Fantastic experience: After my long-time dentist retired, I searched for quite a long time for a new dentist. A friend referred me here, and I couldn't imagine going to another dentist! Dr. Wallace is very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. His assistant Karrie is nothing short of amazing and the rest of the office staff and hygienists are second to none! I tell them all the time, they feel more like family than they do a dentist office. They are the kind of people you want to be around, and for the first time in my life, I actually enjoy going to the dentist, no matter the reason. I can't recommend this place highly enough. You have to just go and experience it yourself. It's comfortable, and not at all like the cold, unfriendly and uncomfortable dentist office I've been to in the past. As long as Dr. W & crew are taking good care of me, I'll be here.

Negative experience: I left confused. The dental hygienist said the dentist would talk to me @ my cavities. The dentist said all was well, I did not have cavities?? Which one is correct?? Unsure now.

Dr. Wallace has a great sense of humor and knows how to make patients feel relaxed throughout the visit. He explains everything clearly and ensures you’re comfortable the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and efficient. From check-in to treatment, everything was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Parking is easy, and scheduling an appointment is flexible, which makes everything so convenient. Definitely worth the one-hour drive!

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is awesome. It’s very efficiently ran. I went there two days in a row. One appointment for me and one appointment was for my daughter. The dentist is very down to earth and easy to talk to and the things he offers that insurance doesn’t cover is fair priced!
