Negative experience: Worst Dr office I have EVER dealt with. Never had a problem when my son had braces, but with my daughter they violated HIPAA several times by refusing to release appointment information to me because I was not listed under the responsible party. They had no issue using my insurance, but refused for several months, to release my daughter’s appointment information to me, her legal guardian. They had no legal information that would prevent me from knowing her medical information. They even told me that it was a HIPAA violation to release my daughter’s medical information. This was a false statement because I AM her legal guardian and me and her father share joint custody.

Fantastic experience: The experience at this office was good. When walking inside the receptionist welcomes you and they are very friendly. This a great place to get your braces done at. My son loved it and he left out happy. He said that the Dr, was great. So we will be back.

Fantastic experience: I have Spark clear aligners and the process of getting them at Graf Orthodontics was so easy! My "personal" orthodontist assistant (Lindsay) is AMAZING!! I don't believe I would have been able to go the clear aligners route if not for an adjustment she made. I look forward to seeing her at every appointment! (The only thing that would make my experience better is if the braces weren't so expensive. ♀️)

Dr. Graf was very nice and gave great detail in the dental plan designed for my daughter. They were even able to go ahead and put her braces on the same day as her consult. The staff went over how to care for your braces with my daughter and explained everything very well. We had the best experience at Graf Orthodontics! We also seen one of the ladies from the office in Walmart later in the evening that spoke to my daughter and asked her how she was feeling. She gave us some helpful recommendations on products and answered some questions I had about them! Hands down, GREAT STAFF!
