Fantastic experience: Madison Dental continues to exceed my expectations. Very attentive and addressed my concerns. The hygentist was exceptional and Dr Gambrel continues to provide excellent care, nothing unnecessary but never hesitates to refer me to a specialist if needed. The entire staff makes for a pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: Having moved to the Richmond area a few years ago, it was important and necessary that I locate a dentist in the area. I had a close friend who had recommended Madison Dental. I contacted the office, inquiring as to whether they were accepting new patients. Thankfully, they were. I was able to make an appointment in a timely manner and have since followed up with an additional desired service. Without a doubt, I must say that my experiences with the staff and Dr Williams have been the best I have ever had at a dentist office. Dr Williams has a most pleasant manner and it is obvious that he is interested in providing the best dental care for his patients. My experience with the dental hygienist was also great. In fact, every team member that I encountered was professional, pleasant, and gracious.

Fantastic experience: I was new to Richmond Ky and so called a relatively well known Dental franchise but was not happy with the front desk person who would not schedule past an initial visit and refused to schedule a teeth cleaning until after the first visit was completed. I reached out to a friend who recommended Madison Dental Associates. They had a cancellation so I was able to have one visit and accomplished x rays, teeth cleaning and initial intake for a new client in one visit Staff were friendly, ordered my antibiotics prior to my visit, explained all procedures, and were very professional. My questions were answered and I had a very great experience. I highly recommend Madison Dental Associates. I look forward to future appointments with such a friendly and professional team! Fantastic experience: My husband and I have lived in Berea for 10 years he is retired Navy. When we moved here we didn’t know anyone so I chose the safe route and went with a well known dental name. I don't want to say much about it except we were not happy with just about everything. I finally asked my good friend who is from the area who her dentist is and she recommended Madison Dental Associates. I made my first appointment and from the beginning it was a whole new experience. From my first phone call to make an appointment to arriving I felt so comfortable and at ease. I had two chipped teeth the front two, and I had been trying to get them fixed but I didn’t feel confident at my original dentist. After my examination Doctor Williams said everything looked good and said he could fix my teeth, and recommended a night guard since grinding my teeth caused my issue. I was able to make an appointment for a few days later which was so convenient. Doctor Williams repaired my two front teeth beyond my expectations I couldn’t be any happier. So now my husband and son will be switching over to Madison Dental Associates. If anything from this please know I’m a super easy going person but when you can’t get the basic care needed it makes the process so much more difficult. I am so so grateful for the recommendation, staff, and Doctor Williams.

Instead of recommending all the old fillings be replaced (as some dentists do), Dr. Gambrel carefully monitors the condition of them and will replace when necessary. I appreciate that.
