Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today and was very pleased with everything. The ladies at the front desk could not have been any nicer. The Dr. was very nice and explained everything really well. The hygienist was nice and friendly and did a great job. This will be where I go from now on. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this business is terrific! They work with me for payments and they care about my oral health. Jessica has been my dentist on and off for a long time since she was even in Sesser. All of the staff are wonderful, caring and happy people and make the atmosphere fun. I was going through something the other day when I had to have a tooth extracted, and the staff were very attentive and caring to me, crying and being Upset. I appreciate each and every person that works there!

Jessica and staff have made it possible for my fears to stop when getting a treatment. I cant say enough good things about Lacy at the front desk, anytime I need seen she does her best to get me in asap. She even shoots me a text when there is a cancellation!! 5 STARS*****

Fantastic experience: Best denist ive been. Everyone's super nice, the environment is peacefully, they are very fast as well. I was a new patient and they got me in to be seen in one week. The woman who did my numbing shot today did an excellent job, I hate needles especially in my gums, but I maybe felt 2/10 pain at most when she did it. Can't recommend enough.

Negative experience: I paid out of pocket for tooth removal and fillings. All the fillings they did broke the teeth they were filling leading to more work needed, 4k down the drain because they damaged my molar's so severely. Literally all my fillings are cracked and the teeth broken.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jessica Stroud Martin is great, but where Rend Lake Dental truly takes it over the top is their dental hygienist. Taylor ( I think she’s been my hygienist) is absolutely phenomenal and, honestly, the main reason I keep going back! She explains everything so thoroughly, including the "why" behind what she's doing. Her chairside manner is unmatched and she makes the whole experience completely stress-free.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of.Rend Lake dental for several years and I would not go anywhere else. I have had procedures done by all of the dentists that worke there and they are all amazing. They go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few fillings, cleanings, and a crown procedure done in less than a year of my first appointment. The entire process from making appointments to coming in for procedures has been excellent. I have the usual anxiety about dental work, but now I do not dread or stress going in because this office is professional and easy to talk to.

Yes there was a little discomfort from the shots but was totally pain free. Yes, I am a whimp when it comes to my teeth but I trust Dr Stroud-Martin. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Money hungry! Went in for a cleaning after getting a deep cleaning ect.. I was told it was a basic cleaning a few weeks later. Feeling it wasn't necessary at the time but my insurance pays for it. Then they changed my cleaning to some specific cleaning that was going to cost me 30 at first. Then when I said my cleanings were free the lady told me it was going to be $80+! I refuse to pay that much since literally just had a deep cleaning! Then the mouthy lady behind the glass told me i needed to get educated on my insurance. And proceeded to tell me I have a $25 charge for not getting the cleaning! Nope! Going elsewhere with my uneducated self!

Negative experience: Previous patient, told 3 months for an appointment in the afternoon. Went in 3 times with paperwork before it was accepted, then told I had to pay $200 upfront for an appointment 3 months from now. I'll drive to Paducah before I try this place again.

Fantastic experience: I've avoided the dentist office in any capacity for a very long time. I had childhood trauma from a local dentist. Dr Stroud and staff knew this and treated me with the utmost care and patience. She was very gentle and caring. Every step of the way they made sure I was ok and that I knew what they were doing before they did it. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who are really nervous about dental procedures or those with trauma from dentists in their past.

Within the VA healthcare system, a lot of patients tend to fall through the cracks and a lot of things get delayed because there's just such high demand. My dad has been one of them. Your entire office staff did an excellent job, and the fact that he felt like he was actually CARED ABOUT gave him some hope. You ladies gave my dad a giant confidence boost and he was extremely impressed with Jessica Stroud! (She caught something that NONE of his numerous specialists have mentioned before, WOW!) He hasn't been treated with such urgency on really any of the things he has medically going on, until today. I called several offices before I remembered I'd been to you guys a couple times, and I am so entirely thankful. Every office I talked to was not willing to work with us, even with a pending heart surgery, and they were all booked out until October or even December, most not even accepting new patients. Not only could you get us in, you guys got us in THE NEXT DAY! Thank you all so much for taking the time to answer his questions and just doing an amazing job! I wish more places could display the kindness and professionalism that your staff did today.

Negative experience: Im not happy at all. I don't appreciate someone leaving me in intense pain and giving me false hope of losing that pain. Don't say you will help unless you have intention of really doing so or at least call and say you won't do the work. Worst place ever. Not being a patient ever, was the point. Talk to Carrisa about making promises she can't keep and maybe she should call when she won't.

Negative experience: Had a couple thousand dollars to use up before the end of the year through my employer but they jacked around and i lost it. I come in to have my my teeth cleaned and x rayed at 12 pm and they cancel my cleaning. Even the girl taking care of me asked if they canceled it.they would not answer. So they schedule another day for me to get a cleaning. I could not miss work that monday. I tried to leave a message to notify i couldt be there through the weekend phones wernt working. So i call in monday morning trying to be courteous and the witch at the front desk tells me i ow here 25 dollars for fail to notify. Im not payed on my days off so its difficult when people waste what little time you have. And it could be that i look poor. Maybe poor people just arent suppose to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: You want this place for your dental needs. Recently started coming here as a new patient. Haven't been to a dentist in years on account of previous experiences and costs. This place has been very courteous and polite. Willing to stop and give you a second if you need it. VERY fast to get me and my entire family in multiple times despite my kids being pushed back to nearly a year wait times at their previous dentists before they ultimately cancelled their appointments without notification. While I'm not sure how their prices compare to most others. Their straightforwardness and clarity with billing and even OFFERING estimates for visits you haven't even had, should be a standard for every medical facility.
