Fantastic experience: I came in late for an appointment and they got me in right away prior to that I came in a half an hour early and they saw me right away. They are really good at getting you seen as soon as they have an opening they are most courteous, nicest people I’ve ever worked with in the medical industry.

Fantastic experience: We have been very happy with Dr. O’Connor and her staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. We currently have three children in treatment with braces, and today both of our boys got their braces on while our daughter was seen for an adjustment. This morning, I was under the impression all three kids had appointments at 8:20, but when we arrived, we found out one of the appointments was actually scheduled for 10:00. As a busy parent, that gap was concerning. Cass, one of the hygienists, overheard my concern and immediately stepped in, saying, “No problem, we’ll accommodate you and I’ll take your son right now.” That level of initiative and care was incredible. She didn’t wait to be asked she simply saw a problem and solved it. It speaks volumes about the teamwork and leadership in this office. The front desk is always helpful and accommodating as well. We truly appreciate the care our family has received here and highly recommend Dr. O’Connor and her amazing team!

Fantastic experience: Having three children can be chaotic at times, so hearing that they all three were referred to an orthodontist had me on edge about everything! However, Alh and O’Connor made everything so easy! They sit down with you to explain every step and answer every question no matter how small it is! They make you feel comfortable and make sure that you’re comfortable enough and ready enough before you leave the consultation! The whole experience made my children, excited to come back for their braces and not scared. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this orthodontist for my Invisalign and every appointment has been a great experience. The staff is always so nice and welcoming, which makes every visit really comfortable. My appointments are always quick and efficient, and I’m never waiting a long time to be seen. If I ever have a problem with my Invisalign or need something checked, they’re always able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciate. The office is also very clean and well organized. Overall they’re just an amazing orthodontist office with a great team, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering Invisalign or orthodontic care.

Positive experience: We have not been as happy with our A&O experience as we were hoping we would be. We just had our daughter back to the office after a weekend long wire poking the back of her mouth because the wire was not attached in the bracket correctly and she didn't notice it until she got home from her Thursday afternoon appointment. They were closed Friday and of course all weekend. We then had to make another trip to A&O and nothing was said like "hey this happened bc XYZ or hey we are sorry this happened", nothing was barely said to my daughter at all. I am not sure we plan to stay with them in the future unfortunately. I do appreciate the finance department and they are a pleasure to work with. EDIT: They did call me, apologized and we talked through some stuff which showed alot of character to us. Thank you A&O!

Fantastic experience: First orthodontist consultation appointment today for my 8.5 year old. The entire staff was friendly, thorough, and explained everything very clearly. Positive experience: My daughter got her braces off today after 2 years- they were very kind and efficient. Hailey at the Lewes office was awesome, took into account that my daughter had sensory issues and gave her breaks and allowed her to ask for breaks, which meant a lot. Fantastic experience: My daughter always gets nervous before appointments, but Chelsea was very gentle and talked her through her entire appointment. She was up beat and fun! We always have a great experience with this practice. They give outstanding care to all of their patients.
