Negative experience: Dentist was nice but that’s really the only good thing I can say, and the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I scheduled an appointment for a new patient exam and cleaning. I was there for 2 hours just for X-rays and the exam. 2 HOURS. In that 2 hours, the assistant proceeded to talk about a patient who had just left, how she is grumpy all the time, how she doesn’t understand why she wears a mask and gloves and carries germ spray. Doesn’t understand how she can live like that. That she never leaves the house unless she has to. Not knowing my history or that I have had family members with mental health issues similar to this. And I am also now left wondering what will be said about me after I left. Completely unprofessional. And then I am told they don’t do cleanings the same day, that I should have been told, and they aren’t scheduling cleanings until July. I would understand if I had needed a deep clean needing to come back but all I needed was a routine cleaning and was told that’s what I was scheduled for. Will be finding somewhere else to go.

Dr. Wolff and his staff make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I recommend him to every person that I know who needs dental work.

They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable before moving forward. What meant the most was how intentional they were about calming my nerves. They didn’t rush me or make me feel embarrassed for being anxious. Instead, they supported me through it with kindness and understanding. By the time I left, I felt relieved, cared for, and proud of myself for going. If you struggle with dental anxiety or just want a team that truly cares, this is the place to go. Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend. Chelsea was amazing! I had to have a root canal done so I was definitely nervous about it but Chelsea made me feel very comfortable and kind of made me feel at ease that I would be okay. Dr Bush did amazing on the root canal as well! They treated me very nicely & the office was clean!

Fantastic experience: Last week I had a upper molar break. They were able to get me in the next day. I recently had colon surgery so they put me in a room for my comfort to wait instead of waiting room. Dr. Wolff squeezed me in between working on others. He took care of tooth and got a temp crown done. His dental assistant Judy was great too, as they both took care of tooth . They know it's hard for me to get in there, I live close but work 1 hr away. I've been a patient there for over 10yrs. Thank you all very much! Diane

I've had previous experiences with other dentists in Colorado and felt like I was buying a used car. Dr Schut was very knowledgeable and was careful to listen what I was concerned about. His staff was the same. I'm glad I chose them.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscessed tooth that was extremely painful. I was so nervous going in to have that tooth removed but it ended up being a great experience. The staff here is wonderful and good staff is just as important as a good dentist. Dr. Wolff did a great job of making sure I did not feel a thing…… and I didn’t. I made this change due to my dentist selling his practice. I did try the new dentist but I would consider an abscessed tooth an emergency. And the staff had me chasing an antibiotic down for five days. Not a good first impression. But it worked out GREAT!! I am very pleased and will have all of my dental work done here from now on. I’m also bringing my husband and daughter.

Negative experience: I had to call and cancel an appointment that had been rescheduled due to a member of their staff having an emergency. I was nice about them having to reschedule the appointment and gave no issue.(I had gotten ready for the appointment and was waiting for time to leave). I was hoping whatever the emergency was that everyone was okay. I even said a prayer about it. Well something came up with work and I couldn’t make it to my rescheduled appointment. I managed to call them an hour before my appointment to let them know, and got chewed out because “now we can’t fill that slot. No one can usually get here in an hour.” I don’t even want to go to my new scheduled appointment with that behavior. I was respectful of them, but they were not at all towards me. My family has been going to this office literally my whole lifetime and before that when Dr. Gibson was there. I did not appreciate the rudeness. Emergencies happen. I was courteous to them, and treated rudely for mine.

Fantastic experience: Update... I have started taking both of my children to this office. They both have Dr Bush and he does great with them. My youngest (6 years old) had to have a tooth pulled and he and his assistant were so nice to her and she did really well. They even put a tv show on for her that she was watching in the lobby to help calm her. I also went back this year to get another tooth pulled, I had Dr Bush this time and I haven't met a unfriendly person in that office yet! Still highly recommend this place! I haven't been to a dentist in a long time because I'm not a big fan of them because in the past I have some bad experiences at dentist offices. Let me tell you if your like me then this is definitely the office for you, Mrs. Cindy and Dr Wolff are amazing. They explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. They asked multiple times if I was ok and when I told Mrs Cindy I didn't like that suction thing and she only used it if she really had to. They were so caring and kind!

Fantastic experience: I was in the process of looking for a new dentist office that was in network with my insurance. I seen all the good reviews and decided to give them a try. I am SO glad I did!! Everyone I seen and spoke with was so nice!! Most dentists I've been to don't seem very friendly but Dr. Wolf is so nice and reassuring! Amanda (I think that's her name)who I seen first was so down to earth helpful. I also seen another lady ( can't remember her name) who was so friendly and gentle. Even the ladies at the front desk are pleasant on the phone and in person! Definitely calling this my new dental office!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Whiteville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for my 1st time Friday. Dr Bush did the work on me for a split/cracked tooth & filling. He is incredible!!! He did some bonding & my front teeth look Great!! Even called & checked on me that afternoon! I've never had a Dentist to do that! My gum wouldn't stop bleeding so he had to get that fixed before doing the work on my tooth. I did not even feel the shots he used & they were right in the front of my mouth. I Highly recommend Dr Bush! Office staff & the Dental Assistant who assisted him was wonderful too! Wish I had gotten the name of his Assistant. She was very knowledgeable & so kind. I would give them 10* stars if I could!!

Fantastic experience: IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 100 STARS I WOULD. Every person I encountered there was absolutely great. I had a broken off molar that was causing severe pain, this is the first place I called and the young blonde receptionist (sadly I didn’t get her name) got me in the next morning as soon as they opened. She was so understanding and such a great person. I was there the next morning, checked in and not even 5 minutes was called to the back, I was given antibiotics for the infection and scheduled to go back Dec.31st to have the tooth extracted. This place is beautiful, (gives you a cabin in the mountains vibe)extremely clean, and the staff is excellent and knows what they are doing and what they are talking about. I haven’t waited over 10 minutes after checking in for both appointments. My dentist, Michael Schut was great & so gentle, afterwards My fiancé even commented on how gentle he was with me trying not to rock my head back and forth too roughly (my molar had VERY DEEP roots) he made sure before he started I was 10000% numb & his assistant Chelsea was great! She is very compassionate, personal & bubbly! I will continue to keep coming here!!! this place really surprised me and my fiancé in such a great way that he even wants to start going here and he is TERRIFIED of dentists. I will recommend this office to any and everyone.
