Fantastic experience: Market Street Dental is amazing! Every single person that works there, from the front desk to the hygienists, to the dentist, everyone is very caring, friendly and professional. I had to have something done with my tooth and numerous times throughout the process, the doctor and hygienist stopped and asked if I was doing ok and really made sure I was comfortable and ok. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

You are greeted with a warm, friendly, caring attitude and that hospitality continues throughout your visit. Dr. Boger is professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. He puts your mind at ease and explains things methodically and in simple terms. I highly recommend Market Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: Because In the past I've had some pretty bad experiences with other dentists, I'm always extremely nervous when changing to a new office/dentist. This place is great! No surprises. They are friendly, pleasant people. I'm thrilled to have found them.

Negative experience: I went there because they offer a self-pay discount. At checkout they did not specify that you have to pay cash or check to receive the self-pay discount. I paid with a debit card. When I looked at the receipt I noticed that there wasn't a discount applied. That's when they told me that you must pay with cash or check to get the discount. I asked them to fix the transaction since I had brought checks with me just in case. They said there boss was gone for the week and I would have to come back the following week. They said that it's no problem to issue a refund and then accept a check for payment. I was assured this. When I went down in person the boss had just gone to lunch. They ended up calling me back and telling me that there's no way to issue a refund because it's been a week. I told them that's not fair and that I was assured there would be no problem. They apologized but refused to fix the transaction. Terrible customer service. I'm shocked that they lied to me so much. I had to cancel my future appointments. You can't do business with somebody that you can't trust. Unfortunate because I wanted to like this office. The staff were nice and professional but that doesn't make up for the total lack of customer care.

Dr. Church was fantastic and come to find out the recommendations from my previous dentist were not necessary. I'm thrilled to death I didn't do all the unnecessary and costly procedures. Looking forward to my next visit and to visits beyond! The girl (I think her name is Kaylee) at the front desk was also very kind and pleasant. Thank you all for being so wonderful!!

Fantastic experience: Our Family Has been using Market Street Dental for Years! When it comes to care, quality, and professionalism the staff puts your health first! They work hard to make sure you know what your insurance covers. If you ask questions they will get back to you. Lastly, I would highly recommend Dr. Boger for more advanced dental. And recommend Dr Church for standard dental procedures. Both are great at what they do! They Communicate well to make sure you understand every step from beginning to end! Don't forget there hygienists. I have had a few different ones and each make sure your teeth are treated/ cleaned. I never feel rushed. So I would give More stars if I could :)

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked into the warm and inviting reception area of Market Street Dental and met the welcoming staff at the front desk, we were immediately put at ease. We then met Dr. Paul Boger who seemed very personable, knowledgeable and caring. After going thru and initial exam and evaluation, Dr. Boger suggested a plan on how to proceed, the work that needed done, which could be completed in his office without being sent to a different office and doctor for some procedures. At that moment, my wife and I knew we were going to be well taken care of and wished we would have visited Market Street Dental years ago! We now look forward to our semi-annual visits to the office and greetings by the always pleasant, helpful and welcoming staff. We love our hygienists Ally and Summer and always look forward to seeing and talking with Dr. Boger when he stops in to evaluate our dental health.

Fantastic experience: I typically dread going to the dentist, and this was my first appointment in 5 years, so I was apprehensive about my first visit here. My anxiety was definitely wasted. Everyone was professional yet kind and friendly. The office was immaculate and comfortable. There was no poking or bleeding during my cleaning, and no sore gums afterward. With the pleasant conversations while chatting with the staff, I might as well have simply been bumping into old friends at the grocery store. Definitely no anxiety over my next visit in six months!

The staff from the front desk to the technicians assisting the doctors are highly trained and pleasantly concerned with my dental health. Why go anyplace else? Market Street Dental is a jewel in the community and for my money the BEST choice for all my dental care and needs.
