Positive experience: I do not like to go to the dentist, and l don't know anyone who does; however, it has been my experience that Hale Dentistry makes my visit as pain-free as possible. "Pain-free" is relative. The dental hygenists are very knowledgeable and they have a great bedside manner, making my visits as pleasant as possible. I suppose the term "pleasant" is also relative. If l ever get to the point that l enjoy going l will probably have to concede that the medicine makes me delusional.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful an exceptional experience from someone who had a dentist "phobia" for most of my life. Dr Hale is professional, kind, and relatable. Ienjoy every encounter i have with her. Her staff must have followed her energy because their values and traits seem to be extremely similar to hers. The office is a clean, nice, and up to date facility as well. I felt in good hands with both the people and the instruments & technology. I pay self pay and do not use insurance so I'm not sure how to compare to other offices. I think you get what you pay for; I paid a reasonable amount of money fantastic service and premium work. I have 0 complaints or issues. I plan on making Hale Dentistry my permanent dentist after recently moving here from the north. I am beyond grateful for the recommendation to this wonderful place with exceptional people.

Fantastic experience: When we moved to Aiken three years ago we were pretty shocked when it came to finding above-average and professional care. It was also weird to hear, "We can see you in.... 6, 9, 12 months." We tried out some places that were........ fine. Acceptable mediocrity. Anyway, with some perseverance we found Advanced Oral & Facial Specialists. And you can see my review for them on their page. But when it came to general dentistry, they recommended Dr. Hale. Keep it simple: Wow wow wow. Wow. We've already referred 3 people to them in less than a couple months. That (very rare) 5-star, attention-to-detail, focus and attention that is so very lacking. Anywhere. They might charge a little more but that's not price. That's a super high value. It's worth it. On top of that, we were looking for a great chiropractor. Boom -- they referred Align Life. Talk about worth it as well. Same mentality as Advance and Hale -- focused, detailed, attentive, professional, proactive vs reactive care. Well, we hit the trifecta. Turns our there ARE great professionals in Aiken. And the above three are testament to that.

Fantastic experience: We had the best first time experience today with Dr. Hale and Lauren the hygentist. My eight year old is extremely sensitive to sounds, surprises, and anything new. She wore their cool shades and had her cozy blanket, they explained everything to her quietly and very patiently. They were AMAZING with her. So much so that I will be transferring over to them as well. She has a lot of cavitites and the fact that they have a laser treatment for the cavities is absolutely AMAZING since no numbing will be required. This has eased my mama mind tremendously and my 8 year old actually said she "had fun" at the dentist today getting hear teeth cleaned which blew my mind! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Positive experience: Had a consultation today February 3, 2025. It was very thorough. I liked Dr. Hale’s office staff as they seemed to be well informed and update on latest developments in dentistry. I am a very conservative patient and believe the body is capable of much healing on its own (think functional medicine). I was slightly concerned by the immediate discussion of filling teeth prior to watching and getting to know my teeth. Outside of that… I think this dentist office maybe a good fit for myself and family. I will update my review in May after my cleaning and further discussion with Dr. Hale on my teeth.
