Negative experience: The amazing staff is the only thing this place has going for them. We usually see a dentist in Victoria, but I thought we'd try someone here...huge mistake. Unfortunately, the dentist (she is leaving in October) did not do a good job with my daughter's teeth. After getting 4 fillings, my daughter's gums were throbbing and she was in so much pain. I was able to get her in with our dentist in Victoria after her being in pain for a week. X-rays showed the work that the dentist did. One filling looked like it was 3 separate fillings packed into one tooth. One filling was broke and left a huge gap in her teeth (the dentist at smile experts was aware of this gap). One filling did not even cover the cavity. Another filling wasn't even smoothed out. 3 trips to Victoria and $395 later, my daughter's teeth are as they should be. If you have to go to smile experts, I'd wait until the next dentist rotation occurs.

Negative experience: Had me sitting there for almost 3 hours just to get a single tooth checked out And gotten some of my paperwork mixed up with someone else's my teeth were fine, but then had a doctor say they need to do. There's some more fillings for some cavities, a root canal or bridge or something

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here for about a year. We love them! I just went today for a dental emergency and they were able to get me in and get it taken care of quickly!

Fantastic experience: I called to set up an appointment with them and asked specific questions related for my husband’s visit asked if they wanted me to bring in his dental records they said he could bring them in when he gets therethey said they did that kind of work so I set up the appointment and when he gets there, he calls and says they don’t do this so they lie just to try to get your business and get you in there so he misses work just to go to a place that doesn’t do what he needs him to do Waste of time

I’ve always had a deep fear of the dentist, but this visit was completely different thanks to the amazing team who took care of me. From the moment I arrived, Lupita at the front desk greeted me with exceptional kindness. She explained the payment details clearly and patiently, making sure I understood everything. Her warm attitude helped calm my nerves right away. During my appointment, Jessica, the dental assistant, was an absolute angel. She was sweet, gentle, and extremely professional. She explained every step and made me feel safe the entire time. Her caring approach truly eased all my anxiety. And Dr. Hynes… simply outstanding. Fantastic experience: I like Dr Salazar. She is quick, accurate and precise. Plus i like how the whole place has quick service. She has done several quick “emergencies” for me that my regular dentist (in Edna) never has time to “work me in”.

Positive experience: Dr Salazar and the dental hygienist very nice and professional I do have a suggestion. My lips were very sore from having my mouth stretched open for such a length of time and all of the grinding and air blowing left a bad taste in my mouth and I was desperate for a drink. I suggest that you provide a lubricant and offer for patients a bottle of water upon completion of their dental work
