Fantastic experience: My family has been coming here for a few years now. My kids had a dentist that they loved and were nervous about coming to a new dentist when we moved but after one visit here they were happy to stay. We’ve had great service and great care! The hygienists have been kind and listen when we’ve had concerns. The staff is upbeat and friendly and is always super helpful with all my insurance questions. All in all great place to come!

Fantastic experience: One of my biggest fears is going to the dentist. I had just had 5 teeth pulled and Partials put in. It was a very sad appt. I had one tooth that was really bothering me wondering WHY had he not pulled it. Also I was double charged. So today the dentist pulled this badly infected tooth where the roots were terribly infected, so the partial they had made me does not fit anymore. Anyway the dentist was dental walked me through my fears. The assistant was awesome to say the least. I’m going back in a few weeks to discuss my options. I would definitely share his practice with anyone who is looking for a great dentist

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth, made an appointment to review choices. At appointment discussion on options, and 90 minutes later a temporary replacement tooth is done. Cap is due in shortly. Friendly service and explained what needed to be done. Cap was installed today, very pleased with results

Fantastic experience: Crown came off and had an appointment within two.days. Transferred my X-rays and they were knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. Now I am a new patient to the practice. April 7, 2025 Able to make an appointment on short notice as they texted me with a cancellation opening up. I had a chipped front tooth top and filling lost on bottom front. Both problems were fixed and top front felt like a new tooth to me. All of the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. October 2025 6 months cleaning and check up found problems in two teeth including need for a crown replacement. Received an appointment for both teeth within a week and all was taken care of in a professional and friendly environment. New crown arrived in a week and was attached. Always a good experience.

Fantastic experience: While on vacation my partial poped off my crown that it was attached to . I tired texting you about the pain I was in and any ideas to help ? No response ! Called left message no answer finally they called. Got in and worked on . It makes me so angry to get a charge after a new partial pops off a crown that you put on . Now finding out it’s no good tooth has to be pulled and the new partial has to get a replacement tooth $$$$$$$&$&&&

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christopher Parent DMD in Porter, Maine is efficient with all the modern equipment to thoroughly check your gums/teeth. I have had 2 crowns done at his office and both came out with perfect fit and smoothness. The office girls are also efficient with the insurances/billing/appointments. This has become my new dentist office - Ossipee River Dental!! Ps. And there is free coffee!!

Fantastic experience: I called Ossipee River Dental today because I have had concerns about a tooth. I was offered an appointment for today. I arrived at the appointed time and was seen promptly. I’m very glad that I reached out today because as it turned out the tooth I was concerned about was broken. Dr Parent gave me his recommendations. He provided a complete description of the proposed treatment. And I left the office with a date to have my tooth treated. I’m glad that my dentist is local and responds to my concerns. Today’s extraction of my broken tooth went super smoooothly! I was comfortable through out my treatment. I genuinely believe that Dr Parent did everything he could to make my visit painless. My thanks to staff for caring about my experience. Scott A week after my extraction I wanted to know how my healing was progressing. I called ORD and was offered an appointment for that same morning! Fantastic experience: Speaking for my wife, Linda: Ossipee River Dental was there for us when Linda needed an extraction, when local oral surgeons were unavailable. All of the personnel were sharp, courteous and on the ball. Special credit goes to Dr Parent and his dental assistant Jody. Linda was evaluated, her tooth extracted, prepared for an implant, and given post op care instructions in one hour while I filled out all the forms. We travelled an hour to get to the appointment but we will have to give strong consideration to ORD for her future dental needs. Also, of secondary importance they accepted our WellSense insurance.

Fantastic experience: This practice is friendly and helpful and the place is calm and clean. They gave me treatment options. They also, at my request, gave me dental insurance recommendations. Update: This week I needed a difficult procedure done. It went extremely well and was much less uncomfortable than I expected. The whole team is wonderful!

After not seeing a dentist in close to a decade, I was no short of terrified to be seen. Their staff is nothing less than professional, kind, respectful and endearing. The staff explained all steps and procedures in understandable terms, and answered all questions I had. My hygienist, Liz, made an overall uncomfortable step as quick and thorough as possible. All while letting me make jokes as a distraction, and giving me any breaks I needed. Not only do my teeth feel the best they've felt in years after my visit, I can say honestly that I am excited for my next appointment with ORD. I physically cannot recommend them enough.

The staff and doctors are great squeezed me in for a broken tooth! They are kind caring gentle and more importantly in my opinion personable!! (It always helps to feel like you matter and are not just some random number) Face it no one likes going to the dentist especially because of an emergency. However the entire staff from initial phone call to the last moment of check out and all I had contact with in between made the experience of a broken tooth as painless & efficient and fair priced as could possibly be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ossipee River Dental for your dental needs. Im glad I now have an office I can confidently contact should I need dental care when I’m away from my home office. If this area was my home they would definitely be my dental office of choice.

Fantastic experience: Last week I had 2 posts secured into my jawBelieve Me when I say the experience was not what I “imagined “ Every detail perfectly orchestrated . Hannah was working alongside Dr Parent and took care of everything I needed. She knew exactly what she was doing. I grew more and more relaxed as the surgery progressed. In the forward facing wall was a video that took me on a magical tour of Montana with soft music playing. A follow up call several hours later made me feel completely well cared for .After following the instructions I hardly felt any discomfort by the next day. Amazingly team. % Satisfaction.Thank You All
