Fantastic experience: I was able to be seen immediately. I lost two fillings and was able to get in with them in under 24 hours. The staff is very friendly and want to help. They worked me in and fixed my tooth. Being new to the area I am glad I went to see them they are my new dentist. Thank you Dr Flowers and staff.

I did not have a good experience as a child with the dentist and have PTSD from it, but Dr. Flowers and his staff are so wonderful! I’ve also seen firsthand how they interact with kids in the dentist chair. If my dentist treated me like that when I was a child, I would not mind going to the dentist. Dr. Brad Flowers, likewise, explains what needs to be done and why, carefully goes over each step before he takes action, and is warm, friendly and professional. Everyone in the office makes an effort to know each patient, greets each patient with a smile and positive comment, and, as much as one can, makes this dentists’ office welcoming (and, I say that as one who has always feared going to the dentist)!

Negative experience: My husband waited 2 hours. Had 4 ppl come in ahead of him. Then they tell us can he come back another time or wait ! This is the third time this happened! I been there my whole life never happened to me. But to him it’s everytime he goes! I hope it’s not a discrimination!
