Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Every staff member I’ve come into contact with is so friendly and welcoming. The receptionists are patient and kind and my dental hygienist, Bekah, is top notch. She has such a great personality and makes you feel comfortable being honest with her and being yourself around her. She is gentle, attentive, and such a genuine person all around. She truly cares about her patients and it shows in the way she remembers things we talked about in previous appointments. Dr. Kassar is great as well and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Wilson Martino Dental through the VA for a new set of dentures. The dentures provided by Wilson Martino Dental not only offer a superior fit compared to my previous pair from the VA, but they also present a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The team meticulously ensured at each stage of the process that the final product would provide a secure fit, requiring minimal to no adhesive. I highly recommend their services. The entire staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, ensuring that every patient leaves with an improved smile. My sincere thanks to the entire team.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically asked whether my insurance was in-network and was assured by the call center that it was. However, after receiving an x-ray and cleaning, I was unexpectedly charged $100 at checkout. When I questioned this, I was then told that my insurance was actually out-of-network. To make matters worse, a couple of months later I received an additional bill for $236 because my insurance did not cover the services due to being out-of-network. This was extremely frustrating and could have been completely avoided had I been given accurate information from the start. While I did enjoy the staff who performed my cleaning and x-ray, the overall experience was overshadowed by the misinformation and unexpected costs. I feel misled and ended up paying hundreds of dollars for services that could have been fully covered at an in-network provider. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend any Wilson Martino location in West Virginia.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 stars. Experience was fantastic. Everyone was polite and easy to talk to from the receptionist to the assistant, hygienist and Dr David Martino himself. The hygienist was super personable and was constantly making sure I was okay and not in pain and she did a fantastic job on my teeth they look amazing after my cleaning. Dr David Martino was super chill with a lovely smile and he also told me some specialists I have to go see and was reassuring me everything will be routine and okay. He explained things to me very well so I could easily understand too. They also have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch TV while u get worked on! What a game changer. 10/10 experience. Coming here makes me question why I ever disliked the dentist.

Negative experience: Poor office policies, patient experience, and communication. Cancelled appointment with 0 notice of cancellation to me. Also no longer accepting Delta Dental Insurance but did bother to notify me until I showed up for the cancelled appointment. Will add services without being clear they may not be covered by insurance and just bill you. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and attentive staff. They want every patient to feel comfortable and feel no pain. I wish I would have started coming here sooner. Definitely the BEST Dental Office and Staff I have ever come across. I have never had a bad experience here and look forward to my visits.

Negative experience: The dentist messed up the initial numbing shot three different times until she finally got it right on the fourth one. On the third shot she squirted the numbing medication all over the inside of my mouth. Then she numbed the bottom and it only took one shot but still 5 shots it’s ridiculous. Then while drilling the tooth the pain was so bad I kicked my feet and she asked “oh can you feel that”. The employees at the desk were very kind and professional as were the hygienists but it felt like the dentist didn’t know what she was doing at all. I’m not a dentist and don’t know anything about how things should go but it felt very different than any other time I’ve been to the dentist. I left with my whole mouth numb even though they worked on one side.

Fantastic experience: I had my very first appointment at Wilson Martino today, and it was such a wonderful experience! This was just for a routine cleaning and exam, but from the minute I stepped inside I felt welcomed and valued. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and truly cared about the experience. My hygienist did a fantastic job and was very gentle, my teeth felt squeaky clean after. Same with the dentist and the lady who did my x-rays! I am very happy I chose here for my dental care and look forward to future visits!

Fantastic experience: My appointment today was quick and the Doctor was very informative! It was my first time meeting her and she was wonderful! My children also go to this clinic and I have always been very happy with their care. You couldn’t ask for a better office! Fantastic experience: My dental experience at TLC Dental today was absolutely wonderful. They made sure that I felt zero pain, that I was comfortable, and repeatedly asked me if I felt ok. I went to them many years ago, moved and had to go somewhere else. Thankfully I am able to go back to TLC Dental from now on. My grandson has Autism, and when he goes, they are wonderful with him too.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about my appointment today and it ended up going so well! The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and reassuring the entire visit. The dentist made sure to numb me well, and I was given sunglasses with Bluetooth headphones to listen to my music during my procedure. They have other music playing too and captioned movies on ceiling tvs, but I was happy to close my eyes and listen to my own music. The time flew. And afterwards they listened to my request to check my bite from a seated position verses laying back and smoothed last minute things from there. I felt validated, respected, comfortable, and very satisfied with the entire appointment. And they financed my procedure in a way that works for me and I’m just so relieved overall. That went incredibly well! I would highly recommend Wilson Martino Dental of Morgantown!! Update: I just went back for the second part of my original procedure. They are still incredibly wonderful and caring- the staff was so careful and empathetic and kind and that’s the type of care I want. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I went here yesterday for a cleaning. The besst cleaning I've ever had in Morgantown. I was very impressed of how well my teeth were cleaned and carefully they were cleaned also I highly recommend this place to everyone. I was saying wow when I got home.my teeth feels extra clean. Fantastic experience: This is Michaela casteel , I have had such amazing progress with my teeth being at Wilson martino. Tiffany at the front desk knows how bad my anxiety is and she kept coming back and checking on me and just being an angel . I would have been definitely lost without her !! Then there’s Hannah oh where do I begin with her lol she deal with my crazy and helps me through it being completely scared of the dentist she’s so good with my 4 year daughter who can’t wait till she’s not pregnant anymore cause she says her baby eat all the candy and last up not least Ciara , she helps me out and makes sure everything it going to fix my budget properly , she makes sure I’m financially okay and I think that’s a very important part of the job she is so amazing! Negative experience: Two of the worst experiences I have ever had of having dental work done first one was getting a filling and not being numbed enough and grinding so hard it literally made my legs kick in the reaction to the pain like they was trying to hurry up and get things done so quickly the next time I went in for fillings they numbed me so much that I went to sleep that night without eating I still could not feel my bottom lip from the medication and woke up the next morning my tongue still numb on the left side I called them they said to give it 5 days and call them back I called back in five days and they said they wanted my information for a prescription which they had mentioned before hand possibility of a steroid would not explain to me why a steroid why my tongue was still numb had to look it up myself on the Internet to come to my own conclusion of what is going on with this numbers and why I am getting a prescription for steroids so she hit my nerve in my tongue is what have happened and is going to take months for it to get better with also a slight risk of permanent damage to my nerve I will never go back there again I felt they totally just blowed me off on all of this and thank God I didn't set up an appointment for my daughter there thank God because they are totally the worst dentistry I have been to in my life so if you have Medicaid I would suggest not going there they just want to get you in and get you out and after that they hang you out to dry just like dirty laundry

Fantastic experience: Today i had a tooth extracted and a filling. I was expecting it to be alot more painful and discomforting than it was. John martino was my dentist and he took the extra care to make sure the whole process was painless and he did a great job. I wouldnt go to any other dentist, as him and his staff were amazing today. They really made me feel like they were working on one of there own family members.

Fantastic experience: Took my mom here and they were wonderful! It was all accessible for my mom in her wheelchair and they even helped me get her around! I appreciate all they do!

Negative experience: Review is several years later so disregard if no longer relevant. My partner and I had an extra fee on our bill for an HPV screening test. $40 test for the dentist to perform a several second light in the mouth to screen for HPV. In young, healthy, individuals, these tests should not be used as a screening test for HPV (which is extremely common and clears in 90% of people). Dentists should not be performing (and thus charging for) these tests on every single patient that comes through the door. Based on these experiences and being charged for unnecessary testing, I transferred care to another dentist.

Positive experience: Very friendly service. But after they did my xrays and the assistance checked my teeth I told her specifically what I wanted done. She agreed was very nice. . She said “okay let me go talk to the dr and shill be rite in to go over everything with you “ I said ok they were not busy at all btw I sat there for about 48 minute exactly until she came in. ?! I was very uncomfortable after that I feel like they just saw me as a drug addict because I was one and my teeth show it. But I been clean for almost a year and a half. And I’m just starting to take care of if things I’ve put off in the past. But besides that . I’ll be going back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Syed is amazing; the dentist and staff here walked me through almost 2 years of dental work including cavities and a root canal to get a full set of partial dentures. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I also started bringing my toddler here around the time that she was a year old. The dental assistant does a great job being gentle but encouraging. Highly recommend TLC Dental in Sabraton and already have recommended it to friends and family.

Negative experience: I went in for my regular cleaning in January, and the admin staff and hygienist were excellent. The reason for my 1 star review is due to the doctor. He told me that I needed a crown before he even examined the tooth. Then he spent more time asking me about the stress fracture in my foot than the alleged crown I needed, which after insurance would have cost me over $400. I was skeptical since I am in my early 20's and the tooth was not giving me any problems. I got a second opinion at the WVU dental clinic, and they diagnosed me with a cavity, which could be filled with a simple filling. This was diagnosed by 2 dental students and 2 supervising Drs. I just had the filling done this morning, and when I brought up this office's doctor's diagnosis with the clinic's supervising Dr, she physically recoiled and vehemently said that a crown was no where near necessary. To top off this amazing experience, I received my insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) from that visit, and this office billed for 2 PA xrays that I do not remember being taken. I worked in dental before, so I know which xrays were taken that day and those were not. So in summary, if you don't have any problems and just go in for a cleaning, you will probably have a great experience. But double check your insurance EOB and get a second opinion when in doubt. I will never go back here and will tell anyone I know not to go here. In my experience, the Dr here is either incredibly inept at his job and should not be in dentistry or a scammer. Either option is not great.

Fantastic experience: New to the area came here for a consultation, very friendly and kind from the front desk staff to the dentist. The removed my wisdom teeth in office (I put this off for 15 years) it was so simple, easy, and smooth. Minimal pain after and they even checked in to see how I was after. Probably the best dentist I’ve ever gone to.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting my daughters in Morgantown for my birthday and unexpectedly lost a crown. The exposed tooth was painful and very sensitive. A birthday party was planned that evening at a local restaurant but I would not be able to eat or drink. Dr. John Martino’s office was located close to my hotel so I went there and asked for help. When I explained my predicament, they were sympathetic and squeezed me into their already full schedule. Dr. John did an amazing job at explaining the reattachment process, restoring the crown and preparing my tooth. The reattachment was completely painless and my tooth felt great. I was able to enjoy my birthday celebration that evening with zero discomfort. I am very grateful for the professionalism and compassion that Dr. John Martino, the dental assistants, Ciara and the entire office staff gave me that day. You’re the best -- thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for check ups, fillings, cleanings, and I had a wisdom tooth infection that got looked at even….Dr. John Martino has been the best dentist when it comes to everything that has been done so far. He carries a good conversation anytime I’ve went, has respect for every patient, he cares enormously, he does everything calmly and steady, and he’s overall intelligent with everything he does. I have dentist anxiety, but ever since I started going to him, he’s made me trust the process a lot more and takes care of everything with urgency. I would 10/10 recommend this place and dentist to anybody hands down. Extremely grateful for the experience, conversations, words of wisdom, and the sense of urgency to make things better!

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Wilson, Martino for a while now and have had several of my teeth fixed crowns, put on fillings and had an implant done, which was a very long process, and I am so disappointed in the implant. It looks dumb. It’s set back to far and when I told the dentist, I didn’t like it. There is nothing they can do about it. I spent $4600 for one implant that I do not like. And now I don’t really even want to go get anymore of my teeth fixed because I’m afraid they’re gonna mess them up. My advice to anyone is do your research I’m not saying Wilson martino is a bad place to go because I think they are really good. My mom goes to Wilson Martino and she has a different dentist than me her teeth always turn out nice when they fix them.

Positive experience: My first visit at this practice. The staff was friendly, and the dental hygienist was gentle and thorough with my cleaning. Met the dentist for the first time; he was thorough with my dental review. The only negative was I had to wait in the dental chair after my cleaning for 20+ for the dentist.

Negative experience: Im so disappointed in Wilson and Martino after today. I’ve spent thousands and thousands trusting them to take care of me and at first they did great (first few years) but now, since my insurance changed apparently they don’t really care and it’s not the safe caring environment I believed it to be. I was charged $1,400 for a partial after they removed my k9 and it looks terrible. My smile is ruined. I’m devastated and honestly a little hurt.

Fantastic experience: My first time getting my teeth cleaned at this dentist. They knocked it out of the park. The staff is always friendly and polite. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very friendly and did an awesome job. I had to have a crown put on one of my teeth and my last dentist said that they would not be able to save it. WILSON. Martino said I didn’t have to pull it and they could save it. I will definitely be using them from now on.
