Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient here and I called them and told them I had a broken tooth. They scheduled me right away and was able to get it fixed. Not only were they fast to get me scheduled, they were very kind and friendly. The front desk receptionist was very polite and helped me get my info into their system and answered my questions. Dr. Donald Lee repaired my tooth and did an amazing job and I didn't feel any pain, not even when they have me the shot to numb my tooth. The assistant Carmela with Dr. Donald Lee was also very kind and both worked with me the entire time to fully understand what they will do and they both helped me understand potential outcomes during the procedure. Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and his team far surpassed my expectations. The focus on patient comfort is beyond what I’ve ever experienced in a dental office. Everyone has been really kind and share their experience with me which helps me feel more comfortable and confident with the delicate and precise work they do. It feels like the whole office is invested in improving my self-esteem and they truly listened to how I felt about my smile, even though I was a bit shy about my history. They also gave me many options to choose from and explained exactly what each option would mean now and in the future. My Mom recommended Dr Lee, which was a huge surprise to me because she had always hated dentists. I’m impressed with the way they have encouraged her. I will certainly continue my business here, it’s worth the travel time for me. I always enjoy my experience and am happy to return and see everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about getting a new dentist when we moved to Lewis County. I'm so glad that I found Dr Lee and his staff. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares. In fact, last year when I had cancer, they sent me a lovely card. They also do great work and are excellent at listening to patient's concerns.

Fantastic experience: Care and compassion from the first phone call, I was terrified to even make, to checking in at the front desk and sitting in the chair for exam and plan of treatment for my complicated urgent and, for me, emotional situation. Every person I communicated with was so kind and caring, professional and compassionate at the same time. I was able to make my appointment, initial visit and begin treatment in my two days off from work. Nancy ( I hope I remembered her name correctly) at the front desk is an angel I swear! The kindness and compassion she showed in the fact I am uninsured and paying out of pocket, an unexpected blessing. The whole staff was so amazing the steps they take to comfort and help you to relax is incredible, the neck pillow, headphones and blanket they provided made to whole visit a whole lot less scary. With the vibration tool Dr Lee used I swear I didn’t feel a thing when he was numbing the area (one of the many parts of dental visits I always dread) Carmela and Dr Lee were both amazing during the procedure they let me know what was going on, made sure I was comfortable and Carmela checked in with me by text later in the day. I am so blessed to have found Smile Centralia! Dr Lee and his entire staff are amazing and the entire experience was better than I could have asked for. This is my first google review. Negative experience: I went there to have a tooth pulled. And they said they are unable to do it. This is not a real dentistry. They'll just do cleanings and things that a child can do. I've literally been in pain for months and nobody cares. I have thousands of dollars in my pocket and can't get help from anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was another last minute pt that received care from Dr. Lee. I let my tooth issue go longer than I should have, which created an emergency for me and for Smile Centralia. They had me in and out pretty quickly considering they had to extract a badly damaged and infected tooth. It was difficult to get the remaining pieces of the damaged tooth out, but it didn't hurt because Dr. Lee took time to make sure I was properly numb. I highly recommend this dentist, and staff. Bring your headphones and music and if something becomes uncomfortable, just raise your hand, that simple. I never had to interrupt him due to discomfort-he did a great job numbing an inflamed and infected gum/tooth area. If you put these kinds of things off like I do, you know what I'm talking about when it comes to numbing an area that has been throbbing in pain for days or weeks. I had some other health considerations that had to be factored in and that was also handled with no issues. Thanks again to office staff for getting me in so soon, and to Dr. Lee and assistant for excellent care.
