Fantastic experience: Dr Morris is the best! And his assistant Jennifer too. I had my upper wisdom tooth and molar extracted. Dr Morris and Assistant Jennifer knew I was extremely nervous. They took great care in putting my mind at ease. And it only took 5 minutes or less to extract both teeth. Totally astounding! A big thumbs up. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: We had a 5 year old child with a painful abscess, and Dr. Morris (and all of the staff) did a wonderful job of removing the tooth and providing compassionate and competent care. She was feeling great by the next day, and we are so appreciative! Several months later, the same child lost a different filling. Dr. Leslie did a fantastic job repairing it and making her feel less nervous (especially with her long dental history). It was another great experience!

Negative experience: Messed my 1st visit all up. I wasn't even seen. After I spent much time and effort to bring them my business. My insurance called them to say I do have coverage to be seen. But they just hung up on them. After all I did to transfer my care to them with my charts sent to them. All to be shown the door. RUDE 4.9 stars?

Fantastic experience: Fantastic people! I had a tooth that was way past saving, and very painful. They got me in quickly, and took it out in no time. Very professional, super nice folks! Im 5 days out from getting a molar pulled, and I feel great. Thank you very much, I will certainly be back.

Negative experience: been going here for a few years with my family and they always take the best care of us! will always recommend them to anyone! edit: I have been recommending this dental office and my family has been patients of them for a while and we’ve always gotten great service up until recently which is why I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I pay my balance that’s due whenever we get work. As any other consumer knows, times are tough and you might not always have $300-$500 for dental copays which is why I loved that they would take a check to cash in a week when we would get paid if i needed to split up the payment. I thought they were being so accommodating but apparently I was wrong. for my last visit I asked that they cash the last check on april 25th and the check was not cashed by their financial institution until the 29th which is not my error but caused the check to be returned because I had not transferred money into the account on the 29th as I was expecting it to be cashed 4 days earlier. when I realized this I immediately contacted the office, asked how i could pay my $150 balance and they informed me that they would be tacking on a fee due to this error that wasn’t my fault. i asked for it to be waived. I paid the $150 balance right away and my accounts at $0 and my patient responsibility is paid for. they had waived the fee but now I’m not allowed to write checks at this business due to their bank error and that any balance due is due immediately with cash or a debit card. so if you’re looking for a business that isn’t accommodating and will tack on fees for something that isn’t your fault this is the place to go! in my entire time as a patient i’ve paid my balances and made sure to take care of my responsibilities as a patient with my insurance. they are obviously willing to lose a family of 3 patients, soon to be 4 over a $10 fee. it’s insane to me that i’ve paid my balances and what i’ve owed everytime any of us have gotten work there but im being reprimanded due to their banking error.

Fantastic experience: Staff here is amazing. Very friendly & courteous hygienists that make you comfortable during your visit. Dr. Scott is very gentle and understanding with his patients. Worth the 30 minute drive to Galva for our family dental needs.

We drive an hour one way to go here and it's worth every mile. I can not begin to say how impressed I am with their entire staff and their professionalism, great attitudes and attention to detail.

Erin at the front desk is so great, too. They have all made my dental anxiety so much better and for the first time in my life I am confident in my smile. They are all so nice and have answers to any questions or concerns you might have. I switched from another dentist to Galva out of convenience and I’m definitely glad I did. I highly recommend if you don’t have a dentist or if you do, you wouldn’t be disappointed if you switched to the Galva Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to the dentist for the first time in many years. I had 2 teeth that needed crowns. I have always been to scared of the shots that I’ve never gone but I had no choice to go today! These people were AMAZING!!!!! Angels from heaven. I had no pain with shots.. didn’t even feel them and I got 8! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 12 stars not 10! I will be going back to finish all the work I have avoided for years! Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my daughter here for a little over a year, and she’s always been extremely anxious when it comes to dental visits but the staff at Galva Family dental always do everything they can to make her more comfortable and less anxious. She’s had a few teeth pulled, and has never once been in pain and they take the time to talk her through the process of what they’re doing while they’re doing it. That is why they will continue to get our business and trust, they take the time to make an 8 year old feel less scared and as comfortable as they can. One of my favorite things is they allow me to stay in the room with her which helps us both stay relaxed! I recommend this dental office to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: It began with a friendly greeting at the front desk when I arrived. THey were punctual with the appointment. Had X rays and a cleaning. Maggie (the hygienist) was very gentle and thorough. She also worked patiently to remove stain. She explained what she was doing, and answered all questions clearly and completely. Dr. Morris reviewef the Xrays, checked teeth, and discussed status with and upcoming treatment with genuine concern. No pain. And, got a new toothbrush and dental samples. Maggie then proceeded to make next appointment, and associate handled the billing process. My visits to the Galva Dental Center are always pleasant and I would highly recommend them. The entire team of professionals are friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring.
