Fantastic experience: Very friendly office staff,.and good dentist. Near my home. Will be going there again.

Fantastic experience: They were able to schedule my appointment right away, so it was easy to book first off. When I arrived, I was called in as soon as I finished my paperwork- so I did not have to wait. The team from the receptionist to the dental techs and dentist herself are all friendly and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. I'm very pleased with the work they have done to make me smile brighter, and would recommend to anyone needing a dentist in the New Port Richey or Trinity area.

Fantastic experience: Guadalupe is absolutely the best person who I ever had the pleasure of scraping my teeth. And Mercedes is quite a lovely too.

Fantastic experience: I was trying to find a dental office that accepted my Medicaid insurance, and even though this office doesn’t accept it, Sammi at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She was so knowledgeable about insurance and actually helped me find a dentist that accepts my plan without having to drive all the way to Dade City like everyone else was suggesting. It’s rare to find people that genuinely care and take the time to help. Thank you, Sammi!

Fantastic experience: Smile Bright Dental is awesome!! Dr Anna is friendly and smiling and always supportive! Guadalupe the hygienist is very kind and offers helpful advice! Sami always very friendly and helpful and quick with advice. My favorite, Stacy the office manager who always goes above and beyond to help with anything you can possibly think of!! Just phenomenal! The entire staff who I haven’t names for is very friendly! I give Smile Bright Dental at 7280 State Rd 54 a thumbs up waaaay up! On a 1-10 survey, I give them 1001 percent!! Negative experience: This place charged be extra for my bottom dentures, saying I got premium that I didn't ask for. When I replaced my top they told me the person that did that had been terminated but I worksheets revive my money back. It's been ten years almost since having them completed, and even though i told them they didn't fit well they said it was my fault. My face has been affected from dentures that are uneven in thickness from one side to the other, weren't made correctly as the front teeth actually are towards the left nostril, i gate looking in the mirror any more. When i went to show the issues they had some guy that was brand new do a fitting and he just cradled everything away so i left with them just as bad as they were. If you're not wealthy you're just an easy insurance collection then tossed away

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and made an appointment to have it extracted. The procedure went well. The dentist was knowledgeable and very courteous to me.

Negative experience: I only have insurance no extra money so.....guess what I received a low quality denture that didn't fit called office the 2 day and explained the difficulty I was having. Yup no call but my check up appointment was about 3 weeks later. What choice did I have none. I went to my appointment and explained what I did and what I was going thru ,not able to wear the denture they made Sad the dr could only nod and say yes I understand. Sad she kept sanding down where it was hurting me but by the end she had the office manager come in and tell me that this is what the insurance covers and they were giving me the check up at no charge. Funny when I was in there the first time they gave me a bill showing what the price was for insurance and 1 check up. Or add $1000 and you can have a few adjustments. So sad that they can do this to people and not care. They are scamming the insurance company and I will be making it known to my insurance. This is beyond poor quality dentures and if I had seen them first I would have gone elsewhere. Sad.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I've been there 2 times and Guadalupe is the best hygienist! Professional, detailed, great personality, great . My teeth are good but not white! My teeth now are very, very white, compared to before. The color went from 5 to 10 out of 10. I recommend you to check them out. You'll be very satisfied!!!

Fantastic experience: The office personnel and Ms Guadalupe are so professional and helpful. From the very start the office personal called my insurance and returned my calls. She explained upfront my costs for the service I will need. I will say I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to dental checkups- they put you at ease right away. I had Ms Guadalupe as my hygienist and she was very informative and patient. She explained each step and at the end asked if I had questions- I felt like she actually listened to my concerns. Will return and also will let my friends and family know. Thank you

Positive experience: First Denist I have even been to that "Did Not"!! Pre numb with topical numbing before the actual numbing needle, was very painful brought tears to my eyes. Definitely didn't have relaxing music on 107.3!! And very expensive for further procedures that I will need. Way More then my previous Denist!!!

Negative experience: Disappointed they would not honor insurance prices for crown after root canal despite insurance having roughly 20 to choose from. Only wanted to use Procera crown - over twice the $. Said go somewhere else so I did. Wasn't an issue at next dentist. Won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Normally, I wouldn’t rate a dentist, but I’m an old guy who has had many dentures made and repaired. And repaired. And repaired. They listened. They made me an upper that’s built like a tank. It’s thick. I’m still getting used to it, but this upper should last me years. Thanks. Can’t wait for an ear of corn!

Negative experience: Scammers scammers beware Terrible I was calling around and they said they took my insurance my plan pays 100%of all dental and she wants me to pay out of pocket 1400 for uppers saying they don’t pay 100 why cause there out of network and failed to tell me this I had two appointments with them then at the second they said that they only cover the cheap dentures that will need replacement every six months umm no my plan covers lifetime and she’s wrong again they lie to you just for money

Dental assistants Kailey and Marina were so kind and patient. And last but not least my Cuban dental hygienist was very gente and caring. Love this office!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had cleanings, root canals, and crowns done at Smile Bright Dental, and I have to say I’m more than happy with the treatment and quality of work. The whole staff is kind, welcoming, and very informative. Dr. Ana is excellent, she’s extremely knowledgeable and talented at what she does. I’m terrible with remembering names, but all the other staff members are great as well. I highly recommend this place!

My gums are healthy they make sure you even keep your tongue in between your teeth and everything healthy they are the best. And they all are beautiful people

Positive experience: My son is a patient here. He had his second appointment, cleaning. The staff has been very kind. My son switched insurance because his dental crowns would not be covered under WellCare’s dental plan, but they were through devoted. The woman in charge of obtaining prior authorizations submitted one the first day of the month to get a jump on getting my son’s crowns. So I will also say that this office does go above and beyond to help out their patients.

Fantastic experience: Located in the New Port Richey area, you will find Smile Bright Dental, the dental clinic that all patients should trust. Dr. Anna is the sweetest and knowledgeable doctor I had ever meet, the hygienist Guadalupe is the most professional person in whom anyone can make their teeth available to, and both Manager Stacy and the other staff members, always make sure that the patient is well taken care of as well as meeting all of their expectations. 100% recommended

Negative experience: My insurance company has a contract with these thieves. I am retired and they have been over charging me, was told I have to have a periodontal cleaning every time I get my teeth cleaned, said I can't have a regular cleaning. Cigna says that's not true. That I can just have a regular cleaning that is covered 100 percent. My insurance company told me they cover 52 dollars for periodontal cleaning, their staff says my insurance only covers 3 dollars. Dental office say 50 dollars for fluoride, my Insurance company says they cover 2 per year no cost to me. Confronted the girl on phone she says quote " oh we use different fluoride. I am ashamed for them and will never recommend. They have a contract with Cigna and agreed with contract and are way over charging. Lining their pockets. Pethadic. I am retired and very upset

Fantastic experience: My last two appointments were amazing! The Doctor is so kind and listens to you. I received the best deep cleaning ever!

Negative experience: A dentist at this practice determined I had a nerve damaged tooth and provided me with a treatment plan recommending a crown to fix the problem. My insurance covers a crown at 50% if my tooth in fact had nerve damage. The dentist that tested my tooth for nerve damage and provided the treatment plan is no longer at the practice. A different dentist did the crown. My insurance denied it. After going back and forth with the insurance and dentist office for about a year I finally figured out the problem was the fact that the dentist that did the crown didn't document the nerve damage that was already documented in my file. The dentist that did my crown "feels" that I didn't have nerve damage and refuses to submit the proper documentation to my insurance company so my crown will be paid. During this entire duration, I was nothing short of pleasant. Stacey at the front desk however, not so much. I do NOT recommend this practice.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience with a dentist office ever. They charged my credit card for services that I had not received at the time they charged me, and did not tell me they were putting $1800 dollars through before I received my dental work. They also billed my insurance before I received my work. I was told from the insurance provider that they are not supposed to submitt charges until I and happy with my dental work. Then they were going to charge me for adjustments $425.00 extra when my insurance covers adjustments for 6 months and then they will pay for more if needed. I was lied to. So know I have my insurance company filing a grievance to get there money back from the dentist and my credit card is disputing the charges they paid out 3weeks before I got my dental work even done. Be ware of this Dentist. Stacy the office manager is not only nasty, but she lies to you about the charges and is very unprofessional professional. A horrible Dentist office. Stay away from them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had years of neglect on my part paired with not going to dentist, so much so, it’s too embarrassing to say how long. I got ahold of my insurance provider, got connected with Smile Bright within network, and started my journey to healthier teeth. Stacy, the office manager was more than happy to help me over the phone, and get the ball rolling. I was very embarrassed to go, I was at ease the moment I was brought back for x-rays. Fast forward 2 months, I have been back 3 times to have my teeth worked on. Kailey was so kind, as I expressed how embarrassed I was she said “all that matters is that you’re here now”, I appreciated that. Dr. Anna Ichoa has taken great care of me, and I am extremely grateful for the prompt service, results, and kindness she has provided. Guadalupe is informative, detailed and very kind. She took great care in cleaning and explaining what was going on as well as what I need to do in the future. The staff as a whole have made my experience beyond satisfactory. It’s harder to get a 10 min oil change than it is to work with Smile Bright. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who don’t know where to start. Thank you!

It did not hurt at all Usually the X-ray technician that I have had hurt me badly She is great…… The dentist filled my cavity very gently. The needle was put gently on my gums to numb the area Ann and her co worker had a very professional demeanor I highly recommend this dentist

She made me feel calm for I am a 70 year old chicken when it comes to dentists. They also were ready to perform the extraction and adjoining tooth crown during the visit which has been delayed for 7 weeks from my old "corporate dentist" due to their " corporate policies". .
