Fantastic experience: I recently had an old crown replaced because it chipped. Dr. Hambuchen took the time to make sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. What impressed me most was how carefully he checked my bite several times to make sure the crown fit perfectly and that everything was hitting correctly before I left his office. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right gave me great confidence in his work. Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist after moving to Arkansas from Arizona. This location took my insurance and was close to my home. The staff were super friendly and I was in and out very quickly. My teeth felt nice after my bi-annual cleaning. This will be where I go from now on.

Fantastic experience: First time patient and first time going to dentist in over a decade so was a little anxious but even as soon as I walked in just the overall demeanor of the place and people put me at ease and it just got better from there. My dental assistant or nurse or whatever the proper title is…that took my X-rays was very friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was very friendly also and took the time to explain in depth what was going on with not only my teeth but also the mechanics of how it affects or doesn’t affect the rest of my teeth, jaw, and overall health..Great experience and actually look forward to going back for my annual teeth clean. Now not many people can say they are looking forward for a dentist appointment and that in itself speaks volumes of how my visit went.

We recently met Madelyn the new dental hygienist. She took great care in cleaning my grandsons teeth and helped educate him in several areas to care for his teeth. Thank you all, and the rest of the team there for making our whole family feel welcomed and going the extra mile for each one of us. We will never change dental offices now that we have have found our forever dental office.

Fantastic experience: The staff is funny caring. Or they can crack jokes with the best of them. I personally have anxiety and they made it a good time. That is the one place I have been here lately. That I didn't want to run out of

Negative experience: To start with a pro, the employees are all very nice and try to be understanding as much as possible. They were very fast at what they do, without skipping anything. Now the cons though.... The pricing.... Everywhere else I have been, an extraction is no more than $150. I was charged $124 just for the visit and the exam to get the extraction, which was going to be another $325! So for one extraction it would be $449 total. That's for just one tooth also! There's places in Conway that can do it for $50. They also originally had me in the system using insurance. I don't have insurance so they had to adjust the my account and it's a cheaper price since I'm paying "cash"? So when it's coming from insurance companies instead of our pockets, they can charge more? Additionally, the $99/year in-house insurance they offer.... Kind of upsetting once you actually look around at pricings. Charge someone $99/year to make your costs 20% "cheaper" isn't really a good deal when you can go many other places and get the whole thing done at least %50 cheaper without having to pay them $99/year. To end with another pro, it was a very clean and nice establishment. They have a very unique building on the inside and everything feels very open.

Fantastic experience: Clean, modern, but welcoming feel every time I come here. Leah is the sweetest, Dr. H researched three different times ensure something was safe for me. His staff may not fully understand 100% my allergies and anxieties (because one cannot unless you have lived it), but they have done everything possible to help me feel safe. Dr. H and his assistant are both very attentive during any procedure. I appreciate Dr. H more conservative approach, as well.

Fantastic experience: One of my boys was experiencing pain and swelling due to his wisdom teeth coming in. I called our usual local dentist, but they refused to see him because I described symptoms like fever, swelling, and pain, and they told me that if he had a fever, it was something else, and I should first see his primary care doctor. I asked if I could get his dental records so another local dentist could review them, and I was told yes. I then contacted Vilonia Family Dental Care, explained the situation and symptoms in detail, and they were incredibly helpful. They got us in immediately and confirmed our concerns—he needed all four wisdom teeth removed. What impressed me most was their customer service. They asked when I could schedule another visit with an oral surgeon, and since I work out of town and couldn’t miss more work, they started making calls on my behalf. Within an hour, they had us scheduled with an oral surgeon. Consultation, surgery and now at home recovering all in under 3hrs. As a single father raising boys, we’re not always easy to care for—missed appointments, rescheduling around sports, school, and work—but when it comes to a child's pain, I believe we should prioritize their care. Vilonia Family Dental Care earns an A+. I highly recommend them based on this experience. And yes, we also like our regular dentist, but their handling of this situation was far superior.
