Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent experience. This office offers top notch service with very friendly staff. Dr.Newhart and his assistant were great . They were very caring and professional! Front desk staff are amazing as well.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today. My first visit. I saw Kara to clean my teeth and Dr Neuhart. Today I saw Erica for my cleaning and Dr. Jones. Everything went great. They were very helpful with an in office insurance type plan that will really save our family some money! So happy I am a patient here.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction today, with Dr. Jones. She made the experience very pleasant. She told me everything she was going to do and ask if I understood everything. She was very good with the numbing I felt nothing during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Jones if you were looking for a dentist in Franklin.

Fantastic experience: Cataloochee Dental Group, Franklin was a fantastic experience!!! And that is saying alot with it being a dentist's office, lol!! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, it was a very pleasant experience. My hygienist, Lisa, was extremely thorough, as well as kind. ......I do have my own teeth, thank the Lord,but have had to have many fillings and crowns, which I am sure cannot be a fun or easy mouth to work on! The Dr. was pleasant, too, and actually very personable. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and they all made me feel welcome!! I won't dread my next visit there at all Ps.....next visit just finished up, and they are still just as great!!!! DEC, 2025.....STILL GREAT!!! January 2026.....had to have a filling..OH, NO!! BUT.....Was in and out very quickly! Hannah and Doctor were fantastic, and front desk was super helpful!

Fantastic experience: The dentist did an outstanding job grinding down one of my teeth for a crown. There was no pain during the procedure and a couple of tylenol took care of the discomfort post procedure. The assistant was very gentle as well and the staff were great. 2nd visit to install a permanent crown was quick. I was in and out of the office in 15 to 20 minutes. I did have some sensitivity when Dr. Jones was drying around the tooth so she adjusted her approach so that the procedure was completed pain free. She also took the time to answer all my questions about future care.

I walked in and they were very helpful and understanding. I was able to get in immediately and they quickly fixed my problem. I was able to leave for my trip with only a small delay! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this group for a number of years now. The dental care provided and customer service has always been exceptional and has continued at the same high level after the new management that occurred a few years ago. I believe their approach to dental care is conservative while still keeping my oral health a priority. I very much appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: I lost an old filling earlier this week and Amanda (at the front desk) was able to work me in with Dr. Jones the next day! Ginny (or maybe Jenny?) and Dr. Jones worked as a practiced team to fix me up with a new crown (temp) in a little over an hour - no waiting or discomfort whatsoever. These guys are good! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The lady who checked me in was very professional and helped me update my health information. The female dentist assessed my needs and replaced the crown that had fallen out. All in all everyone was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Went to the office for a new crown on an implant. They had to contact the previous dentist to know what brand of implant was used. They found a compatible post. Dr. Jones is a joy to work with and ensures you are never in pain. All the staff are friendly and professional and take care of filing of my insurance. Most people hate going to the dentist. The folks at Cataloochee are the best.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience at this dental office. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. They even rearranged their schedule so my son and I could be seen at the same time, which made everything so much easier for me as a parent. That level of consideration really stood out. They took the time to explain what they were doing as they went, which helped ease any nerves. The main doctor was especially kind, gentle, and patient, making the visit much less stressful than I expected. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Fantastic experience: I went in with a cracked tooth and Dr. Jones did a phenomenal job identifying the problem and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and the temporary crown was satisfactory, until my permanent crown came in. Once my permanent crown came in, she did an amazing job ensuring it fit perfectly so that it wouldn’t cause me any discomfort. Thanks Dr. Jones

From the receptionists, the assistant, Annette, assigned to me and Doctor Neuhart, their service and care couldn't be better. Since we are new to this area, finding a local dental was impossible, as no one is taking new patients Cataloochee is just a short drive into Franklin NC from my home in Clayton GA. Well worth the drive! Actually looking forward to next appointment.

Cara is kind, knowledgeable, confident ... and that makes a Nervous Nellie like me feel at ease. She used a topical anesthetic that worked brilliantly for my scaling and root planing procedure. Best dental hygienist I've ever had. And the administrative staff is wonderful as well. Highly Recommended!
