Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. We have always hand issues with the older lady who checks people old. She sticks her nose in the air to everyone like she is better than everyone else. She needs fired but no one will do anything about it. Everyone you talk to says she’s a nasty lady on the phone and in person. I like the dentist there but this lady ruins it for everyone. I finally had enough and transferee my kids out of there. I’ll take the drive to Morgantown to be around people that are decent human beings.

Positive experience: I got 2 crowns put in, both are temporary until they can get me back in to finish. One fell out before I left and they fixed it, the other fell out when I made it home, I called in and they are closed on Good Friday, their “on call emergency line” tells me to get fix o dent from Walmart to temporarily put it on and they can’t get me in till Monday (3 days away) while I have an exposed tooth & I can barely eat or drink anything. Dr. Poole did the work, and I have to say I give him a 5 star rating, he himself was fantastic, and had a great attitude, as did the assistant that put them in. EDIT: They opened up on Good Friday and had someone come in to put my temp crown back on, the worker was polite and very helpful and managed to get everything fixed for the weekend & that goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: Easily 5 stars for Wilson Martino Dental of Buckhannon ! The dental & ortho staff here is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. My son's braces installation was surprisingly quick, and they even walked me through all the hygiene steps he'll need to follow at home. They are very organized with scheduling and the wait times are minimal. My son actually looks forward to going to the ortho/dentist. The receptionists deserve their own recognition. They are always so pleasant and helpful to interact with. They are always so busy & yet never make the client feel like an inconvenience. From the front door to the back, this place is great! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I recommend them. They are very friendly. Doctor listed to everything I had to say. Did exactly what I wanted. They ate making my dentures. And so far have done an amazing job. I'm at t he last step my next apt I will be getting t he final product. Super exited. And update, not all the staff knows how to make kids comfortable. There's a woman that I just absolutely was not impressed with. 2 separate time my daughter wouldn't let her do anything. Well this last time she did but cried the hole time. She just had that snotty vibe to her. Did not know how to make her comfortable or calm her down or explain stuff to her. And the look she gave me... Oh man. Just saying I like most of them but that lady no so much.

Fantastic experience: My appointments today were just like a spa day! I received first class treatment from Sofia and Amelia during my cleaning appointment. Sofia has such a delicate touch and did the BEST cleaning I have ever had. After my cleaning, it was on to my cosmetic crown appointment. Beth and Dr. John Wilfong explained everything to me and included my input on size, shape, and shading of my new crowns. I left with temporaries that already look better than what I had. I highly recommend this office and staff for any dental needs!!!!

Fantastic experience: Melissa did a fantastic job and also made my cleaning process/checkup really enjoyable. She was very pleasant and struck up conversation and also was able to answer all of my questions and concerns I had about the health of my teeth.

Negative experience: All about the money, I have only had subpar work done Today they did cleanings of my wife and child, after cleanings told us they no longer accept our insurance. Massive turnover long waits, really just a garbage operation. First negative review in my life but this place is atrocious.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this entire office from reception to the dentist there is always a smile kindness and respect to great you. When the tech might have missed telling you you have something left on your face from materials used in a procedure the receptionists are going to inform you to go to the bathroom before you leave. They do excellent work on me and take care of all my needs I truly leave with a smile.

Negative experience: After 2 trips to this office, we figured out how shady they are. Print outs showing charges They claimed they didn’t charge us for it yet there it was on the description of services. They explained we weren’t charged that yet it was on the bill. Also insurance said they didn’t even pull the right teeth according to insurance records. Reported to our insurance company and to our attorney. Would recommend avoiding this bunch at all cost. Negative 1 star shady practice.

Fantastic experience: This was the second bridge I had put in. The staff at the Wilson Martino Buckhannon office are supportive and understanding. They are efficient at signing in, explain everything and are understanding of patient needs and history. Dr. Poole is great at making things right.

Positive experience: I normally would give 5 stars. Always do. The doctors are great. They do beautiful work on your teeth. But today a staff member, which are all young in the back was the bad part. Someone took my call today to get my husband in for an adjustment. She had the chart up on the computer with her note from the phone conversation we had and she told nothing but lies from our conversation. I can't stand liars! It makes me want to NEVER go back there! But I will because they (the Doctors) are so great and catering to you. Pam is great upfront too! She's young, she won't be there long. By my next appointment hopefully she won't be there. I remember her name and I know I will never talk to her on the phone anymore.

Negative experience: My girlfriend went to the dentist yesterday and they pulled both of her wisdom teeth, which had nothing wrong with them in the first place and then wrote her a prescription for over the counter medication i could have given her at home! This place is a disgrace they should have given her medication that would help the pain! I wouldn't ever recommend anybody going here!

Fantastic experience: I was actually thinking yesterday after I had left Wilson Martino (and before I received this survey inquiring about my satisfaction at that appointment), what a fantastic crew they have working there!! From the girls at the front desk who seemed so welcoming to everyone and then to whoever I encountered thereafter (Emily, Debbie and Dr Linger), everyone was just so kind and caring and so professional and knowledgeable of their work! The others (who I don't know their names) certainly seemed the same. And I have never encountered a more gentle dentist than Dr Linger. Kudos to all of you!!

Negative experience: I give 2 stars because most of them are friendly. I have been there twice in the past few weeks for my kids and each time I go to check in they say I’m sorry your appointment got canceled by the call center but they sure never did let me know on either one in fact confirmed my sons was still today when we spoke last week but nope canceled again without calling/texting or something! Then the secretary has no sympathy towards the matter and acts as if it’s no big deal but it is a big deal because that’s my kid missing out on school and work for myself!

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal. Was made clear that my comfort in the situation came first. Of course the shots in the mouth to numb kinda stung, but otherwise everything went super smoothly. Friendly, helpful staff and just wonderful people overall.

Fantastic experience: Got botox injections for my TMJ today my appointment was super fast, friendly and professional. Doc explained everything before doin the procedure. The injections were practically painless and they checked up on me later in the day. Wonderful place very caring, friendly staff.

Negative experience: If I could give less then one start I would I’ve went there my whole life never had an issue go in to get a cavity filled and they noticed a different filling had popped out but a new one in a week later I’m dying in pain miserable turns out they messed up some how the root detached from my tooth now I have to pay for there mess up like really oh and they don’t have an opening till July and if you didn’t know the long a dead tooth is in the more damage it can do to the rest of you teeth

When I first came in my anxiety was through the roof and fear was embarrassing, but they made me feel very comfortable. After a few minutes of nitrous oxide some anesthesia Dr Alakailly came in and had the tooth out and I didn’t even realize she had done it until it was over. The procedure was fast and pain free. I recommend Wilson Martino of Buckhannon.

Negative experience: This place Seems legit. They are friendly enough, however the fillings they did on my kids teeth all fell out. I don’t think they are using the right stuff. It seems more like temporary fillings for job security. I believe they drilled perfectly good teeth to boot. No, I am not a dentist. I did a year training and assisting though; and know enough about the fillings material to know it’s not right. Basically, they messed up my kids teeth. So it’s just a dental nightmare with a search for a new dentist. They do bounce you from room to room which seems like an organized plan like they have it together, or maybe it’s just smoke and mirrors… The work they did on both of my kids all failed terribly and I’m pretty sure they ruined perfectly good teeth. It wasn’t just one filling, it was 5 between the two of them that fell out between 1-2 months after having them finished. I just don’t trust the place for true dental well being.

They kept checking on me makings sure i was comfortable and i wasn't hurting.. they really do cader to cowards! Lol i highly recommend

Negative experience: 2 stars (instead of 1) because the staff was polite and courteous. Otherwise, I must warn you. I went there a year ago, as a new patient, because I had a dull pain in my molar. The dental hygienist spent a lot of time showing me a full-mouth x-ray with lots of terrible looking teeth (supposedly my x-ray). Afterwards the dentist came into the room and barely spoke to me at all, other than trite chit-chat, irrelevant to my dental health. I was then ushered into the accounts receivable office, where the lady told me I would have to spend $10,000 and handed me a glossy folder with financing brochures. I asked "What for?" and it was the clerk in accounts receivable (not the dentist) who informed me of the extensive (and expensive) treatment plan. Nothing at all was done that day to address the pain in my molar. Thankfully I went elsewhere for a second opinion, where the dentist fixed my issue for under $500 (a filling had fallen out). Bizarrely, my x-rays there showed good, healthy teeth--no resemblance at all to the x-rays shown to me by the dental hygienist at Wilson Martino. What?! I tried to forget it and move on, but a year later, it still bugs me enough to write this review.

Negative experience: The customer service was extremely good. Only issue I had was a bill I had sent to collections. Was told that I could pay 200+ up-front for my tooth removal and the bill would be taken care of. Apparently that wasn't the case and a bill of 70+ was leftover after they charged the insurance that I don't even recall having. Was told the insurance didn't cover what they thought it would and that's where the bill came from. None of it made sense.... who pays 200 up-front if you have insurance? Point being keep proof of all payments.

Fantastic experience: I had to, unfortunately, have a tooth extracted. I had some anxiety about the procedure. I went to Wilson Martino. They were friendly and simply put; awesome. A little nitrous to relax me and anisthetic…then Dr. linger came in and removed it quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend this office in Buckhannon.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I take all four of our kids there. They are absolutely amazing, with the kids. They make the kids feel relaxed, with tv, posters on ceilings, etc... they explain everything they our doing to the kids, plus talk to the parents also. The kids also get rewarded. Absolutely amazing people. Highly recommend going there. I also like the convenience of being close to home, and able to work with our busy schedule between school, sports, and every day life. Thanks to everyone there.
