Fantastic experience: Dr Medina is amazing. The entire office is great !

Positive experience: Positives: The dental hygienists who worked on my kids were very sweet and kid-friendly. Downside: Both of my sons had appointments and were called in at the same time and sat in two different dental chairs, however by the time we were finished with their procedures, it had been almost 3 hours, including a lot of waiting time. We went in for routine x-rays and cleanings, so believe they may have been understaffed. I had to pop my head out quite a few times to see if they forgot about us. The Dr. stated that one of my son’s X-rays were unclear so she referred me to a pediatric dentist. Unfortunately, they billed for the invaluable X-rays, so I had to go back and forth with their office and my dental insurance for a few weeks to have the X-rays removed. Although the office agreed to have them removed, the hassle was very inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Roxana Rodriguez was very kind, answered my concerns with solid knowledge, and felt no pressure to give me any costly treatment.

Fantastic experience: Daniela was an awesome receptionist with a great smile. Ezz was very knowledgeable in finances, made the breakdown of my visit very easy. Joy was one of the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. Dr. Medina had excellent patient care. Really pleased with my visit.

I have had really bad experiences with dentist in the past believing I wasn’t in pain, they made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend them, they are amazing !!

Fantastic experience: I’ve come to this location for a lot of different procedures and I just have to sayDr. Fraga is the best. This location is 40 minutes from my house, but it’s worth it. I got crowns on my front two teeth, 8 and 9. And veneers on 7 and 10. I wanted them to match the rest of my teeth and she did exactly that! I am super happy with the results! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

From the very first visit, my experience has been great. They never try to push unnecessary work. Instead, they give honest advice and helpful suggestions. Every call I’ve made has been answered or returned like they promised, and they’ve always worked around my schedule. What really stands out to me is the customer service. That’s what I look for in every business I support. When you treat people the right way, you don’t need advertising — word of mouth and referrals speak for themselves. Fantastic experience: My toddler and I had the BEST experience at this office. Dr. Fraga is very professional and caring. The super star though, was the hygienist Stavros. He was so thorough and gentle, my teeth look and feel amazing. I have had bad experiences with really rough hygienists but Stavros was patient and absolutely FANTASTIC! He also made my toddler daughter have fun with her cleaning. She was not scared at all, thanks to his calm demeanor and attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend this office, and if you want to have the most amazing cleaning experience ask for Stavros.

Negative experience: First timer. A hygenist named Stavros broke my tooth during a regular cleaning. I personally am never coming back but you decide it you're good with them breaking your teeth.

Negative experience: Went here for an initial visit and a 6 month cleaning. My husband and daughter the same. We all visited at separate times and all had the same poor experience. The first visit took 2 hours and we thought that it was just because it was our first time there. The second visit we were brought into the room and had to sit for over 90 minutes waiting for the doctor. No one came in to explain the wait, no hygienist was doing our cleaning in the meantime. We just sat there and waited. I waited. My daughter waited. But after explaining to my husband the situation, when his appointment came around and he ALSO waited over 60 minutes he just walked out. Now they keep harassing us with emails, texts, and phone calls to return for our appointments after repeated attempts to cancel, unsubscribe, and asking them to stop contacting us because we have no interest in services. Wasn’t going to leave a review but this morning I got yet another text and call about an appointment I never booked.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and service. I didn't have to wait long, and the treatment was exceptional. I felt heard and well cared for throughout my treatment. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I will definitely return and recommend them to family and friends.

Negative experience: The dentists here are extremely greedy for money. They will try to extort far more money from you than your insurance will cover. Today, when I came for my regular teeth cleaning, they refused to provide service because I refused to pay them cash in addition to what my insurance already covers. Think twice before going here.

Fantastic experience: Wow!!! This was the best visit I have ever had at a dentist office. Today was my first visit. From the time I entered the kindness was felt so genuine. Staff are amazing. Dr. Fraga listened to me and why I chose to change my dentist. I was able to get started and they were very attentive and patient. As for the payments… I do have dental insurance however we all know there’s usually always some out of pocket cost as low as a copay. There team worked with me and helped with a discount to start my care plan. I have to go back for a root canal next week but I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. We need more offices like this. It means more than you might think.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Stavros and Dr.Fraga for a full exam and they were both great. So patient. Dr.Fraga walked me through what she was doing and worked so quickly. Stavros did my cleaning and was so gentle and attentive, I told him I was nervous and he kept checking on me - he explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. Wonderful care all around. I’ve also seen Dr.Medina and Dr.Schiller for root canal work and both were so incredibly patient and helpful. Dr.Medina was very nice and thorough, Dr.Schiller worked efficiently and was kind throughout the process.

Negative experience: Just left office after my first visit with dentist, did not go well. Just went there to meet the dentist and get a cleaning. She wanted to do X-rays, I told her because of my past cancer would not like to do X-rays just wanted cleaning today. She told me that if they did not do X-rays that the insurance might not cover the cleaning, which is total bullshit. I left the office immediately. They tried to sell my wife a $400 deep cleaning. Told her no just do regular cleaning.

Negative experience: Horrible service,couldn’t give directions. They said they could not find my insurance!!! I left the office i immediately called my insurance, they could not understand it! The Dr. speaks with you less than 1 minute and already send the guy to charge you, i never received such bad service in any office i ever went! Please, i highly dont recommend this place to nobody! Fantastic experience: Recently went to Pinecrest Modern Dentistry and honestly had a great experience. The office was very clean and organized, the staff was welcoming and polite, 10/10. My hygienist was Aly, she was amazing. Besides how good she did my cleaning she also took the time to educate me on better brushing habits and tools to get trapped food out. I had never had a more efficient and pleasant visit at a dental office until here, I was able to see Dr. Fraga as well, she went over dental treatment and prevention, genuinely a Dr. that cares about oral health and not just trying to make a quick buck. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently found PMD thru my dental insurance list of providers. They are truly amazing, understanding, caring and a wonderful team in a very pleasant and happy atmosphere. From the front desk (Ezz and Nikki) and thorough x-rays and treatment from very friendly and professional dental assistants to Dr. Medina. His experience and knowledge about your dental concerns, puts you at ease as he explains everything step by step. The Endodontist, Dr. Schiller performed the root canal I needed and he is one of a kind. He was professional and patient while talking me thru everything he was doing and always asked if I was ok to continue. It wasn't rushed and my root canal was a really good experience. My dental hygienist Stavros today performed a deep cleaning, as recommended. It was also a really good experience and he was very careful and very thorough. Once again, another amazing dental health professional that makes up this super team that make you feel like your dental concerns matter to them. I appreciate all the care that I have received and look forward to the rest.

The office as well is a complete difference from the last dentist office I went to (my last Dentist office I would white knuckle the chair everytime for a simple cleaning) but here at pinecrest modern dentistry, the cleanings feel just as they should be! Productive and calm! From the front desk staff, ease of scheduling appointments and the entire process is seamless. They do a great job! Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Pinecrest Modern Dentistry, and I have to give a huge shout-out to their dental hygienist, Stavros. From start to finish, everything was great. The staff was super friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I had an emergency and my regular dentist couldn't give me an appt until the following week. After they took X-Rays, Dr. Medina was very professional and explained very well what was causing my discomfort and since I was already there I also got my teeth cleaned. What really blew me away was Stavros' level of care. I always ask for extra anesthesia during cleanings, but for the first time ever, I didn’t need it! He was so gentle and precise that I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. And the best part? My gums weren’t sore afterward, which is a first for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He checks in constantly, making sure you’re okay, and he takes his time to ensure the experience is as easy and painless as possible. I’m so impressed that I’m bringing my kids here too. Fantastic experience: I had never had a trip to the dentist that felt like a spa day until I visited Pinecrest Modern Dentistry! I was having a dental emergency with bad tooth and jaw pain. My prior dentist had no availability til 3 weeks away, but I was able to schedule with PMD the day after calling, on a Saturday nonetheless, which quickly eased my anxiety! While I was there, the staff able to accommodate and tackle a cleaning, a full check-up, and a filling in one visit! The staff was absolutely lovely—friendly, accommodating, and great at what they do! My dental hygienist Stavros was sweet, funny and provided me with the most pain-free and effective cleaning I’ve ever had! Dr. Medina is an amazing dentist, such a kind soul and even made me laugh a few times. Ezz at the front desk with client services was so helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and will be ditching my last dentist. I truly felt seen and cared for here! I left the office feeling not only better about my teeth but also energetically uplifted! Negative experience: Went for the first time in last December to get my wisdom teeth removed, only to have my teeth completely shift, being asked to take new impressions of my teeth twice, paying over $500 dollars in mouth guards which made my teeth shift even more. There was one time they didn't even look at my teeth, just asked me what was going on and referred me to a specialist that was asking for $615 just to be seen. Now they won't return my calls. Terrible service

Negative experience: Do not recommend. Once they find out you have insurance they try to add every little thing they can. They do not refund your deposit money even if you cancel your appointment with plenty of time in advance.

Fantastic experience: We went here for the first time this week and had a wonderful experience!! The entire team was truly amazing!! Getting appointments was quick and easy. Both Dr Fraga and Joy were incredible! they answered all of our questions and were kind, patient and amazing at what they do! We were really appreciative of the care we received! Fantastic experience: Dr. Salome Fraga is the sweetest!!! I actually like going to the dentist now! I have a sensitivity to light, and Dr. Fraga provided me with sunglasses to decrease my sensitivity to the light shining on my face. She was very patient and kind to me. I felt welcomed. She also gave me a little stress ball that I could squeeze if I got nervous. She was very accommodating to my needs. This makes a world of difference to me!

Fantastic experience: I went with both of my children for the first time this past week and I loved it. Everything and everyone was exceptional. Fast and efficient check in, great staff, very friendly and caring. The facility was very clean and they played the best music. I was so happy with treatment of my teenagers that I decided to make an appointment for myself. Never been a fan of the dentist, they all made me feel so very comfortable that I’m willing to give them a try for myself.

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently moved to Miami, and we needed a new Dentist for our son routine 6 months check up and cleaning, We're so happy we found Pinecrest Mondern Dentistry. Everyone was kind and friendly. Joy the hygienist was such a sweetheart, my son has autism, and going to dentists is not so easy for him. Mary the assistant was very warm and caring, she give him a goody bag at the end of our visit. Dr. Llano was very gentle,and super friendly that my son was so happy to be at the dentist. We're definitely coming back!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife has the worst dental anxiety and the moment she walked in here they took amazing care of her . The first time she needed an emergency extraction on the spot and was terrified about the procedure but they walked her through , held her hand and reassured her the whole time. The second time she hand another emergency extraction on 2 teeth and this time she panicked about it so bad . She had both kids and had to come in to get it done . They helped her to look after the kids , calmed her and they did the procedures in less than 45 minutes with no pain. Everyone is friendly and amazing !!!! Thank you so much for taking great care of my wife

Fantastic experience: Probably the best experience I’ve had at any dentist’s office. Dr. Medina was super thorough and explained everything that was going on in my mouth. Also, I was given the best teeth cleaning by Stavros. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has struggled finding a good dentist office.

Negative experience: The receptionist was nice and professional. However, the guy that took my xrays could have been a bit more patient. He didn't seem very friendly, didn't introduce himself, and was a bit too rough with the xrays. I believe he told me his name was Yadian, when I asked him. Dr. Medina was great. Answered all my questions, very professional.
