Fantastic experience: I never used to like going to a dentist and I've been to many. This is the first dentist that I don't dread going. Everyone in this office is so professional and knowledgeable. They explain all procedures and you are put at ease for your appointment(s). I highly recommend this establishment.

I was in his office by 10:20, and back at my home by noon! What a wonderful experience, but it was par for the course with Timmons Dental. They are awesome!

So pleased this is where I chose. Kerissa , the hygienist is a jewel,she is so thorough at her job. Dr Bryant was also thorough going over everything. I was very comfortable. I was taken in and situation was addressed promptly, thoroughly and completely. The communication between staff is excellent. I am so comfortable while I'm there. Negative experience: Absolutely terribly experience. Scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned since I havent had help in 5 years... less then 24 hrs till my appointment and they canceled the appointment and wouldn't give me a better reason then I didn't confirm it. Wouldn't let me reschedule either after not even 20 minutes of it being canceled by there automated machine. Also scheduled off work to make my appointment.

Fantastic experience: After 30+ years of going to Dr. Timmons, I have found he is the best in the Treasure Valley! What other dental practices refer out to other dentists, Dr. Timmons does it all in house. We had moved out of town several years ago but have found that it’s worth driving the 45 miles than putting up with the run around In the lower Treasure Valley. Excellent customer service as well!

Fantastic experience: I came in today for x-rays and to create a plan For better dental hygiene. I was greeted by several lovely women in the front office who were all happy with smiles, and it made me feel extremely comfortable, even though I was so nervous and anxiety ridden, the dental hygienist/assistant was super kind. She let me overexplain myself on things and really reassured me that everything was going to be OK. The dentist Bran was so nice that was really understanding and he even gave me free x-rays knowing my insurance wouldn’t cover new x-rays. They were very welcoming and kind to my children and make sure they were comfortable and happy while their mom was taken care of. I am beyond thrilled with my experience here and will continue to come again and again
