White Pine Dentistry & Implants

Fantastic experience: I went here recently for a root canal (to which a previous dentist said couldn't be done) + a crown to which I'll recieve in two weeks. I want to say that the service has been exceptional so far, Dr G and his Dental assistant have both been exceptional. Both very talented and patient, if you have any sort of dental anxiety you are in very good hands. Credit to front desk too, wonderful personalities. I plan to get further work done here and hopefully be a customer for years to come. Keep it up guys and gals!

Fantastic experience: Dr. G is fabulous. I called after hours when an old filling fell out and took part of my tooth with it. He answered his own office phone and offered me an appt next day. He was very kind and reassuring. I absolutely hate dental procedures. He thought he could fix it with minimal pain without Novocain. I asked for it anyway because I'm whimpy. He let me have the Novocain and waited until I was considerably numb and reassured. He had the whole thing done in less than ten minutes. Very quick as Dr Andrews used to be. As someone with a fear of dental procedures I appreciate that. 10/10. Kind, effective, fast, and patient centered

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain with an abscessed tooth and living on ibuprofen for pain and waiting for an appointment scheduled for another week out and the ibuprofen was not working! I was desperate for another option. Finally at 3 in the morning because of not sleeping I started searching for dentist on the internet that would take an emergency. I made 4 requests to be seen. At 6 am white pines dentistry e-mailed me and said they could do the extraction at 11 am today!! I was so surprised!! Great staff and very accommodating! Highly recommended!! Thanks

I have got to say that I am the most fearful dental patient on the planet and this office is absolutely amazing! I have had cleanings, fillings repaired, and even a root canal done and Dr Bhatt and his staff are incredible! Kind, patient and understanding. They listen to your concerns and they all work with you to get you through the procedure. Jamie and I both highly recommend this office! Fantastic experience: Fast but trying to figure out why the price went up so high. My daughter had a tooth pulled a year ago it cost 310. 2 months ago it cost my aunt 320 . Just brought my daughters friend in now it's 500. It's a good place besides the pric we going up that high in 2 months

Negative experience: The male office manager is a total jerk and so delusional. They have given me a hard time every time about making a appt and I lost my yearly dental coverage benefits due to lack of coordination. Then I'm told I have to pay upfront and out of pocket but no prices available until I get the work done. How can you know what the cost is if you have no clue as to if you can afford it as could be hundreds of dollars or several thousand its a trap to charge you prices your unknow to have I got charge $2500 for one cavity the last time and they billed my insurance for two cavities and Xrays

Fantastic experience: Both husband and myself have been seeing Dr Bhatt several years. Today we had our 6 month cleaning, Pete had Dr Bhatt and I had Nicole who did an amazing job after leaving the chair my teeth felt great. The front desk David is very helpful answering all our questions and makes scheduling next appointments a breeze. Matt makes you feel so comfortable before seeing the doctor and gentle as can be taking x-rays. Friendly staff and all I can add is Dr Bhatt is an asset to the dentist world... the best !!

Fantastic experience: I recently called in with a very painful toothache. They were good enough to squeeze me in same day, everyone else were 4 to 5 days out! Also due to my health issues. After extracting the tooth, a week later I called and he had me come in a few hours later, diagnosed my issue, dealt with it at no charge! Best service I've ever had and I'm 65.

Negative experience: Went for my regular cleaning. Hygienist had zero personality. Spoke about three words other than “open, turn”. I miss Autumn. Okay but didn’t add any fun factor that’s for sure.

Fantastic experience: I was an early appointment and had no wait time, that was great. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was the best cleaner and most comfortable cleaning that I can recall in years. The biggest adversity with this dental establishment is that they take NO insurance, however, that seems to be the norm here in Maine. Not that it is acceptable, however, many dental insurance plans pay paltry reimbursements to dentists, so who can you really blame? Anyway, Dr Bhat is a superior dentist, we have had other work done by him. Plus he has what appears to be state of the art materials and technology in the office. Pretty lucky to have him here.

Fantastic experience: I’m old and have had a mouth full of work done on my teeth. I was around when the drilling was done without any anesthesia. The shot was worse than the pain. I had an emergency three years ago, and was immediately taken in and treated. I needed a root canal, and it was taken care of and I went home for dinner. Something similar happened and after a call, I was treated at 9am.Awesome!!! BEST DENTAL CARE ANYWHERE!!!

Negative experience: I went to the dentist because I needed a clearance for a heart procedure and I had been having trouble with some teeth hurting.The dentist cleaned my teeth , took some X-rays and told me I had two cavities but didn’t show me on the X-rays . Two weeks later my teeth stopped hurting. I thought that was odd. So I canceled my appointment for the two fillings and went to another dentist .I had my X-rays transferred but they couldn’t see them very well so they took new ones. When he looked at the X-ray and examined my teeth he said I didn’t have any cavities. That was 2 months ago and I still do not have any issues with my teeth hurting.

Fantastic experience: It is so nice not to dread going to the dentist. From the minute you walk in everyone is so nice and the cleaning are painless, and Dr.Bhatt works with me as to what I want done.

Fantastic experience: Today the patient was Lucinda McGinn (who is posting this). I have no complaints with this office. I have been a patient there for about 2 years. I particularly appreciate that the doctor removed a growth in my mouth last year after I'd lived with it for seemingly forever and was told I'd need an oral surgeon to have it removed and it was going to cost hundreds of $$$ for me to walk in the door. So, it cost a bit, but was well worth it and hasn't grown back, But to the point of today's visit. I now have a mouth full of clean teeth and an appointment for 6 months from now. The doctor looked at my mouth quickly (not my annual with xrays today or anything) and pronounced it all good. Nice caps (good to hear). So, this old lady is happy to have all but one of her original adult teeth still in her mouth and hanging in there. And White Pine Dentistry has kept me in good shape for awhile now.
