Fantastic experience: Today went very well at smile mart ? Good conversations with all the receiving staff, everything explained in detail. X-rays fast and courteous,and getting to shake the dentist hand and cut jokes with each other about being bald.they let you know that your in charge of the procedures ! That sets everyone at ease while at a dentist office very professional,kind,and they have humor! Thank you ladies and gentlemen at smile mart.

Fantastic experience: Take it from someone who has a really bad anxiety disorder, ADHD, among other things. This dentist did just about everything to make me comfortable. They were great company as well. As someone who's dentist anxiety is normally at a 10/10 here it was about a 6/10. They worked with me, and communicated clearly. Very good experience.

Fantastic experience: I don't have a single complaint. Every single person is radiating with kindness, non judgemental, professional, & very good at their jobs. I had to have an emergency extraction, they got me in so quickly, they were so easy to work with me on a tx plan. The Dr was absolutely incredible, I didn't even feel the shots. He pulled my tooth, honestly, perfectly. I didn't feel a thing & I'm not going home with a sore jaw. Price point was amazing w/my insurance & I can't wait to go back & start my journey to a healthier mouth.

Fantastic experience: The dentist worked hard to make sure my wife's pontic come out as perfect as possible, and he succeeded! Regarding my dentures he is trying his best so they can be used without glue, whenever possible because the lower denture is problematic for reasons that have nothing to do with the dentist's expertise. The ancillary personal is very helpful, cooperative, polite, competent and professional. So far we give this dental office 10 out of 10. We are very grateful to all of them.

Negative experience: Very Disappointed. Had x-rays done 3 months ago while we were getting my oldest tooth pulled. X-rays showed wisdom teeth coming in crooked. They even pointed it out and said we will have to fix these soon. Made appointment today for that to be done. Took off work t9 get it pulled and all they did was charge us for another xray and said wait til next Monday. He is in pain because it is pushing other teeth out of line. Sent us home with no reason why he couldn't pull it today. Now I have to take off work again.

Negative experience: It was worse experience I've had in getting my teeth pulled I told the doctor to not put the needle back in my mouth after tooth was pulled and he did anyway causing my right side to be so numb I couldn't open my right eyes and had to have someone come drive me home I do not fell like I should of had to pay for that

Explained the insurance process for removal of all four wisdom teeth, and set up my youngest daughter’s yearly check all with in a hour. Friendly and professional very much appreciated.

Negative experience: The dental hygienist was super inattentive. They didn't listen to anything I was telling them. I told them numerous times that I was in pain NOT feeling pressure but PAIN and the dentist proceeded to pull the teeth anyway. Sent me home with essentially no pain medication and I spent more money to have the "laughing gas" and they either A didn't turn it on correctly or B was out and just had the mask over my nose. The front desk was amazing though and was able to work with me but I just spent $613 for a horrible experience. If I could just give the front desk 5 stars I would but as far as the dentist and the assistant I won't be back.

Negative experience: Well I went in to get my free cleaning and x-rays my insurance says once a year I get a cleaning and x-rays of my teeth they refuse to give me a cleaning so I'm not going back my insurance guarantees me a free cleaning and x-rays once a year and they refuse to give me the cleaning and told me I needed a deep cleaning and was going to cost $160 no thank you I will find someone else

Positive experience: The staff are very friendly, and great with children. We had to go in for caps, but had to be referred to a children's dentistry so there would be no trauma.

I've gone back today to get 9 teeth pulled n everyone was very good n patient with me, Dr.Shen? was extremely gentle n nice.....I highly recommend SMILE MART

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my daughter here for almost 2 yrs now & it is, hands down, the best children’s dental office that I’ve ever been too in the 23 yrs that I’ve been a mom. My daughter loves going there & doesn’t want to go anywhere else. All of the staff that work there are very friendly, helpful, caring, gentle, & patient. It makes going there an even better overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Devoted and friendly new dentist and staff they are very considerate and informative. I can not express three years of going to the Smile Mart but the newest dentist and staff I am so pleased with dental work and pain free dental care on root canal on front and partials they have improved my smile and self confidence and I can afford it which I thought I might never enjoy pictures taken or smiling but they are in my books most experienced in restoration.
