Fantastic experience: I had an extended visit from Denver to Montana, i tried to tackle as many health visits as I could and i am sooo happy I found Alpenglow Dental! From the beginning they were very friendly and understood what i wanted to accomplish in the time I had, and never once made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth and even celebrating the improvement they saw. I wish I had this dental staff in Colorado!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and have really enjoyed my experience at Alpenglow! The front desk staff are kind and helpful, and the doctors and assistants are understanding, friendly and very efficient. I will refer my family and anyone who asks to this office!

Fantastic experience: Best place to go!

Negative experience: I called the office in the morning and explained I was experiencing significant pain for the past few days. I asked if I could come in for an emergency visit. The woman who answered the phone took down all the details, explained that she would talk to the dentist and call me back. She never called back! Luckily my sister contacted her dentist who saw me within 2 hours. He found a cracked tooth that needed to be pulled and cared for my comfort and empathy for my pain. Alpenglow Dental didn’t even have the decency to call me back.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Alpine Dental for a few years now. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The quality of service is excellent. I love that they're always on schedule and there's no waiting. I highly recommend Alpine Dental.

Fantastic experience: As someone with a ton of dental anxiety it is so important that my provider is compassionate and understanding, and I am so pleased with the care at Alpenglow. Their office is clean, comfortable, and the staff has been so helpful in finding a treatment plan that works for me. I would recommend to anyone, but especially to anyone nervous about going to the dentist or who (like me) has put it off for an extended period of time.

Fantastic experience: Allison the hygienist is the very best!!! She caters to wimps and teaches patients how to take better care when flossing and brushing. I am very thankful for her. Dr. Larson and staff have been terrific to work with. Over the past year, I have had two implants and the professionalism and prompt, thorough care I have received has been second to none. I would not hesitate to refer Alpenglow Dental and Dr Larson and staff to anyone needing professional care.

Fantastic experience: I’m not generally gushing about dental care but have had such positive experiences at the Alpenglow Dental office that a review seemed only right. Every single person in the office is friendly, professional and efficient! I’ve been seen by both dentists for check ups but had a small cavity filled today by Dr. Larson and his assistant Heidi! Both were terrific!

Negative experience: Had a nice first appointment in October so scheduled a 6 month follow up. 2 days before the follow up they called to reschedule….4 months out.

Fantastic experience: I am from Colorado and was visiting my daughter and my new grandson who had recently moved to Whitefish from San Diego. At lunch I ate something that cause a temp crown to fall off. I asked my daughter if she had a dentist so I could get it put back on. She had not went to dentist yet in Whitefish, so I checked the google machine and saw the great reviews from Alenglow Dental.. I called and told them the situation and they were able to get me in within an hour! Wow! The staff was friendly and professional and I was out in 30 minutes. I can not thank them enough. And yes they are a 5 star dental office. Thank you

Negative experience: DO NOT choose Alpenglow Dental!! My husband went in for an appointment today and said the receptionist was so rude and basically acted like he was a scumbag because we had a balance we knew NOTHING about. Turns out they dropped our insurance Fed BCBS back in February and failed to let us know. I called them and was basically yelled at and talked over when I did try to speak. They tried telling me that they sent several letters and emails (which we saw NONE of, EVER). When I was asked why we weren’t told this information at our appointment in May, she just replied with “I can’t tell you why somebody didn’t say anything then.” Mind you I was given an estimate on a procedure I was suppose to be getting this week, IN MAY with my CURRENT insurance! I asked her why we never received a call, especially if we had a balance and she responded with “we see 700 patients and can’t call everyone”. EVERY healthcare professional I’ve known would call you, especially if you had an unpaid balance. If you want poor communication, surprise bills, and people yelling at you, this is the right place for you!

Fantastic experience: Umm Awesome! Michelle is Uh- Mazing!!! This place is very friendly and The dentist and hygienist actually has personality and omg they have flavors for polish to choose from! Btw I chose tang orange!!! Oh and the chairs are pillow top and they feel like you could nap there! Happy napping and teeth cleaning to all of you who make the most amazing decision in your life to go to this location! When they take your Xrays make sure to say cheese! Happy Flossing! No but seriously this place is very amazing and My wife and I are very glad we chose them to go to and highly recommend it!!!

Fantastic experience: My Dental Hygienist, Michelle, is so good. I have a real issue with sensitivity so getting my teeth cleaned isn’t something I generally look forward to but now I don’t have any sense of dread. None. I love the office personnel. Everyone I’ve met are so friendly and very professional. I love the reminder calls too.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old is very hot and cold when it comes to dental visits. This particular visit, he was less than cooperative. All the staff were extremely patient and understanding. Tried various methods to get him to cooperate and completely understood that it just wasn't the day for it and got us rescheduled. I've been using Alpenglow Dental for myself for several years now and will continue to use them for my family due to the great atmosphere and people.

Fantastic experience: I'm 59 yrs old, retired military. Seen my fair share of Dentists and Hygienists as ordered. After retirement, sought out the best Dentistry in the Flathead Valley. DDS. Laura and RDH. Amber are the best of the best, with warm bedside manners, are technically outstanding, and honestly provide quite an enjoyable experience in the chair. I look forward to my appointments at Alpenglow, and would never go anywhere else. Alpenglow and their entire staff is really a ten out of ten stars, and receive my highest recommendation for anyone considering future dental work.

They really put my mind at ease, provided comprehensible answers to all my questions, and were very conscientious of my financial concerns. They gave me clear instructions for post-visit care and helped by making me a plan for further work I needed done. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience today. The staff was friendly and professional. After an exam they went over what my cost was going to be before they began repairs. Top notch in my book!!

Fantastic experience: One of the things I really appreciate about my dental hygienist, Tracy, at alpenglow is that she remembers my teeth are a little sensitive, so she uses warm water when rinsing my teeth during the cleaning. Makes all the difference.

Positive experience: Overall I am pleased with my treatment here. Usually, the staff has been good, and the dentists as well. I never had the feeling this was a dentistry for profit place that encourages big procedures for the sake of making more money from you. Given how many poor health care experiences I had in the Flathead Valley, it was a nice change to be treated properly.

They have helped me regain a feeling happiness with my teeth. They are helpful and offer suggestions on care techniques that I can do. Negative experience: My husband, Jonathon, and I have gone to this practice since we were young children and so much has changed. The back office staff is Amazing but the front office staff must be new because they are all so RUDE and have NO idea what is going on. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and I will never return to this practice again. We are so disappointed and will never be back. Hopefully things will change to the way it used to be in the old days.

I've had to see someone else when Lori wasn't available....I will wait for her. There's something about conversation that is so important for my comfort. Only Lori can explain where we came from and where we are today....and that would have never happened without conversation.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Alpenglow Dental is always friendly, kind, and attentive. There was a mix-up in the care I was scheduled to get today because of a delay in getting a change of plan from my periodontist, but it was worked out quickly and easily so I never felt uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: We have 4 kids ages 10-18 who have been going to this dentist for years. My husband and I also use them for ourselves. We are always greeted with a friendly face and our kids are always taken care of. We have never had a bad experience here and with 6 people visiting 2xs a year if not more we frequent this place a lot.
