Fantastic experience: They were really great with my 6yr old. He’s non verbal but they were so kind and patient with him. The dental hygienist gave him some toys to play with to help make him more comfortable. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism

My daughter now likes to go back without me & she knows if she is good, she gets to pick from the treasure box! & if she continues to not have cavities, she gets a treat from momma! Dr. Puckett & the lady dentist have always been wonderful as well!!

Fantastic experience: I prefer more conservative measures when it comes to dental work. I appreciate that the dentist also has that perspective. He wasn’t just about charging us for any work that could be done. He discussed what could be done and also the more conservative approach that would provide less unnecessary dental trauma. My kids love going to the dentist, so switching dentists was scary for me. I’m glad we found ridge kids!

The staff at Ridge Kids go above and beyond to make her, and myself feel comfortable. Letting me go back with her. Both my children go here now, and always have a good experience. The dental care is exceptional as well. We'll never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My child has severe autism. The dentist and nurse were so supportive and patient. It was the best experience we have ever had at a dentist appointment. I thought my child would always have to be put to sleep for dental care because he won’t sit through an appointment. However the approach they took were slow gradual steps to help my child get used to the appointments. I feel so blessed to have found a dentist with such patience that is willing to support my child and his needs. Highly recommend Ridge Kids Dental!

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter had never been to the dentist before and a few nights ago she put a piece of cloth in the mouth and pulled and 2 of her teeth started bleeding and became very loose. I called Ridge Kids the next morning and they got us in immediately. The staff was AMAZING. My daughter was so nervous but they were patient and told her everything they were doing before they did it. They let her pick a toy from a bucket and build a little dental bag to go which she loved. She picked out what she wanted to watch on tv and there were toys for her in the waiting room. Not only Did they resolve all of my concerns but they made an anxious 4 year old put going to the dentist on the same list as going to the park. I doubt I will ever take her anywhere else from now on.

Positive experience: They are super. Dentist great, staff great but the waiting time is long. Way too long for a kid and even an adult to have to wait to get dental work done. We waited approximately 1 1/2 hours until my 5 year old was called back just to wait more.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first time going to Ridge Kids Dental. Sadly it had to be for an emergency, BUT my son absolutely loved everyone there. They were so kind and definitely helped his dental anxiety. Dr. John was wonderful with my son and so compassionate which is something you don’t see much anymore. His dental hygienist was wonderful as well. We are very impressed. Thanks for making my son feel comfortable.

Positive experience: Honesty goes a long way. Don't lie to the kids. Don't treat them as though they're stupid. Fluoride is not a vitamin! Jeez Last time we went, they told us she had lost all of her baby teeth, then a couple of weeks later a tooth came out! This time, they tell her fluoride is a vitamin. Come on! They're children, not idiots!

One will be needing surgery and they’re just wonderful and gentle with them. Very reassuring to mom as well on any issue. 10/10 recommend! Negative experience: My daughter went in there to get a piece of her tooth bonded back on and her regular dentist was not there so she had to see someone else. They gave shots to her mouth and put her under gas mask for what reason I don't know because my husband went and didn't ask questions. She filled her front teeth down which should have never been done and now one side is higher than the other side. NOT happy at all!!!!!!!!!!! She was there just to get a piece bonded back on not a procedure.

Negative experience: I went as a child. i loved this dentist. i am older now at a different dentist and every single tooth that ridge kids dental filled has to be refilled, given a root canal, or extracted. EVERY SINGLE FILLING is too deep and too close to the root. i have to pay over $1000 out of pocket because ridge kids couldnt fill my tooth correctly. save the headache!!! not worth the money and pain.

Negative experience: Make sure you don’t let them put braces on your kids before all their adult teeth come in! They had my daughter put braces on too early and NOW when she needs them the insurance won’t cover any of it so now we are having to go elsewhere and pay the whole cost ourselves for braces. It’s considered fraud! Question them! Don’t let them do stuff you do NOT agree with!

Fantastic experience: My children have all been patients at Ridge Kids since July 2011 and have zero complaints. The staff is amazing and so good with my daughter who has Autism. Its a great thing when your kids WANT to to to the dentist!

Positive experience: I'll start by saying the staff in the back was amazing! However I took a fill in appointments for my visit at the dentist and at the surgery center. The fill in for the dentist went great! The surgery center appointment didn't go so well they called the day before to ask if I wanted the appointment and ofcourse I did my daughter needed her teeth fixed fast so I took it. The lady that called told me 6:30am and I asked for the address and that was all of the phone call. I got texted the appointment would be 8am and emailed it would be at 10:40am so that's 3 different times and I had nobody to ask due to it being so late in the day after I got the text and email it was 6pm! So I took her at the time the lady over the phone said to I figured that was the right time I got there and waited in line past the scheduled time and that wasn't a problem. But when I got in the back they forgot to inform me that she couldn't have milk or food she is only 1 she didn't eat yet but she drank milk so she couldn't be worked on until 10am a couple hours off. being a mom that has a job I don't have time to sit half a day with a 1 year old that hadn't ate anything. Overall ridge kids need to be better put together and more informative! I will be going to a different dentist just for the convenience of time frame and being told everything I need to know. If I was to keep taking my kids to ridge kids I'm afraid it would be more trouble than just finding a different kids dentist!

Fantastic experience: Our first visit was great! My son was nervous but the lobby was fun and distracted him so he didn’t feel like he was at the Dr. Office. The hygienist was so nice and patient with him when he was resistant and she didn’t push or pressure him. The dentist even talked my son into showing him his “Alligator teeth” which was very impressive! The dentist discussed all and any concerns and did not rush us out. Great visit!

Negative experience: Didn't bother contacting me after waiting SEVERAL MONTHS for an appointment while the enamel on my daughter's teeth started getting weak. Didn't bother giving me an explanation as to why either. When somebody's baby needs dental work and you don't allow both parents inside to oversee the appointment you won't be able to keep your patients.
