Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning with Denise. Super gentile and thorough. And what I liked most she didn't use that dang ultrasonic. Used hand scale super gentile and was cognisant of fact that some ppl are cold sensitive. Super thorough too. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Rinaldi Family Dental is the best dental practice I have ever had. I am always impressed with their efficiency in getting me in within minutes of my scheduled appointment time. They always explain why they recommend procedures and before they start a procedure, they explain everything they are going to do, including acknowledging any discomfort I might feel. I just went in after they were closed for the Covid19 pandemic. They had assured me that Dr. Rinaldi had invested in an air filtration system that is top notch. I could see and hear this system at work. The entire staff from front office to the hygienists - mine is ML- to the dentists are professional but friendly. I highly recommend this dental office for all ages and in particular for those who are a bit fearful or uncomfortable about having a dental exam.

Negative experience: I was a patient at Rinaldi dental through the VA which was great due to no paying out of pocket. About a couple months back I was experiencing some pain and Rinaldi immediately had me come in for X-rays but claimed that nothing showed up on the X-rays. That night I had dinner out with my family and I couldn’t eat my steak dinner due to the excruciating pain I was going through. I called a local dentist to explain my condition and they took me in right away. THEY took X-rays and told me I needed a root canal done. So $4000 dollars later out of pocket I had the procedure done. I called Rinaldi dental and explained to Mrs. Rinaldi that it cost me 4 grand because the VA didn’t have said dentist in their system. Instead of offering to pay at least half of the cost, she tells me that she hopes I enjoy the new dentist. The nerve.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rinaldi is a skilled dentist who has done a fantastic job fixing issues with my teeth. He also understands his patients and is genuinely kind and caring. He always goes out of his way to give you the attention you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else. His dental hygienists have the same work ethic as Dr Rinaldi and are also very caring.

You won’t find a staff that is more caring, friendly all while taking pride in their work and super reliable anywhere else. I drive from Easton to Bangor because they are that great, and they do their best work! It’s hard to find people that care about you and the work they do. I do and will continue to recommend the Dental office and staff to any and everyone I know as I smile with immense pride as a result of their care and love for their craft! Fantastic experience: I don’t remember the names of the ladies who worked on me but this was the only time I didn’t feel the Novocain needle going in. (I have dental anxiety and an extreme dislike of needles). The hygienist was very mindful and made sure I was ok throughout my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I came into the office with much anxiety. I never had regular visits with a dentist. I met with the young lady doing the necessary x-rays, etc. She was kind and patient and as a result I relaxed and knew I came to the right place for help. Many thanks to Dr. Rinaldi and his team.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Rinaldi Family Dentistry recently and felt right at home. The office was clean and the staff were all friendly. My hygienist, Judyanne, did a fantastic job making feel at home and comfortable. All the steps of my visit were timely, but not rushed. The cleaning was thorough and comfortable. Being a hygienist myself (no longer my career) You can tell that Dr Rinaldi, Dr Siegelwax and their staff care about you as a patient and are not focused on increasing production and recommending unnecessary treatment. I appreciate that as there are many offices following a path of consistently increasing production goals and recommending extra treatment at each visit. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.

It’s not just a quick patient turnaround, they do the job and they do it right. As someone who has had tons of work done on my teeth, the team here at Rinaldi took care of me the best. Everyone greets you and learns your name after one visit and I mean everyone. It’s nice to have such a quality and reliable Dentist office, so close to home. If I could choose a word to best fit Rinaldi, I would be naive to choose any other word but “Professionalism”. Thanks Rinaldi Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Major extraction of all upper teeth for new denture. Dr Rinaldi was amazing. His knowledge and experience gave me full confidence in him performing this procedure. He is extremely sensitive to the patients feelings and takes all precautions to assure that the entire procedure is as minimally invasive as possible. I had essentially no pain through the entire procedure and still no pain 24 hours after nerve blocker has warn off. I am actually looking forward to getting the lower teeth done soon. No worries!

Fantastic experience: My son had broke a tooth and they were able to get him in that day and took care of him so well! Everyone was very friendly and made him feel comfortable (he is not the easiest patient at times). We were new patients and they did everything they could to get us in and get him taken care of. We will definitely be back for the entire family!

Negative experience: Called to ask about dentist appointments as a new patient and was told the wait was till July which is crazy but then hung up on me which was pretty rude

Fantastic experience: Excellent first visit and cleaning. Everyone was so thorough, gentle, and communicative.

Fantastic experience: The care was very good, however, even though it is no fault of Rinaldi dental, their appointment schedule is unworkable. There will be a 6 month period before my next appointment and I'll have to find another dentist. I don't feel comfortable waiting that long to continue treatment for my periodontal disease. I waited 6 months for the first appointment. So I would not recommend.

Negative experience: This practice needs to quit taking new patients as they cannot accommodate anyone. Waiting 8 or 9 months for an appointment is ludicrous. Was told I needed to have a cavity filled after my cleaning and wanted to book me out 4 months away. Never in my life have I had a dentist do that to me. I questioned what if I have an issue, can they get me in and was told I'd have to wait. Unacceptable.
