Fantastic experience: Friendly. Accomodating. No pressure. Explain everything. Had 2 previous dentists say I needed 14,000 in repairs. Been coming here 2 years. Not once have they tried to pressure me to do anything. So far only have had cleanings. Exams and x rays. Didn't need anything else.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with one of my teeth, they got me in very quickly and the problem is being resolved. Great place, very friendly staff. I recommend to anyone who needs dental care to call Cleveland Dental.

They also help me encourage my kids to make healthy habits with brushing their teeth and flossing. I absolutely adore the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Cleveland Family Dental is so friendly and helpful! They work really hard to get you fit into the schedule for emergency situations. They go out of their way to make children feel safe and comfortable. I have personally had some pretty tough procedures and both the staff and Doctors were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and get the best care possible. I LOVE Dr. Cochran! He has a great sense of humor and is so meticulous when doing procedures. I trust him completely! I highly recommend this practice! The entire staff is top notch!

Fantastic experience: I found out why my tooth is hurting and even though it wasn't the answer I wanted, I got referred to the endodontics for further treatment. Doc Sean Cochran was very thorough.

Negative experience: Lori who works the front desk is such a rude person. No matter what you do she's not happy. I show up for my appointment and she complains that I'm there without confirming it. I thought I confirmed the appointment when I made it. The final straw was when my daughter was in the hospital with an ovarian cyst brust. She was in so much pain and terrified on top of dealing with that emergency I had to listen to Lori lecture me about missing an appointment that another child could have had. Today after paying all of our cancellation fees she was still so rude that we chose to find a new dentist. Dr. Cox is a kind person and great dentist but you would never know that by the way you're treated at the front desk. I hated leaving because my daughter really liked Dr. Cox, but life happens and I see no need to be scolded like a child even after I've paid my cancellation fee.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Keep appointments on time or very close to your scheduled time. They do thorough work and explain everything to your satisfaction, making you feel comfortable and capable of making informed decisions about the health of your mouth. I've had a couple of procedures done and they do great helping you relax and feel less nervous about it. Dr. Cochran treats his patients with respect and humor which helps put you at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dental work or cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Visited 11/26/25 for a routine checkup. I arrived on time, was seen immediately. Melody the hygienist as engaging, pleasant, and efficient; best I’ve seen in decades. Dr Cox was thorough and answered a question I had. He takes the time to discuss the details. He’s a great doctor. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: Terrible communication from receptionists. My first time I came into this office the reception area was hollering at patients on the phone. I came in 3 months ago for tooth pain. After a 10 minute exam and $200 later, I was referred to a endodontist because i needed a root canal at another office. $2,500 later and root canal done I was left with no crown and a gapping hole in my tooth, no temporary crown, NOTHING (WHICH NO ONE PREPARED ME FOR) Right after my procedure was done I called family dentistry to schedule a crown. They said their first available was in 3 months. I let them know I’d be calling around to find someone who could get me in quicker, but they told me to schedule for that time slot just incase and that they’d let me know if there was a cancellation for sooner. I received my temporary crown at another office within days. Today I received a reminder phone call of the 3 month delayed appointment that completely slipped my mind. I was overly apologetic, but was told that I wasted their time. I’m just glad I didn’t wait 3 months with a hole in my tooth.

Fantastic experience: Caitlyn was an excellent hygienist. I told her I had real problems with taking X-rays of my teeth. So she went and got some numbing spray. It made a world of difference.

Negative experience: Staff is exceptionally rude and they have tried to charge me multiple times for a cleaning that insurance covered anyways. Very rude and nasty group of people, go somewhere else if customer Service and honesty is important to you or they will try and take advantage of you!
