Fantastic experience: It was my first visit but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t get to see the actual dentist on this day but I was explained what would be done but I will be returning

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my experience. The advertisement clearly stated a free panoramic X-ray and consultation for their snap-in dentures discount program. After my panoramic X-ray was taken, I was taken to a room and told I would have to pay for additional, more comprehensive X-rays before anyone could even discuss my treatment options. No one examined my gums, looked in my mouth, or provided any type of actual consultation. The "free consultation" ended up being little more than a sales pitch to purchase additional imaging. If the consultation cannot be completed without paid X-rays, that should be made clear before patients schedule an appointment. I left feeling like my time was wasted and that the advertised free consultation was misleading.

Our goal with promotional consultations is to provide patients with helpful information about potential treatment options while also ensuring that any recommendations are based on the appropriate clinical information needed for safe and accurate treatment planning. In some situations, additional diagnostic records may be recommended before a provider can determine whether a specific treatment is appropriate.

Fantastic experience: They were very friendly. Quick check in. Courtesy from all employees. I was on oxygen and used a walker. Was easy to get help. Took exrays and then gave me potions to ponder. Unfortunately I thought they took my insurance, but they didn't.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently moved to this area and were hoping to find a local dentist that we could stick with for the long haul. We are so glad we gave Gladewater Family Dental a try. We found the entire staff to be warm, friendy, and genuinely happy (which I consider to be a "tell" of competent, high integrity management). More importantly, they are clearly very knowledgeable, skilled, and caring professionals. Update: My turn to visit the dentist came on May 5th. Having seen how well my wife was treated made my decision to come here easy. I found that all of the good things I said about the staff from my wife's visit were still true--happy, warm, friendly, and competent. As for actual treatment, the hygenist was outstanding; Dr. Moss and his technician demonstrated impressive skill and teamwork as they gently performed a challenging molar extraction/bone graft. My recovery has been smooth and painless. I feel very fortunate that we found Gladewater Family dental; we highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't say enough about this office it really doesn't feel like a dentist office you can tell the staff have a goal in common and that's to make the patient feel at home. During the 2 procedures I've had so far they are constantly stopping and asking are you okay and do you need anything. I honestly did not feel any pain after my wisdom tooth extraction on my first visit like I did with my first experience at a different office so I was anxious this second go around I knew I was in good hands. As a single parent house hold they really gave me a bunch of hope financially as well. I recommend 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I had originally been going to a dental office where the experience felt neither personable nor private. Their hygienist only cleaned one adult patient’s teeth per month, which meant years passed without a proper cleaning — and I was still going to be charged for it. I finally decided it was time for a change. I wanted a provider who would sit down with me, walk through a plan, and discuss my care privately without other patients overhearing, which had always felt like a HIPAA concern. From the moment I walked into this new office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine smile — something I had never experienced at a dentist before. The dental assistant was incredibly kind, refreshing, and patient. She clearly knew her job well but also took the time to make me feel calm and comfortable. The dentist was just as impressive. He took a comprehensive look at everything, asked thoughtful questions, and explained what needed to be done to help me get my smile back. I appreciated the time and care he put into understanding my situation. At the end of my visit, the same wonderful person who greeted me came into the room to review all the pricing. I thought that was fantastic — transparent, organized, and respectful of my time. Going to any type of doctor can be overwhelming, but this team made me feel calm, supported, and at peace. I’m truly grateful for the experience and the level of care I received.

Fantastic experience: Have not been to a dentist in years. Needed a new lower partial made. Gladiator family dental is the place to go. Partial, cleaning, and a few minor fillings all done for an affordable price. The staff are great. Caring and very professional.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going and immediately when I first walked in the door they greeted me with a smile and said hello. The assistant was very kind and had a very warm smile and made sure I was comfortable. When the dentist came in he greeted me and explained everything about the first time visit and what will come at the next visit. Over all I can say I was very well pleased and glad I picked a hometown dentist. Got my cleaning done today and they did an amazing job. I had to numbed and didn’t feel a thing. Like I said before the atmosphere is amazing here. I would recommend them. Ana did such amaxing job cleaning my teeth.

Negative experience: I wasent going to give a bad review even though i was unhappy two weeks ago but after today I have too. Two weeks ago I went in to get my yearly exam, xrays and cleaning, they did xrays, and then the dentist came in and started talking about implants and crowns and fillings and partials, you name it, I said I'm here for my yearly that insurance covers, he said he was under the impression I was there for everything I just named then he left, and I thought I was going to get my cleaning I asked the girl about it and she said oh we don't have a hygienist right now but we have one starting in 2 weeks, I wasent happy about that but what can you do, so today I had to leave work early and go back up there for the cleaning, the girl calls me back starts poking my gums and calling off numbers, then she tells my teeth look good but my 2 back teeth will need a deep cleaning, and they would have to check with my insurance to see if it will be covered, I told her I'm not worried about those 2 back teeth just clean the rest, she said oh we don't do that we like to deep clean all of them but we can polish them, I said so we are done and she said yes ma'am, I was with her for 5 minutes. I walked out and will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. And I will be calling my insurance tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, caring, and understanding. The doctor was great and the staff was phenomenal. I was so nervous about the bone graft but they made me feel right at home and calmed my anxiety. They did an amazing job. Fantastic experience: I've had the experience of being treated here and I must say service was exceptional! Staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Roman Moss is the man! Very down to earth and he knows his stuff! Most importantly, he took care of my issue offering a pain free experience and great advice moving forward. Fantastic experience: Decently priced! The dentist was diligent in his work, and his karaoke wasn't bad! So not only will your mouth get fixed but you will also be blessed with his humming and singing! 10 out of 10 would recommend! The tooth extraction was mostly pain free and the recovery isn't all that painful ibuprofen gets it gone!

Fantastic experience: Today was my very first visit and the experience was great from start to finish. After my check in & exam the dentist explained thoroughly what was needed to obtain & maintain a healthy mouth. The work needed was a little costly even with insurance however, I was given a financial payment plan that works well with my budget. I look forward to my next visit. Negative experience: I Advise anyone to get a second opinion before listening to this lying Dentist, and her staff, you will be paying for unnecessary treatments you don't need,they are nothing but scammers Beware People, Run from this place. I went there a month ago after my bad experience at Aspen Dental, again I REPEAT, I Advise anyone to get a second opinion when going to this Dentist they be scamming people with unnecessary treatments you don't need, first off after getting my xrays done, The lady who does I guess the billing came in and said I needed over 6,000 of work done to my teeth, and the Dentist said I had an absesce under my right front teeth, and needed 2 Root Canals, I told the billing lady how much do my Insurance pay and she got mad why pay all that money when I got Dental Insurance, knowing they were trying to scam me, because I take care of my teeth, and no other Dentist said I had an absesce under my right tooth, and I been under an orthodontist care and I'm wearing an permanent retainer under my front teeth , I left and went to another Dentist and an endodontics come to find Out I didn't need no Root Canals or no work on my teeth, I only needed 2 crowns on the teeth Aspen Dental damaged, Gladewater family Dental seems like a scam to me. Ooh after saying what my Insurance cover they kicked me out of the back room, I Don't recommend Gladewater Family Dental to noone.by going off of my experience with them.now you trying to say I owe yall 125.00,, and what so bad about that I asked them before I left did I owe anything and the lady at the front desk says no I don't owe anything, but once I wrote my review about what I experience at Gladewater Family Dental and now you saying I owe 125.00, what a scam, I told yall I didn't want x-rays and yall said I wasn't gonna be charged, yall are scammers and I'm reporting your business for fraud...and I'm not paying yall nothing... Negative experience: Tried to charge me 26k to fix my teeth, went to another dentist for a second opinion and only got charged 2k. This place is just a mega scam. Also I keep getting sent a $400 bill for my “free” x rays I received as a special for my first appointment. I’m surprised this place is still up and running honestly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve spent most of my life hopping from one dentist’s office to another, but I recently visited this establishment and I’m so happy to say I finally had a great experience. The staff was friendly, precise, and knowledgeable. The doctor gave me all the reassurance I needed, and my dental hygienist Darla (or Dalia, I think) did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and made sure I left with a fresh, confident smile. I’ve been searching for a dentist’s office with this level of hospitality, and I truly believe I’ve found it. I already have more appointments booked, and the front desk team was extremely helpful in setting up an affordable payment plan for people like me who are on a single income. I’ll admit, when I first saw the building, I hesitated for a moment but something told me not to judge a book by its cover. I’m so glad I listened to that instinct, because this place turned out to be a real gem.

Fantastic experience: I came in today for just a consultation and after explaining to Dr.Shahid what was the most important to me , he made time to fix it . He was awesome!!! Didn’t hurt at all . Aimet the lady at the front desk was awesome as well . She took time to help me figure out how I would pay !!!
