Hawks Bay Dental came highly recommended by one of my wife's clients, and after our experience, I can see why! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making the whole experience comfortable and efficient. A special shout-out to Kimmy, who is hands down one of the best dental hygienists I've ever had. She was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and made my cleaning a great experience. Positive experience: Jade is excellent. Front office great. Unfortunately, the dentist left for the day and I had a sceduled appointment for 6 months. Have not seen a dentist in over a year. They are never there. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Office spotless- all staff polite, courteous, helpful - hygenist Sydney professional, informative, considerate, explained in detail every step of procedure - Dr. Bhatia pleasant, reviewed in detail results of x-rays - good report and best of all Dr. Bhatia did not try to sell me on replacing old fillings - she simply indicated they looked fine. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Bhatia and her team.

Positive experience: Awesome staff. Another great visit today to Hawk bay. I had to have a crown performed as I had a crack too. The dentist was extremely caring, thorough with explaining the procedure and even let me listen to Christian music!

Fantastic experience: The front office staff was friendly and efficient. Even with a last appointment slot of the day I was called up on time. Sydney was a friendly, informative, respectful, efficient, caring, and excellent Hygienist. My appointment concluded before the expected time and I received a reminder for my next appointment as promised.

Negative experience: $100 should include a cleaning. Too costly overall. I won’t be back. Sorry !!

Fantastic experience: I did not have to wait beyond my appointment time !!. All of the people working here are very nice, easy to talk with and show a genuine concern in taking care of my dental needs.

Positive experience: Long time in the chair as a new patient. Would be nice to break up the initial X-ray and pictures into 1st and 2nd visits The service provide was done well and the ladies working on me talked me through everything so I was well informed. Dentist was friendly and covered issues she saw and made recommendations and those they would keep an eye on. Second visit was much faster - just a cleaning. Very professional.

Positive experience: The last two times I went for my appointment, a cleaning and exam, the dentist was not there so I couldn’t get the exam. The first time, I was told that the dentist had to leave early. I can understand that difficult circumstances sometimes happen so I was disappointed, but understood. Now, five months later, when I asked about seeing the dentist at my appointment, my insurance covers two exams a year, I was told that my dentist is out on maternity leave and won’t be back until September. And the other dentist in the practice was not available. I can’t understand why I wasn’t called in order to reschedule my appointment. The staff wasn’t apologetic and acted as though it was not a big deal. I’m pretty disappointed in this practice. I also feel that they are trying to upsell me, suggesting braces for my bottom teeth that are barely crooked, and special gum cream for $120. Not too pleased!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday my bridge fell out and I got a call back after I had called them. Had me come in @ 3pm yesterday and accessed the area and talked with me about future dental work. Highly recommend this dental office

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I was very ompressed with their high level of professionalism, flexibility and promptness. They were also clear on what they were proposing to do and asked for my permission on each task rather than just assuming they could go ahead with what they wanted to do. Asking is much better than telling and assuming zbout your customer.

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning and check up. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but dental hygienist Sydney was great-very gentle, calmed my nervousness, and was very professional.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation and was not even a patient yet. They took me right away and made me very comfortable. I felt no pain during the procedure and they even gave me ice cream afterwards. They had a complete kit including meds and ice pack and a tea bag just incase I needed it. Everyone was amazing. I’m definitely making this office my new dental home.

Positive experience: Love this office. Staff is always friendly and efficient. My only feedback is that the number of emails and texts that I'm sent leading up to my appointment is excessive. Two or three is fine but anything beyond that becomes an annoyance. I asked the front desk staff if so could be removed from either the email or text list and hopefully this will resolve the problem moving forward but I'm mentioning it for your other clients as I must have received at least ten emails and texts combined. This was after I confirmed my appointment

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and l was very impressed with everything. Latest equipment, staff friendly and helpful. My technician, Jade, was excellent. She made sure I was comfortable, not stressed and did a great job with my cleaning. Both jade and Dr Biniamin gave me suggestions which will help me in the future. They were great about explaining what my teeth needed and why. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Positive experience: I went in due to pain and found out I had a cracked tooth which now is a temp crown and the pain has been off the chart for 3 weeks. Permanent crown coming if I can stand the pain of the process. This really hurts. Never had pain like this before and it is worse since I first went in. Praying that the permanent crown solves the issue.

Fantastic experience: I just had a visit at Hawkes Bay Dental Care and was seen very soon after I arrived for my appointment, on time. A dental Hygenist came to get me and started my cleaning immediately. She asked if I minded a changed in Hygenists due to scheduling changes, I told I didn't mind at all. I appreciated her telling me, but I appreciated they offered to keep my appointment and very nice about it. My cleaning and fluoride treatment went well, the dentist was notified and she didn't need to see my right away but had me scheduled for a follow up for my next cleaning and stated to call if I needed to be seen earlier. The staff at the front desk are great and friendly, they helped each other in getting me checked out and my next appointment made. Fantastic experience: Today, my mouth is a total mess since moving to The Villages, Florida, five years ago. My neighbor highly recommended Hawkes Bay Dental, and he was right. I have a plan to recover from the two other dentists who put me in this embarrassing situation. Thank you, Dr. Biniamin and Dr. Bhatia, you have built an excellent team of very caring professionals. Negative experience: Went for a cleaning. Dental hygienist spent an hour doing fancy X-rays and pictures. Dr came in to upsell on unneeded crown, sensitivity treatments and Invaslign that I never got my teeth cleaned. Appt over. I would never go back, feel like that’s on purpose so you have to go back and they’ll try to upsell more unnecessary dental treatments.

Negative experience: If you like being canceled last minute and then you're wife drives in for her appointment which they also canceled for no reason except for incompetence this is the place for you. Highly recommend avoiding this place!

Negative experience: The dentist I saw was a young girl who looked like she was fresh out of Dental school, and she was more interested in up Selling me orthodontics and veneers, then addressing an abscessed tooth. And the tooth she said I had a problem with wasn’t even the correct tooth, after I went to another dentist. It was four teeth over from what she said. And she even said the x-ray didn’t identify anything, but she wanted me to go to an endodontist to get a root canal, which would’ve been on the wrong tooth!
