Fantastic experience: It is rare to find a nearby dentist who not only is exceptional in his craft, but also exceptional in making patients comfortable. Let's face it, going to the dentist is not always fun. Dr. Caves handles every interaction as if it were his mouth he was working on, or he was treating a close family member or friend. He does the job right, and to exacting standards. He goes out of his was to ensure questions are answered, options and procedures are understood, and that patients are comfortable. He focuses on prevention, rather than waiting for deterioration to take its course. As rare as this is, it is even more rare to have hygienists and assistants that also perform to these same standards of practice and patient care. Everyone at this practice has been extraordinary to deal with, from appointment scheduling, to cleanings and fillings, emergencies, and billing. I tried this practice because it was the closest. Now, my whole family uses this practice, because it is the best.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is simply over the top great y’all! Kind staff, flexible scheduling and Dr. Thompson’s attention to detail is just stellar! They have 2 offices to serve their patients, the latest technology, especially for cleaning your teeth, so there was minimal manual scraping and almost zero discomfort at all! Would highly recommend them!

Dr. Paul Thompson has a mastery of the skills needed to advise the proper procedure and then competently and expertly fix the problem.

The facility is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the entire staff is warm and friendly. All these features make the dentist office less daunting, and as I think most people would agree, is not our favorite place to go! Cheers!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the misinformation I received about dental service I received. I specifically asked for a quote on a crown. I was told by the front desk that my insurance would pay for 1/2 ($835) without first getting a pre-approval from my dental insurance. I believed them, so I paid 1/2 of the bill as suggested. Then, I was told I owed for the full amount because my insurance did not cover it! And, I was told that it was up to me to ask for a pre-approval ahead of time. Now, I'm left with over a $2000 bill! As a provider of health myself, I think that it was unprofessional to be given incorrect information rather than first researching and requesting an approval from my insurance company. I value transparency, and providers of services to be upfront and correct when quoting services so that there are no financlal surprises. I did not get that from this dental association. And, because I didn't pay the full amount up front, I do not qualify for the discount they offer now. Wow!
