Fantastic experience: I have BAD anxiety when it comes to dentists, probably worse than the average person lol, and this place is awesome! They do a great job working with you and making you feel comfortable, and fortunately for me I have Tracy and she's great, and deals with my ridiculousness pretty well !

Fantastic experience: I went to Family Dental Practice for new dentures. I had two additional implants inserted and fitted with the stationary arches. My experience was amazing. Dr Will and staff were very friendly and helpful. They really do care about you and your dental health. I highly recommend Family Dental Practice. Big shoutout for Dan…he was an integral member of my procedure.

Negative experience: I have been at this clinic for a few years. I recently had to have a cracked tooth pulled. Dr. Will did a good job, but the aftermath was not good. I got infected and when I called back, I was told it did not sound like an infection and was given a steroid RX to pick up. I did start taking the morning and afternoon dose and realized I had an infection. I called the clinic and was told to text a picture. I called the next day and wanted to know why I had no response, and they said they did not get it. I clarified the number and sent another picture, and they never got it again (from a different phone) By this time I was in pain and had to take the day off work (Several days after the tooth was pulled? and went into urgent care and paid $30 plus RX for a heavy-duty antibiotic. It took that doctor who is not a dentist 3 seconds to see I was infected. Now I get a bill they want another $40 at the dentist office. Now I bet the will call me. When I called back to the clinic to tell then I had to go to urgent care to get an RX for antibiotic the front desk person had an attitude. I also cancelled my cleaning and will now have to find a new dentist for my family. My main issues is I'm not even sure how much the front desk kept to themselves and not told Dr. Will but no one said, 'Hey if your concerned why don't you swing by and let's take a look quick." That would have been the right thing to do. I too could have just walked in off the street?? A mouth infection can be deadly and nothing to mess with and to the two different women I dealt with at the front desk who brushed me off...WOW is all I will say.

Fantastic experience: Arely is gentle, professional, caring, knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. She explains everything before doing it. I am very pleased she is assisting Dr. Sarah with the procedures to give me dentures.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the amazing team at Family Dental Practice! I moved to Watertown just shy of 3 years ago and FDP has been my go-to preferred dentist! Dr Kyle is so caring and supportive. I had a temporary bridge placed on Monday and by Wednesday, I was feeling discomfort with it. I called and got a 9am appointment the next day and had the pleasure of working with Nikki (I hope I am spelling her name right) who took the time to work with me to make my temporary teeth as beautiful as possible! She understood that I have a black tie wedding for my nephew in less than a month and my smile is so important to me! Nikki took time to make sure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my temporary bridge and I can’t thank her enough!!! She is my forever “tooth fairy”! That girl knows her stuff and made me so happy to SMILE again!!!

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience considering the circumstances! Dentist visits suck but they made it as comfortable as possible and genuinely were concerned about my comfort level during my procedure! Also the dentist got the work done very fast! Fantastic experience: I had an emergency that came up and they got me in the next day. I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism they showed in the office. Very welcoming team of individuals and I will definitely use them again!

Negative experience: I scheduled a cleaning over 10 months in advance. A month before the appointment, they called to tell me they no longer have a dentist to see me, and they have no appointments available at that time for "months". So now, after about a year, I'm back to square one searching for a new dentist. Receptionist was unapologetic and offered no help in finding a resolution.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah and her entire staff have eased my anxiety so much. They are kind, empathetic and truly care about their patients. If you have had bad experiences and hate the dentist I would definitely recommend Dr Sarah and her staff to ease your mind and worries. They even offered me a blanket!

Fantastic experience: We Love Dr. Will! He did my son’s braces and it was difficult because my son is on the Spectrum. But Dr. Will explained everything clearly and my son trusted him. I also have health issues, and he took time to talk with me about a plan for the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for my dental care here for several years and have always been very happy with the great treatment that I receive . Dr. Kyle and all of the dental assistants couldn't be nicer which makes an otherwise not so pleasant experience more bearable :-) I appreciated getting in earlier than expected when I had an infection and needed a root canal. Thank you Dr. Kyle and Kim. I truly appreciated that and would definitely recommend Family Dental Care to others. Thank you for being so good to me !!

Fantastic experience: I had to get a few things done and personally hate needles in my mouth. So I went the route of anesthesia with dr.will and it was an amazing experience I was awake for it all and didn’t feel anything. Dr.Will and his team were amazing in making sure I was taken care of and doing good during it. I would 100% recommend if you need a lot of work or hate needles in your mouth and feel like you can always still feel stuff to go the route of anesthesia.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about the team at Family Dental. I have severe dental anxiety and they take such good care of me and set up hand signals and get you blankets so you are completely comfortable. Dr Sarah is awesome and great at easing patients and their anxieties and does great work. They’re helping me get over my phobia of dental anxiety while providing affordable great care. The whole team at family dental is great. I wish I could give them 6 stars

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sarah! My son needed fillings and after a not so great experience with a pediatric dentist it was nerve wrecking going someplace new. She made it the best experience for us, she managed to make getting a filling look easy and not even remotely scary for him. There’s not enough praise on this earth for her and her team, she is an outstanding dentist!

Fantastic experience: Update they still make a patient feel very comfortable when going there for dental work. I just got doing a major procedure with this Dental Practice I will be back to do my future Dental work in the future they are very nice and make you feel like one of there family members.

Negative experience: Be careful with this place! I was told that I would not owe ANYTHING when I got a crown put on my tooth, because I had 2 insurances. Well I get a bill over 6 months later for $500!! They said the insurance wouldn't pay the last 500. SURPRISE! I paid all but $125.00 and now they are taking me to court. DO not believe them! Be careful. Lost our business

Positive experience: When asked what music I like, they saw my AC/DC shirt and turned on station with AC/DC playing. That makes a Dental visit more tolerable, especially when getting an implant put in!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown done and had Nikki as the assistant who made the crown. She did an amazing job! I almost can't tell it is a temporary tooth. Doctor Kyle is very easy to talk to and does great work, too!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was AMAZING with my special needs daughter. My daughter was nervous and figety, even though it was just a cleaning. She's had issues with her teeth before and needed some pulled or had fillings, so I understand why at 8 years old with autism and ADHD she would have anxiety. But the lady who cleaned her teeth kept my daughter calm, engaged, and even happy. She was patient with my daughters needs and even had her laughing at a few points. My daughter can be quite difficult and the hygienist put her at complete ease. I can't say enough good things about her. I couldn't be more impressed with her. If you have a special needs kiddo, bring them here!

Fantastic experience: Was hesitant after moving to schedule at a new dentist, as I have had some bad dental experiences, but Cheyenne and Dr. Kyle were phenomenal and did a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend this dental office!

Fantastic experience: I became a patient of Family Dental when my tooth broke, I ate it, and roots were exposed. When my regular dentist wasn't able to see me for the first consult for two weeks, Family Dental saw me in two days. Since then, I have had a root canal, two crowns, and a cleaning. Dr. Will and staff are AWESOME! I appreciate how they work to make sure I am comfortable while they complete procedures. They work to accommodate appointment times that fit my schedule. It actually is a pleasure to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have had two crowns done by Dr Will and numerous cleanings and exams by his staff. This is the best dental experience I have had in my 63 years. The crowns were painless, flawless, and caused no interruption of anything. I have nothing but praise for Dr Will and his entire team!!

Negative experience: I do have to say this: Dr. Kyle is so great. However, at my last cleaning, they were 15 minutes late, the hygienist was distracted and my teeth did not even feel clean when I was done. I feel I was owed a proper cleaning, but nothing was done. Then, I had to have temporary crowns. They were poorly constructed and broke the next day. I had to go back and (after they said it was probably my fault) they tried to patch them, and then they proceeded to break again, on a Saturday, so I spent the whole weekend with my tooth stabbing me in the mouth. Due to this accumulation of events, I would NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy!!!!

Fantastic experience: Family Dental Practice, across the fence from Riverside Middle School, is the most pleasant and nice dental experience I’ve had in a long time. The workers are all friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors carefully explain what they’re doing and always with a why. After years of dentists, this was the first place to explain my jaw alignment to me and why it matters! They also leave the big choices up to you, and don’t force you into any one choice or another. The care my wife and I have received here is second to none!

Fantastic experience: This place accepts United Health Care and Medicare. It's hard to find a dentist that will accept both. I love this place, they got me in right away and we also have a plan now to address my problems. Very friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional in all departments.

Negative experience: Super rude reception. I was a first timer, walk in (their website says walk-ins welcome) and I was quickly dismissed and told "just because You walked in doesn't mean anything." MAJOR attitude for no reason. I didn't expect to be in that same day, I was in pain and needed an appointment. But anyways I had left right away because if the receptionist is rude then what's the dentist like?? Well, thank goodness for that super rude receptionist because I ended up finding a spectacular, affordable, super nice and super welcoming dental office, literally right around the corner, that is Midwest Dental of Watertown. I suggest you go there instead. Even though they were busy just like Family practice, they with open arms got me a room and I was in and out in no time flat! And affordable did I mention that? Don't waist your time here.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified because it's been almost 20 years since I had last seen a dentist but they were so kind and welcoming and helpful. They work to help you get a payment plan if you need that as well. Very great place.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Everyone there is very friendly, courteous and professional. They make you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Kyle worked on my teeth, he is the 1st dentist I’ve been to in a few years because my last dentist left the state. I liked her too, she & Dr. Kyle are the only 2 dentists I have ever been to in my life (I’m in my 50’s!) that use numbing gel BEFORE using the needle to numb the area they need to work on-makes it wonderfully pain free! I have had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past so I was nervous when I arrived, but was quickly relieved once I met Dr. Kyle, he’s great! Very warm, friendly, easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained my situation, what my options were and which he thought would be the best choice, especially long-term. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the action plan I chose. I also like that they contact your insurance to find out what the procedures will cost while you’re there so you know up front and can decide right away if you want to, which I did. After that Dr. Kyle took care of the 1st procedure in my plan and it was not only painless, it was over before I knew it! I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Will and his entire team are nothing short of AMAZING!! I have been going to this clinic ever since I was little. I just finished my ClearCorrect with them after 18 weeks, and I cannot believe how amazing my teeth look, especially with such a difficult cross bite!! They always treat you as if you were their family. I have never had a bad experience! THANK YOU!!

Negative experience: They call you last minute and cancel your appointment and lie about why they are canceling your appointment. I would not refer ANYONE here. I would not recommend Dr. Kyle you ask to speak to administrators and he ends up going into there office and jumping on the phone and then getting very aggressive and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to see Dr Garro for past 8 years. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He is quick at fixing teeth and funny! My whole family goes to see him. My 4 year old, after first visit with Dr Garro, said he'll be a dentist. Thank you for all hard work you do!

Fantastic experience: I came in to have a tooth pulled and a filling done. Both were done very quickly and efficiently by dr.Will and Nicky. I received two shots instead of one with no questions asked. Also the price was less than the estimate. A pleasant surprise. I would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was for severe tooth pain which resulted in a surprise wisdom tooth extraction. They'd never had me as a patient before, yet they treated me like family. Dr. Kyle and Sheila were AMAZING and Julie at the front desk was fabulous as well. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak higher of Watertown Family Dental practice. From start to finish we were treated so well. My 4 year old daughter had an emergency dental need and they were able to accommodate her the next day by agreeing to work past normal hours of operation. In addition to the quick response; the level of patience and care were off the charts. Nikii was so sweet and tried to calm her fears. Dr Kyle was calm, confident, patient with her and quick! We couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and compassion we received. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place!!! Dr. Kyle is phenomenal. He always does exceptional work. Every dental assistant has been awesome as well!!! I've been going there so long, it's like seeing family. When I don't bring my child with me, they as where she is at. I love it here. I have had cleanings, dental work, and orthodontist work through Family Dental. All their works is beyond exceptional. Highly highly recommend. You'll be treated like family!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Will was great with my 5 year old daughter when she needed a filling.  My daughter was extremely afraid and adamant that she wasn’t going to do it.  Not only did Dr. Will prep my daughter in advance but he also prepared me.  Prior to our appointment he encouraged me to wait in the waiting room, instead of going with her for the procedure – even though she was insisting that I go with.  I’m so glad I followed his guidance.  My daughter cried when she left the waiting room but everyone from Dr. Will’s assistant to the receptionist were so kind, gentle and caring to her.  The assistant and receptionist both provided me with updates throughout the procedure.  In the end, my daughter came out with a smile on her face and feeling proud of her accomplishment.  I’m so pleased to have Dr. Will as our family dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Will for a few years and it's been a great experience. I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist's chair than I do here. Mind you, I've had a lot of dental issues and sadly my trips are frequent. I grind my teeth in my sleep and it's caused me to lose a lot of them. I've even had to have root canal removals. (That's for the birds) Dr. Will has been outstanding in his services. I have now had 4 implants done there and several extractions. He's always gentle and friendly. The two implants that I had crowned yesterday completed my smile again, and he seemed almost as excited as I was! He genuinely cares about his patients and I would recommend Family Dental to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The dentists and staff are amazing. Dr. Bucholtz fixed me up when my front tooth fell out, with an implant. Was a bunch of appts but he always made sure that i was ok. The outcome is excellent. Thankyou so very much.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about this team. We've been coming here for 8 years now and never a bad experience. The front office is personable and laid back, they make me feel super comfortable the minute I walk in. The dental assistants and the doctors never makes me feel rushed in and out- they take their time, no matter how busy their office is, and follow up on how I'm feeling after a procedure (sadly, I've had a lot). Really a great practice!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has a fear of dentists. An experience with a dentist who doesn't care for their patients can hinder a person from seeing a future dentist. They did wonderful at Family Dental Practice! They calmed my daughter's fears, and a day after a filling, she said, "I would go there again!"

Fantastic experience: What can I say? Going to a Dentist~ most of us feel nervous, & unsure. Let’s be real.. Someone is drilling, scraping etc within our mouth. Today, I was in for some cavity repairs (first time in over 20 yrs), so I was so NERVOUS! There was no need to be!! Dr Will was professional, kind, attentive, friendly, gentle.. I didn’t even feel the shots. Thank you The entire staff is friendly, caring, & professional..and I am thrilled to have found a Dentist practice I can have confidence in.
