Negative experience: Their online booking is broken. I'll try again for my next appointment and update if it's fixed. I wasted my lunch hour to come for a cleaning just to not have any appointment set up!

Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning a couple years ago. They told me I needed a bunch of fillings when I have always had positive reports from prior dentists. Oh well, maybe pregnancy impacted my teeth that much. Went ahead and did the fillings but then they wanted to pull my wisdom teeth. I said no and got another opinion. My new dentist said only one wisdom tooth had a cavity and he filled it. The others are clean and straight, no reason to pull. Been super unhappy with the fillings Lakewood did. Teeth sensitive and one spot between molars where the floss breaks every time because they left the gap too tight. Then weirdly in January I got a text that I owed Lakewood more money… over a year later when I had already settled up at the last visit. I called the office to ask about it and they said ignore it, must be a mistake. Now I get a bill in the mail saying I owe them from the last visit…. Almost 2 years ago. I called the office and I guess they switched to in house billing and deemed my account wasn’t paid fully. Beware, they may try to upsell you on work you don’t need and then bill you extra years later. Update: they decided to drop the extra bill

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist and her assistant. They made me feel at ease. I laughed the whole time I was sitting there. Looking forward to my 6 months appointment. If you need a new dentist, come try Lakewood. Also their automated FLO is amazing. Rescheduling appointments was so easy and leaving a message was so simple. They also text you and can send a text back if you have any questions

Negative experience: Expect to be told you have cavities, even if you take extremely good care of your teeth and haven't had a cavity in years. How ironic that I went somewhere else and no cavities were found!

Fantastic experience: these dental professionals are truly that professional. I can't say a bad thing about Lakewood dental. Super kind, Super accommodating, Super confident in their abilities which makes me a lot more confident in their abilities. I trust them were I never thought I could trust anyone in the dental field ever again. 5 stars they r the Notre Dame of dentist, the Cadillac of dentist , and dare I say the Curt Cignetti of dentist.

Fantastic experience: 11/10. If I could give more stars, I would. I'm an extremely anxious person with a nervous system condition, genetically bad teeth, and am aware of medicine. Most doctors and dentists don't want to deal with a patient like me, but the people here are absolutely amazing. My requests were honored, needs were met, I was treated like a person. My questions were answered. Before I had an extraction, I was shown the tools and told what they were for. This treatment is why I DIDN'T have a panic attack. If you're scared of dentists or have specific needs, PLEASE go to this place!

Positive experience: Overall good, just had to wait 15 min. to see the dentist. I was in a lot of pain, but he gave me the meds that stopped it in a couple of hours. I see the oral surgeon next week.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here! I scheduled a new patient appointment and they got me in the very next day. I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time that does both the exam and cleaning in the same visit — that was a big plus for me. The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also scheduled a surgery for both my wife and me on the same day, and again, they were able to get us in quickly instead of being booked out for months like other places. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, efficient, and professional dental team!

Positive experience: Usually good but today was different. Always bring my foster kiddos here, today they wouldn’t let us sit in the back with the kid and limited to 1 person, which is okay, but why let us go back there in the first place if you were just going to kick us out (also was never a problem in the past so stuck me as odd). Also, they just tried to schedule a day, didn’t ask what day or time would work, I work so days/times matter, I schedule appointments I know I can get to.

You can definitely tell that he wants to help bring peoples confidence back by helping them with their teeth. I have had bad experiences at the dentist office, so when I say this is the best experience I have had I mean that. Employee Candid is great as well. She was amazing. & She was very good at setting the mood. She was funny & I just loved that because of the tooth being worked on I was nervous about so her vibe definitely helped put my in better spirits. If you are second guessing about coming to this dentist office DONT. You will not be disappointed. This is an amazing place to go.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom teeth probably took 10 minutes.....dude was awesome. Fastest dental procedure I've ever had done. Popped on some headphones, got numb, got gassed up and it was in and out. Felt faster than a trip to the grocery store.

Positive experience: I was registered by an automated A.I. person. Do not believe I was given a heads-up that the text sent my phone required confirmation or I would be cancelled. I saw the pop-up but have had many issues with this phone, including when the whole phone was down. I feel one computer should not be able to require me to use another. I saw the text but did not see the C for confirmation. Was not expecting a Monday deadline for a Thursday appointment. While the front clerks were super nice and made an exception for me, I still felt that making the appointment was an all-inclusive confirmation. I am not of the school to make an appointment and then be a no-show. I do not want every apptmt to be a 3-step process. Further, although the doctor was very nice and patient, and answered all my questions, I was expecting him to take the lead in identifying my bad tooth or teeth. In a sense, having pointed to the wrong tooth, I felt I had to find the right one for him. Where are the days where ALL the teeth remaining (I don't have very many, and full-mouth X-rays were taken!) are systemically checked for big holes? The system of my identifying which tooth -- me, the patient -- felt uncertain. I also had to dig deep into my memory to recall what a root canal is. At no point in our conversation did the word "crown" enter in, although that is what a root canal needs. Yet that is not covered by my insurance. I was also surprised to hear the very nice endodontist's clerk state that this one does a temporary, not permanent filling. When I asked WHY, she could not tell me, and said I should ask the endodontist. I also talked to their neighbor, an oral surgeon's office. They said it is unusual to take out a wisdom tooth past age 20. Many issues! I had a hard time finding the endodontist's office as well -- drove right past Fairview, a small road. It would have helped to know it was between Main and Madison. I drove into the country roads. So it felt a little precarious. As though I kept having to look out for myself. I want a dentist who will anticipate my own needs and look out for me. I did appreciate everyone's niceness, however. The x-ray tech did an excellent job. Sincerely, Linda Bicksler

Fantastic experience: LakeWood "FAMILY" dental staff and Dr. Justin SUGGS made me feel more than a family and covered and discussed all my medical history and now ready for surgical extraction. My appointment I made on-line was a breeze. excellent paperwork FORMS to fill out. I'm aiming to future denture and feel good about it under the care of Dr. Justin SIGGS. 5 STARS CLINIC.

Negative experience: Add an appointment at 2 o'clock. Just to show up after taking a 1/2 a day off of work. And driving an hour and a half just to get told at my appointment was canceled and that they would have to reschedule a new appointment after waiting 2 weeks to get a tooth, pulled. No common courtesy. Call, so let me know that the dentist that was going to Poo. My tooth would not be there. The last 2 visits has been extremely terrible. As far as hospitality leaving you in a chair with a bib around you. Coming in setting your schedule an appointment. They're bulking out for you to do on your own Jared, leaned back bib's still on and then tell me I'm done pretty rude. I think but they're saying I'm the rude person. Okay, thanks, my whole family went there. No more family of five

Positive experience: I loved the dentist, the front office staff were friendly However, they are in desperate need of a hygienist. The staff member who Polished my teeth I felt was very unexperienced. She didn’t in my opinion do a good polish or floss. She was very nice and friendly, however.
