They made me feel very comfortable. The work was done with ease and comfort and they let me keep my extracted tooth! I would definitely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Friendly people. They don't seem to try to fix every tooth they see as being questionable for a cavity. They just monitor it. They work for best out comes even with the insurance. So far so good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bills is very good with Children. All of my kids were very comfortable with him, over the years. My youngest has been very nervous about seeing the dentist and she found out today that there is no reason to be afraid. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They do a great job of giving you pricing ahead of time, so there isn't "Sticker shock" when you receive your bill.

Fantastic experience: When your crown falls out before a holiday weekend, you need someone fast. Not only did they accommodate me, everyone in the office was great, so friendly and walked me through every step once crown was cemented back in. Doctor was great.

Fantastic experience: Accessible, kind, unpretentious… super knowledgeable and willing to share options. The staff and the dentist both, I don’t think it gets better than this. One small example: they don’t “take” my dental insurance, but they go out of their way to be share upfront pricing, do all the paperwork for my insurance, and offer affordable services. I will definitely recommend and return.

I had a tooth emergency and Bad Axe Family Dentistry got me in within one week. When most places were scheduling out 2 months. Definetley going back!

Dr Bill's explained everything and possibly I could have been without my partial for 2 weeks but they said they would try to put a rush on it and guess what! The partial was in a pinch over a week! Absolutely the Dr Bills & the staff from Jaylyn, Julie, Sydney, Treisa, and Jennifer. I'm sure they will make you comfortable and right at home.
