Negative experience: The two ladies in the front office are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They spoke down to me and my daughter, and were too lazy to verify the insurance. I’ve never had a dentists office give me that hard of a time before. Avoid this place if you have any choice at all, which I know is hard in Rock Springs.

Fantastic experience: Another 6 month check up. (I said this last time: My new favorite hygienist is Bea!!!) It wasn't just a one time thing, Bea is the real deal. She remembered me & I felt very comfortable with her cleaning. Dr Heath check me over & I was done in a half hour. Can't beat that! 6 months later and I'm still impressed!

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental Center is hands down the best dentist in Rock Springs! First of all walking into the building and then the office was extremely clean and welcoming! From check in, being brought back, the exam, x-rays, talking with the dentist, the cleaning, and speaking with the lady that puts the plans/billing together after speaking with the dentist on what is going on and what we would like to do going forward was over all very professional, organized, knowledgeable, genuinely caring, very communicative, and painless! These three amazing ladies and Jacob Heath, DDS were truly phenomenal, they actually listen to what you are saying/asking, very skilled, and they don’t over charge you for anything like these other dentists do and one in particular! I will not go anywhere else and will always recommend Aspen Dental Center to everyone! They were able to get my husband and I in immediately. I will be switching my children to Aspen Dental Center as well due to extremely bad experiences at other dentists as well! If you want expertise, very nice equipment, bed side manners, high quality, trustworthy, and the best experience you will ever have then go here! 1000/100! Fantastic experience: Just had a cleaning and check-up. Dr Heath is a very good Dentist. Technically sharp, gentle and painless. We had Sarah for our Hygienist. Sarah was outstanding. Best cleaning we have had in years. We are happy with the services that Aspen Dental provided and will continue to use them.

Fantastic experience: I had a denture made and teeth removed. The staff made me feel less anxious about the procedure. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very comforting. Dr. Heath is highly skilled and very knowledgeable . He provided various options and explanations for each. I feel very well taken care of and in goods hands with Dr. Heath as well as his staff. I trust that what is done is for my benefit with as least pain as possible.

Negative experience: Hi, Id like to file a complaint but Andrea seems to have a case of hanging up. All I needed to do initially was cancel all appointments but she hung up before I could confirm if my sons had any future appointments. I did call back. Ive seriously had enough of the front desk women. Just so we are all clear my son had to have 2 teeth removed today by another dentist. One was worked on here. It ended up with a severe infection. That was the tooth that caused the infection. When I called this morning, the front desk made it pretty clear that they could get him in but there was nothing they could really do today. They were booked 7 weeks out, blah blah blah. But no fear, I found a place that was capable, his previous pediatric dentist. All I wanted to do was cancel my appointments when I called this evening but Andrea was all up in her feelings as if it was her teeth that were removed. Slam. She hung up. I did call back and let her have it. She told me to “tell the dentist” and swiftly hung up on me, again. How can I tell you or even leave you a message when she wont stop hanging up the phone? So, Im telling you here. Call me. Andrea, have the day you deserve. Side note, after reading the reviews it seems we aren't the only people this has happened too. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but here it is.

Fantastic experience: I have never had an experience like like this at the dentist. Friendly atmosphere, caring dentist, and I’ve never had a call back from a dentist themselves asking about how I was feeling after the procedure. Not judgement on what I bought to work with.

Fantastic experience: It all started out with a friendly smile at the front desk!! Absolutely focused on your issues and attentiveness to my pain was absolute! As if I was the only person in the office! I barely sat down and immediately taken to the back by Brit where she thoroughly asked questions and probed to find out the best plan of action we could take.. Her consideration to my pain was fantastic!! Her light touch but matter a fact technique was admirable! Meeting Dr. Heath was a pleasure. I wasn’t just a patient but more like a friend. His bed side manner was impeccable! He joked with me and asked me questions about my life and seemed genuinely interested in me as an individual! My nerves were shot due to being in absolute pain for 5 days however he was not moved. Calm and collected he proceeded to perform the procedures he needed to.. Boy was I grateful!!! I can’t say enough about my experience especially being a new patient! I think the greatest of it all was when Dr Heath called later that night to check on me. Thank you for giving me a sense of comfort in my hours of agony! Totally impressed!!! From the door to the door it was a great experience!! I can’t say enough finally I can eat today!!! Woohoo!!!

Negative experience: My partner had an appointment to start service with these people and the front desk people were very rude and dismissive, and They were unapologetic and cross when she cancelled her appointment because if it. You can’t treat people like crap because they look different. I thought we were out of high school.

Fantastic experience: Once again I had a very good experience with all the people at the dentist office. I been through some tuff stuff and these people made it easy to go for a visit. They didn't actually didn't do a due to radiation my cleaning due to radiation treatments but gave me some ideas to help me keep my teeth and gums in good shape. They did check my mouth incase something was going wrong. I appreciate that this group cares as they do. I had everyone there talk to me and asked how I was going. The compliments was a huge deal to me also. Definitely a feel good visit. It's also waiting for the next person to visit them. Once again so awesome to visit this group of professionals I will always go to Aspen for any mouth work to be done. I had more cavities but that's to be expected with what I've been through. Even though they have moved and put on a couple of different people they keep their professionalism and their caring for their patients. I will always use them for my dental care as long as they take care of me the way they do. I've had plenty of issues that they do their very best to take care of me and still do what they need to. They have been loving and caring as long as I have been with them

Negative experience: Made appointment to to get a filling put back in a tooth that had fell out. They took exrays and talked to me about dentures. Not what I came here for. I will never go back. You wasted an hour of my time.

Negative experience: I’d give Zero stars if I could! Booking my first appointment was less than stellar! The secretary(s) were rude and I was hung up on the very first day I tried to make an appointment! They seemed annoyed like they couldn’t be bothered with questions. The lady called to reschedule my appointment today for another month out(had already been weeks). I told her I cannot wait another month and will let her know if I book somewhere else but keep my appointment anyways for now. I had to ask several times for the date and time. When I went to ask another question,I was hung up on once again. .Being a loud person by nature,she continued to be unprofessional when I called backed and asked to cancel my appointment. Before I could say anything else,I was once again hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the boss,I was repeatedly told he doesn’t take calls or grievances, they do and even refused to leave a message(I doubt they would have made it to the boss either) The front desk ladies are not professional by any means and could learn a lesson on professionalism. As a patient about to drop a couple grand,I will be happy to take my cash elsewhere. The behavior of your office ladies was an immediate lose of my business and several family members! Do better!

The dentist Jacob Heath was the best dentist that I have ever known. He responded to me on a Sunday for an emergency appointment and got me in the next morning. He was very honest and gentle with no judgement. He completely cares and has empathy for his patients including me. I highly recommend this place and the staff and the dentist Jacob Heath! This dentist company was a blessing I was so nervous to go but when I got there all that stress was gone thanks to the support and empathy I have received. Thank you so much Aspen dental and Jacob Heath and staff you guys are amazing and I will tell everyone about his place. I give you guys 10+ stars if I could. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Aspen Dental for 30 years. Have always had pain-free, and gentle care. Dr. Heath who took over after Dr. Wilson retired, and his staff, Andrea, Linda,Sally and the other ladies have always treated me with respect and have recieved the upmost quality care.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for about two years, but I will be going elsewhere as of today. I made an appointment for a family member of mine about a month and a half ago. I talked to a person that answered the phone and explained that my family member has a very strict work schedule and would be a few minutes late to this appointment. The person said that would be fine and would write that down. My family member was a few minutes late and at five minutes late (my family member) received a text from the dental office stating that they would have to reschedule the appointment. My family member had called to say they were almost there and were told that they could not be seen. Such unprofessionalism when I was assured that my family member's tardiness would not be a problem. My husband and I have given this office alot of business over the last couple years but will be going elsewhere because of this unprofessional incident.

Fantastic experience: I have come to Aspen Dental my entire life. These staff are my friends and dental guardian angels. Every visit is thorough, every question is answered. I could not ask for better healthcare, and I am grateful for everyone, especially Sally and Andrea, who have taken care of me every six months for 20+ years. Dr. Heath is friendly, genuine, and up-to-date on his procedures and equipment. The office is clean, welcoming, and ready to take care of you and your smile!
