pain just from a cleaning. The young lady i had was very nice and polite but you could tell that she has not been doing this long and she might have been a little nervous too‍♀️. Everyone has to learn so I hope that she gets better over time. However I still choose Rowen for my dentist.

Positive experience: The actual process of getting my teeth cleaned n getting my partial, was great. But the company doesn't have procedures in place to help seniors to afford the financial part of the process. Other than that, all was good.

Fantastic experience: They have seen me 3 times and each time is awesome! The staff is so super friendly. My visit yesterday was a different due to them being in the trailers but that didn’t stop them from giving excellent service that was also super quick! Went in for a filling that I knew was going to be a little difficult but they got me out of there within an hour and the filling looks amazing (it’s on my front two teeth) strongly recommend yall to everyone!

Negative experience: Me and my husband have both been here a few times for cleanings. The first few times were pretty good experiences but the last time we came really did it for us. He had to wait 30 minutes to be called back and our appointments were at the same time. When I was getting my teeth cleaned the lady was very rough with the scraper. My gums hurt for days after and I’ve never had that happen after a simple cleaning. My husband also said the lady that cleaned his teeth was rough with the scraper and that she was rude.

Fantastic experience: The staff were so helpful! My babysitter fell through the morning of my appointment but the office lady's took could care of my baby boy while I had xrays done and saw the dentist! I'm so excited to start my journey of a full mouth makeover!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I booked an emergency/last minute apt with Dr. Paige and his assistant Julie English. Through all of the extreme anxiety and series of unfortunate events, Dr. Paige and Julie were AMAZING. They kept me comfortable, informed and reassured the entire visit. I couldn't have asked for better treatment at one of the scariest places for me to go. Forever thankful for these two!! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They go above and beyond!!

Negative experience: Done everything I was suppose to for my teeth to be made was even calling for two weeks checking on them just to be told after 5 weeks they never even started on them yet!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rowan wasn't afraid of my multiple chronic conditions. Everyone there was SUPER kind and thoughtful. The front desk associates were warm and welcoming. The dental assistant was kind and tried to soothe me. Dr. Rowan didn't hesitate to refer me to an oral surgeon and give me antibiotics and T3 for the pain. I walked in a tightly wound bundle of nerves and I left feeling calm and like we had a plan!

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting and the staff from front desk to the check out was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable once I got in the chair even gave me a blanket because I was cold. I will be recommending to the rest of my family. Thank you all so much for that home feeling when I walked in the office until I left. You guys ROCK!!!!

I had an area of concern & she along with the dentist both went above & beyond the normal to check things out & make sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend Rowan Family Dental.

Negative experience: These people basically robbed me. They tell me I got to have 8 teeth removed. They removed 2. One from the top and one from bottom. Keep mind I didn't go to this place with tooth pain. Since I left this place my mouth has never hurt as much as it does now. So I went back to tell them they done new xrays of course so they could charge me again for that... turned around wanted more money to "schedule" out to come back for the tooth that they broke as they took the one out...more money... total I gave these ppl 500 dollars not counting what my insurance paid them and only thing I got was 2 teeth ripped out and my mouth hurting for the passed month straight. The one tooth that is hurting me so much I can't hardly see straight one dang tooth these ppl only want money they do NOT care about you they are going to take you the most expensive route they can possibly take you and leave you in excruciating pain and oh well the dentist don't feel like pulling it

Negative experience: So disappointed with the denture I had made here. One problem after another. They do not fit. The top gum part of the denture is too short so the denture slides back as I'm talking gagging me. No amount of adhesive i use holds it in place. Have to have a complete denture remade. No amount of reline they do will fix this. Except this time I'm going to a different dentist. Paid all this money and can not even wear it. Now ill be out more money getting a new one made. Was told they would work on the denture until it's right. Of course they will but you have to pay. Who has that kind of money? So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Rowan Family Dentisty provided the best dental care experience I have had till now. Professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely kind staff. They are very easygoing and made the whole treatment much easier. I called this morning at 8am due to a breaking a tooth last night. They immediately told me come in and not only did they determine a plan for treatment, they did the procedure TODAY! I can not brag on them enough! Also, my kids had visits this week as well. They were made comfortable and well taken care of. No tears were shed. All smiles. 100% recommend thid dentist!

Fantastic experience: It's the closest thing to a spa that a dentist office can be. They offer noise canceling headphones, water, and are super concerned about your comfort level. I was shivering (it is cold there), and they offered me a blanket. My first thought was, "you guys have blankets here?". Other than the amenities, I had a chipped tooth repaired yesterday and it looks better than it did before I chipped it. It's like an upgrade. Tooth 2.0. They're good, I recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rowan Family Dentristy for about six months or so now. My experience from day one has been phenomenal. The entire staff from the front office to the back office has been nothing but great! They truly treat everyone who walks through those doors like family. I drive across two countries to receive treatment hear and it is so worth the time and gas. I am overly satisfied with the service that I received here and I plan on being a customer for life. If you need a dentist office to call home…….please try this out for yourself. I can promise you that you will not regret your decision!

Negative experience: Came in and asked for veneers. Can’t remember the dentist’s name but he was all for giving me veneers. Except he kept calling them crowns which was confusing me. I reiterated that I wanted and was getting veneers and he said yes. Turns out he was lying. I was in the chair and he didn’t tell me anything he was doing until he had filed my teeth down as was ready to put on the CROWNS!!! I went to the bathroom and cried. My real teeth were already gone and I had no choice but get the crowns which I learned in that moment is not the same thing as veneers. He did something to my front gums with a laser and they wouldn’t stop bleeding. Bled for a year. One of the crowns were crooked and slightly discolored. I originally had a spot on my back molar which he said was nothing. Turns out it was a cavity. I’ve been too terrified to step back in this place. Not to mention they didn’t let me pick out my own crown shape and shade. The lady kept pressuring me to pick what she wanted. I was so young and green during this visit. They stepped all over me and took advantage of me and I gave them money for this service. I’d never been to the dentist before until them. I haven’t been to another one since. I’m older and meaner now. Things would’ve been different if I’d been there for a visit with my present self’s attitude and I would have VENEERS not crowns.

Anytime I had a question they did there best to inform me or called in someone to give me answers. As a person who hasn't been to the dentist since childhood then needed 2 molar extractions as an adult it was daunting but they all new exactly what to do and gave me tools to make me comfortable (enough to go to sleep!). They also work well with families who may not have insurance
