Apple Tree Dental Hawley

Fantastic experience: My grandson who doesn't like anything like doctors. Well, he has had nothing bad to say. He is not scared of anything he has had done there. The staff knows exactly how to take care kids. They are really awesome there! I would suggest you give them a try. I don't think you would be disappointed.

Negative experience: Their staff are useless meaning they tell you they're going to do something they're not going to do it also their system of if you haven't gone in a while they remove you from the system is really stupid you don't go to a dentist if you don't need to go to a dentist then when you need to go in you have to go as a new patient that means have fun waiting 8 months before you can get in even if it is an emergency

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my daughter to Apple tree dental for several years now, they are all a great bunch of people. they make something kind of frightening for a young child actually relaxing and pleasant. I strongly recommend them to any parent out there.

Negative experience: I brought my 3 year old son here for his first dental experience. The hygienist was great, but Dr. Miller was a different story. After telling me what had been identified during his exam, Dr. Miller told me how they typically treat said issue and I asked for a different treatment option. She was incredibly rude and snapped back at me and walked out of the exam space. She didn't show me where exactly the problem space to particularly focus on and failed to consult further with me on alternative treatments. I would not recommend this place! Horrible bedside manner!

Emma, the hygienist at my most recent visit, was excellent—very gentle yet thorough, and she made the cleaning easy and comfortable. I also want to recognize Kalli at the front desk. She is consistently kind, efficient, and welcoming, and she makes scheduling and check-ins smooth every time. Her positive presence really sets the tone for the office. Highly recommend this practice and the great team here.

Appletree Dental, is #1 cauae the people that work there. I will never go to another Dentist again, even if i was in China. Id find a way to get to Appletree. Thanks to all the staff. Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience here. Was my first time with Apple Tree Dental today. I was with a student over seen by a doctor and they were such a blast. They took note of any discomfort I was having. They made me feel absolutely comfortable and tended to my feelings for everything. I've been going here for many years and even when the procedures are unpleasant the visit never is. I appreciate the care I've received here and I'd choose them every time.

Negative experience: Books an appointment months in advance over the phone. Marks calendar, rearranges schedules to make it work..... but appointment gets canceled because I didnt call to confirm I was still coming the day before?

Negative experience: I had went to the apple tree dentists and my SO wanted me to come in the room with her for support, the helping hand was extremely nice but I had problems with the dentist when she had ZERO concerns when my SO started moaning out in pain & shaking, she continued to wrench on her tooth until I ASKED HER IF SHE FELT ANY PAIN, and that when the dentist stopped and asked if she felt anything, I HAD TO ASK HER IF SHE FELT ANY PAIN TWICE!!!!!, both times it was a yes and more numbing was applied, now here’s the kicker, with having access to her background they seem she has Multiple sclerosis (MS) and could probably see that she’s prescribed 3 800MG a day, AFTER 3 WISDOM TEETH WERE PULLED AND ONE ROOT CANAL! ALL IN THE SAME SITTING!!! They told us to go and BUY ibuprofen and Tylenol… now why tell her to go and buy these low pain relievers when she’s already prescribed gabapentin 800 for her M.S pain. I asked about a low dosage of oxy and got told she didn’t want her to accidentally overdose. A simple google search and oxycodone is regularly prescribed after wisdom teeth are pulled (reminder: she had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and a root canal extraction) apple tree is a joke and should be shut down. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!!!

Negative experience: Been Coming here for a while. They know i am prone to teeth infections and tooth pain. They are denying me Dental Services. Guess they want me people to suffer with Tooth pain.

Negative experience: Normally I have had no issues with this facility but as of recent I haven’t been able to get myself to stop crying. I am so infuriated and am not letting this situation go. I went in a while back and they reshaped a flawed tooth and put composite fill on which I naturally had to pay a few hundred dollars for. Anyways recently I had a small chip out of the bottom center of the tooth and their Dr was supposed to smooth it out a little bit to make it less noticeable and less sharp. And he took it upon himself to remove all the “reshaping” I had previously paid for and made my entire tooth shorter than the rest of the front ones and it stands out even more now. I am so disappointed and they have told me there is nothing they can do. I already paid them for the fill a while ago and he removed it without even asking if I wanted my tooth reshaped or shortened. I am contacting as many people as it takes and doing what it takes to get this situation fixed. Now they discharged me as a patient because I want my tooth fixed. Be careful. They do not care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been waiting years to get back into a dentist after I moved to the area. As a new client with county insurance there weren’t many options and for a while none accepting new patients. Once I was able to get into Apple Tree the appointment was set up quickly and a plan was made to take care of the massive teeth issues I’ve been having. The staff were so nice, friendly and considerate. The dentist was one of the nicest I’ve met, and I’ve had a lot of work done over the years.
