Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons! Dr. Lesneski and his assistant Reegan (I hope I spelled that correctly!) were fantastic. The procedure was quick and completely painless, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Reegan was so friendly and took the time to go over all of my post-op instructions. She answered all of my questions and made sure I felt prepared before leaving. Marnie also did a fantastic job numbing me beforehand I barely felt anything! I’m so happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons to anyone! Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me! ❤️

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Bay City office has been amazing! I had all four wisdom teeth removed last Friday. Dr. Lesneski and the other staff were very clear about what to expect during and after the procedure. One week out from surgery, my pain continued to increase but was still manageable with the pain medications that were prescribed. I called the office yesterday due to the increased pain and was able to make an appointment the same day. Dr. Lesneski quickly found that I had a dry socket and sent me on my way with a medicated dressing and additional pain medication to keep me comfortable during my recovery. The surgeon and other staff have shown outstanding empathy and compassion throughout my care, and I would highly recommend this location to others!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible place who only cares for the staff if you say something was bad about your visit to them they literally don’t care & I’ve seen 5 post deleted this week from many different people horrible office

Negative experience: Horrible experience, the staff is absolutely rude and don’t know how to speak to patients. Put the blame on everybody but themselves I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. If you don’t wanna deal with open wounds & disrespect I wouldn’t come here

Negative experience: My family member just went there and left bawling her eyes out. I’m beyond upset and how she told me the treatment was by Dr. Lesneski and all of his staff. I’d stay far away from that place if I were you. The things she told us that these people did and said to her is disgusting. She’s a minor! How insane for a “professional” business to act like that to a patient. Especially someone who is not even an adult yet!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t give an oral surgeon higher praise than Dr. Lesneski. I had no need for anything other than ibuprofen while recovering from having all four of my wisdom teeth removed, the two bottom ones being impacted. I experienced little pain or swelling and my recovery was speedy and uneventful. I have quite a bit of anxiety and high blood pressure as well and was concerned how these things would be managed, but their office is efficient and they had many options to cater to my needs. If you need an oral surgeon, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible experience at GTOS in Traverse, they drilled an implant and it didn't get numb for some reason?. They drilled anyway even when I screamed it hurt; so now I have to pre-medicate for all dental drilling due to anxiety. I was referred to Dr Bobby ( Lesneski) and what a difference! I can honestly say he is great! Super smart, friendly but more importantly, a skilled oral surgeon. I will always have to medicate due to severe phobia now but I trust Dr. Bobby 100%. He did two implants on me and super fast with no problems.

Negative experience: My dentist sent me here because he doesn't pull teeth, they wanted the money upfront before they pulled my tooth. I was about 30 dollars short and they where unwilling to work with me at all, I could have easily went and got the money before or after the service. My dentist just sends me a bill. The dentist guy is talked to briefly was cool though

Fantastic experience: Keep in mind this post is coming from a person who STRONGLY dislikes going to the dentist for a cleaning. The prospect of oral Surgery was almost unthinkable. Due to an infection in a wisdom tooth I was left with no choice but to go under the knife… or pliers in this case. I am currently 8 days post op and can say that the entire experience, from start to finish, was incredible! I never would have imagined that wisdom teeth removal could go so smoothly but it did. The expertise and care I received from the entire staff was top tier. They were so patient and moved at a pace that kept me calm, covered me with a blanket, Administered anesthesia and next thing I knew I was getting helped into my vehicle. That quick, it was over with! I received verbal and written instructions Regarding aftercare as well as prescriptions for pain meds. My recovery has been smoother than I ever could have hoped for. I feel like I should get some sort of a medal, sash or something of the like for how well my body came through this experience. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to my doctor as well as the staff. My daughter will be getting her wisdom teeth removed in the coming months and we Absolutely will be coming back here for her procedure! Thank you again!!

Dr. Leal and his assistant answered all of my questions, calmed me down, gave me a local and laughing gas, and before I knew it, my tooth was out with absolutely no pain! Fantastic experience: I've had two different needs for dental surgery and Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons does FANTASTIC work. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable, and puts in the extra effort to help you get everything you need. There was a point where the doctor was clearly stretching himself a bit thin and had a ton on his plate, but even then he took the time to explain what was relevant, and gave the best advice he could with my long-term health as the #1 priority. Even when there were very clearly other pressing demands on his time and attention, everything in his tone and body language in that moment expressed a consistent message that my needs in that moment came first, and he wasn't walking away until they were properly addressed. This doesn't feel like it should be a high bar to meet, but I can't tell you how many times I've seen other healthcare providers fail to meet it in my life.

Fantastic experience: Had two teeth removed under IV sedation. I did not feel a thing, including once everything wore off and even now a week later. No meds for pain or discomfort needed to be taken. The staff and Dr. Leal were awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth and it required an extraction and implant. From the minute I entered the office everyone there were very professional and knowledgeable. The process was fully explained in detail, no surprises at all. I was even fortunate enough to get called in on a cancellations list. Dr. Lesneski extraced my tooth and started the implant process all in the same day. What a relief.

He definitely helped calm my nerves with his bubbly personality and thorough explanation of the procedure. The staff that Dr. Leal surrounds himself with have been equally delightful. Dr Prasad and his assistant that was working with him that day did an amazing job with me. Fantastic experience: This facility is truly amazing with staff coordination and ensuring your experience is as positive as it can be. Leading up to my wisdom tooth extraction, I was quite nervous considering this would be my first surgery. However, it actually went very pleasantly. I don’t really remember much from the doctor coming in, but the IV was really easy to input and I was quickly off to sleep. I was awoken with a heavy lip, but quickly wore off within hours. The doctor that had performed the procedure was Dr. Prasad Aravindaksha. I had for the most part, minimal bleeding and pain that has been able to be controlled by putting ice on my cheeks. No one really loves going to the dentist, but they really make the experience worthwhile compared to others!

Negative experience: Kept rescheduling me for months. Was just a few days from my appointment when i received a call telling me my insurance was out of network as of now. Unreliable and unprofessional place.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed that none of the staff were wearing a mask at my appointment to have my tooth removed, not even the surgeon. Shortly after my appointment I became ill with a terrible cold and it ended up being bronchitis. I can't help but think I got this virus at that office.
