Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is wonderful. They are thoughtful and care about their patients. The first time i went there they took me on a tour and gave me a gift and a card. It was so different from any other dentist appointment i have ever had. They are gentle and patient with me every time i have an appointment. My kids also don't mind going to the dentist because they are so great with children as well. I definitely recommend going here. I recently had to have an emergency visit for my youngest son. They got him in quickly and made it a smooth and non stressful visit for him.

Negative experience: I really liked this place until I was given a bill with no explanation of what the charges were for. Called and in and they said we owe them over $800 for a root canal that was done in April. I was told what my portion was and what my insurance is going to pay. I paid my portion up front. They're now saying that the insurance won't cover the other portion and I was under some kind of waiting period for any major fixes and now I'm responsible. If there's a waiting period, this is told to them when they run any numbers. That's an office mistake, not mine. I would of made arrangements elsewhere if needed and gotten fair quotes. This was also a result of a cap they put on that failed so they were still running my info the whole time. This is something they should know. I shouldn't be getting an $800 surprise bill, especially when they didn't even have info for what is for on it. Beyond ridiculous how this is approached, my family will be switching from this location. I'm fine paying for procedures, even out of pocket if necessary but having "surprise" bills is not okay. Plus, the lack of even the willingness to work with us on charges we were never told about is crazy.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache that started Saturday night. I called the office Monday morning at 0800. They squeezed me in and took care of my tooth. The price was reasonable and they gave me different options to pay. Everyone was super nice and helpful. If you want a good experience with dentists, this is absolutely the place to go!

It was refreshing to see how transparent they are with their open-door policy and how much pride they take in their practice. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel like more than just another patient. I also love that they offer such a wide range of services all under one roof. From pediatric dentistry to orthodontics and everything in between. It’s reassuring to know my entire family can receive quality care in one place. If you’re looking for a dental office with exceptional customer service, knowledgeable providers, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend them. I’m so glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, some of the nicest people are on staff at Trailridge Family Dental. My first appointment was an emergency appointment which happened the day after my husband called. I know! Amazing, huh?! They were very professional, but even better they treated my like an old friend had showed up. They did their job well, took care of my emergency, without charging me an arm and a leg, and made me believe that just maybe I’ve found a place to depend on for all my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: My scheduled cleaning at Trailridge Family Dental with their very capable and personable hygienist, surrounded by an equally friendly staff, went well. Unfortunately, a small cavity was discovered! I mentioned that the crown to my implant felt slightly moveable and soon I was whisked off to Dr. Klure’s cubicle where he corrected both issues in a professional and caring manner. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Trailridge and so glad that I took the leap to drivw out to this place when all the dental facilities in Nampa weren't for me. Trailridge staff is kind, caring, patient, professional and so understanding. They ask questions before, during and after to make sure you're comfortable and well. They have called me a few hours and the day after procedures to check on my son and I to see how we're doing. They provide me with a blanket when I am cold and chapstick anytime I need it. I always have to bring my kids with me and they are so understanding and accommodating. I've never had that friendship and family oriented kind of experience before Trailridge. It's always a positive experience for me. ♡

Positive experience: For the most part, I love this place. Even their worst hygienist, isn't that bad, just quiet. It can make it awkward when she is cleaning my teeth in pure silence. I would rather deal with that than other places where their staff is plain rude.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting dental care from Dr Stevenson for 25 years now. I have also been seen by his partner dentists. Twice a year for 25 years, including today, the practice's hygienists cleaned my teeth. It is a lovely experience to interact with all of the staff at Trailridge. Every person there is caring, polite, and helpful. One kind staffer at Trailridge checked out gear to me from the practice so I could get evaluated for sleep apnea based on a sensor strap I cinched around my chest at night, a nasal cannula in my nostrils, a blood oxygen sensor I clipped on my finger, and a data recorder. After the monitor data was analyzed by a doctor, I received a letter notifying me that I have borderline-severe apnea: I average around 30 interruptions of my breathing (lasting 10 seconds or longer) per hour. Thanks to Trailridge, I was referred to a sleep doctor at a local hospital who prescribed me a PAP device, first CPAP and now BiPAP. Using a PAP device to supply a little air pressure to hold my windpipe open means that I now have fewer than two interruptions of my breathing per hour. I have been able to sleep WITHOUT SMOTHERING for several years now! I only checked myself for apnea because Trailridge Dental made doing a sleep study so easy and affordable. (I had a relative who suffered from sleep apnea, which made me curious.) Good sleep quality and continuous breathing are so extremely important to a person's heart health and brain health! Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to Trailridge Family Dental on 01/05/26 as a new patient. The introductions, short tour and procedure was an excellent experience. I was referred by a couple of friends and am happy to say I’m am staying!!!

Negative experience: I've been going to Trailridge Family Dental for over 20 years. At this point, I have retired and no longer have dental insurance. At my last appointment I had a visit with a "new to me" hygienist. Upon seating me, she immediately asked for x-rays. I explained "no". Why do I need x-rays so frequently I thought? After a brief (one minute +/-) visit lwith the DDS, which turned out to be good, the new hygienist descaled and polished my teeth in about 5-10 minutes. At which point she tried to spray cold water on my sensitive teeth. After 20 plus years it seems as though they would recognize the loyal patients with such inconveniences as sensitive teeth. After 20 years of patient "notes" , why do they not understand "sensitive"??? All of which cost me $205. I will look elsewhere for dental work.

Fantastic experience: I called in because I had a toothache. I asked to have it just looked at. I wanted to know if it was a real problem or not. The dentist showed me on a TV screen the amount of decay I had underneath one of my crowns. I told him that I was leaving town the next day. They work their schedule around so that he could relieve my pain. Extremely good people, my opinion is they're the best dentist in the treasure valley.
