Fantastic experience: Dr. T is amazing with my child who has had terrible experiences with dentists in the past. He is very patient, caring and kind. Fantastic experience: The pre op visit went very. They are very good at explaining all that needs to happen before and after surgery. They make it easy by giving you all the paperwork with all the instructions. There main concern is to make sure all goes well and they will be there for you to help you with any concerns or problems you are having. Positive experience: Too new to make a definitive remark, but I enjoyed Paulina. All were friendly. I'm very germ conscious so I'm aware when people touch their hair etc. Also when people sneeze uncovered. But all for all things were good! I was concerned with the cost since I've been going to Mexico but I'm hoping I can keep my dental needs down. I appreciated the doctor's calm manner.

Fantastic experience: I truly hate dentists. So much that I stopped going from 1989 until last year when I was informed of a particular dentist. I called only to learn that dentist retired and a Dr. Torres was now handling the practice. Dr. Torres and his staff are exceptional people. They honestly make you feel like part of the family. Every new dentistry gadget this group carries. Gone are the scary noises and institutional atmosphere. Jillian, who is on leave, Jessie, CJ, Leah and the rest are so very kind and polite. They make you feel comfortable and safe. Very important for those of us who hate these scenarios. Dr. Torres is wonderful, sweet, very thorough and explains clearly so you get it. Be sure to tell them that jokester Lisa recommended this group. And. Be sure to have a joke to tell. They love them!

CJ was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, and I will definitely keep coming back to her! She’s the best hygienist Ive ever had, hands down! I also got a crown and a filling, done by Dr Torres and Jessie, with no pain whatsoever, and my recovery pain has been very minimal. I have high anxiety, and even though I know the staff, I still got nervous, and my blood pressure went up. Leah helped me relax my nerves, and Dr. Torres and Jessie put my mind at ease by making me laugh before starting my procedure. My blood pressure went down in no time, and my anxiety stayed down for the remainder of my visit. Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of dentists since my first fillings with the rudimentary 1950’s drills. Legacy Smiles has put my fears to rest. From the moment one walks through the door, the friendly staff and comfortable fireplace centered surroundings are peaceful and reassuring. Fantastic experience: The best experience with Dr. Torres and the Legacy Smiles family! Everyone is very friendly and makes your visits pleasant. All of my visits have been great, including the rework they had to do for my husband after a previous dentist didn't finish the job and completely missed a cracked tooth. Fantastic experience: We were travelling back home to Green Valley from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in our motorhome. We were camping in Illinois, and on our last morning, I woke up with a piece of tooth in my mouth. I went to a dentist there, for a temporary fix until I got home. When we got home, a month later, I called Dr. Torres office to schedule a crown. I got an appointment for 2 days later. 2 1/2 hours later, I left with a new crown. We were new to Green Valley in December, 2023. When we went searching for a dentist, we went to dentists our friends recommended. We happened to see the Legacy Smiles and stopped in to check them out. We loved the staff, so we decided to give them a try. We love Dr. Torres, also. We have recommended them to several friends. Fantastic experience: We had our very first dental appointment today and my son and I had the best experience ever!! Positive experience: The staff at Legacy Smiles evaluated my chipped tooth with X-rays and consultation and exam by Dr Torres. Communication was great between us, and options were explained to me. I now have an appointment within a week to replace the old, fragile tooth with a cap. I’m sure it will be a positive result as other caps I’ve had were.

Professional and pleasant, Jodah, comfortably took X-rays, cleaned my teeth and gums while keeping me relaxed and in good spirits, and informed of the procedure. A month earlier this office replaced worn out implants with a bridge, the work of a VERY qualified , highly professional and experienced staff. Fantastic experience: Very good experience with a very professional staff. Friendly and competent. I went for a second opinion regarding periodontal surgery and they did a complete review at no cost. The only negative is that they do not take insurance. The patient pays upfront and the insurance pays the patient. There office takes care of the paperwork.

Fantastic experience: Arrived at 2:00 on April 17 for a 2:00 appointment. Door was locked. No cars in parking lot. Called office from car and got a message that they are open. Banged on door. Eventually a very polite hygenist unlocked the door and explained hat everyone was out for lunch. She looked up my appointment. Computer showed my appointment was April 15 but date on my appointment card is April 17. Never received a phone call reminding me of my appointment. Hygenist discovered that my phone number is not listed on the first page of my account but that it is listed elsewhere in the account. It appears that the office staff is careless.

Fantastic experience: Torres is a very good dentist and a very good person. The cleaning here is also excellent. I find these people very caring, too. This is not inexpensive but excellent quality care.

Fantastic experience: Legacy Smiles is easily the best dental office I have ever experienced. I normally get highly anxious in these kinds of settings, but after meeting Dr. Torres and his staff, I felt welcomed and at ease almost instantly. On top of that, I had told Leah, the front desk girl over the phone about my anxiety prior to my appointment , and her calming demeanor helped reassure me and she even told me that they offer things like IV Sedation which I will definitely be using in the future. CJ, who cleaned my teeth, educated me thoroughly throughout my entire cleaning and I was so comfortable in her care. Jessie was my dental assistant during an emergency extraction and implant, and it felt like I was talking to an old friend the whole time I was in his care. Brenda held my hand when I felt anxious, and her presence was so soothing and gentle. The office is clean and welcoming - I cannot say enough good things about Legacy Smiles. Fantastic experience: My cleaning was AMAZING!! Legacy smiles is one of the only offices that have GBT( Guided Biofilm therapy). There was no pain! Warm water, and amazing chair side manners. I will definitely be returning to Legacy smiles that has this innovative technology. Dr Torres was so thorough with my dental exam and didn’t try to sell me anything, he wanted to try to save my tooth structure first before drilling into it. Jillian my dental assistant was so friendly and made me feel at ease! Leah the front of desk coordinator was so amazing and helped me with financing options. They are lucky to have her as the first face you see! Definitely recommend this office to EVERYBODY!!

Fantastic experience: Legacy smiles is absolute angels. I lost my upper teeth at the age of 35 my confidence was destroyed and I am a single mom of three and thought there was no hope in sight . The team came together to make sure I got the teeth a 35 year old should have and i recieved all on 5 implant dentures . Dr. Torrez is amazing and so detailed , he takes his time to make sure the job is done right !
