Fantastic experience: The staff are all friendly and professional. The dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She is always extremely patient with me which is needed due to issues I have with getting my teeth cleaned. She is very kind and professional as well. Dr. Reddy is also professional and friendly. Dr. Reddy listens to my concerns and addresses them. I always know exactly what to do to care for my teeth. I highly recommend Lea County Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have had wonderful experiences with Lea County Dental from the staff and Dr. Reddy at the start of this year. The staff is very friendly and professional in their jobs. Dr. Reddy did an excellent job on my crowns that was very much needed. Also, I was needing a root canal on my crown that I had done with my dentist I had previously, and Dr. Reddy referred me to a great specialist in Lubbock. My hygienist does an excellent job with my regular dental cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Had so many issues with other dental offices. Decided to try Dr. Reddy to see if he was in network, thankfully he was and got us right in. Staff was very courteous. So thankful for this office and all who work there. Grateful issues are finally being addressed properly.

Negative experience: Just a couple years ago this was a wonderful doctor, but since then the care has degraded sharply. Within the last years time, there have been twice for this household woth two different patients that the care was incomplete, we were not listened to, and had to go to another dentist to fix it. To the point where a filling thats a metal epoxy being used on a patient who is allergic to metal, and has been causing other issues for them that line up with time of it being put in.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here was a great experience. The staff is very welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable right away. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but the dentist was very patient and accommodating when I needed two wisdom teeth extracted. Today, the hygienist, Mo, also made a big difference…….she played music and sang, kept things light, and helped me feel much more relaxed during my cleaning. She’s amazing at what she does and truly cares about her patients. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: This place is money hungry. They want your money up front before they do anything. Not good. Do the work first. Then I will pay.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at Lea County Dental. I was actually on my way to try to get full replacement service in Lubbock when I found out that I needed to see a general dentist first. That was fortunate for me because I was accepted as a new patient at Lea County Dental and now we are working on a plan to improve on my good teeth and replace the missing teeth. The office staff is friendly and do not waste time getting the patients into treatment. The young lady who took my X-rays was kind and gentle, I have never been more comfortable during that procedure. The doctor took time to get to know me and understand my needs. He explained how we can build a new smile and I look forward to seeing how it goes.

Fantastic experience: Lea County Dental is amazing! I had an incident where my front tooth was damaged/broken, and they got me in the very next day. They were very professional and fast. They put a temporary crown on so that I would not be self conscious about my smile while my permanent tooth was being made. I am very pleased with their practice and their professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work!
